If we take not the subtle-material, but precisely the astral world, then egregores are located there. Some personality, some Spirit, is responsible for each egregore, and most often there are several of them. What does "responsible" mean? Irina (LiShioni): If we take the dense plane, around each physical planet there is a different number of astral levels, and this depends on the number of energy centers of the humanoids. On Earth, for example, there are 7 floors of the astral world.
If we take the Milky Way Galaxy, there are also astral levels around it – generally around the Galaxy. But these levels are not structured like the levels around planets; their structure is more complex. Each civilization has its own way of grading the astral world of the Milky Way. Elena: Now we are approaching our wonderful planet. Let us ask the esteemed LiShioni to briefly express the essence of the floor-by-floor differences of the seven-level astral plan of our beloved Earth.
Seven floors – what are their differences? Why seven floors? I connect this with the structure of humans. The astral plane itself has one structure, then come other planes of this "matryoshka," but it is said that Earth has a seven-level astral plan. What are the differences, what are the principles for dividing these levels or dimensions?
Irina (LiShioni): Humans have such a physical body, through which the Spirit, the part of the Spirit – the Soul – can manifest, creating an aura as a set of subtle bodies, such that there are seven points in the body – energy centers, which you call chakras. And each chakra emits the energy of one or another spiritual part of the Soul at its own vibration frequency, and it is precisely these emissions of the chakras that influence the construction of the astral world around Earth. Because plasmoid civilizations, as you call them, subtle-material, in human understanding, do not have such energy centers, no chakras. For them, the Spirit manifests through the subtle body more holistically. And since physical matter is very dense, the energy of the Spirit manifests through it, how to say this in Earthly language, unevenly, differing in vibrations from chakra to chakra.
The radiation of the Soul, spiritual energy, differs from chakra to chakra. You call this the difference in chakras, that they are responsible for something, for certain spheres of life, while we distinguish it vibrationally. And each astral floor, or astral plane, is built from the energies of a particular chakra. The seven floors of the astral world consist of astral energies that are reflections of the characteristics of human chakras.
This does not mean that on the first floor everything will be red, like the color of the chakra. It's just that the first chakra of a person, for example, primarily emits the energy of instincts, which means the first floor of Earth's astral world is connected with the fact that there will be egregores, and there will be entities, including subtle-material ones. Humanoids can also penetrate the Astral, as can unincarnated Spirits.
The Astral is such a meeting place; any humanoid, plasmoid, or unincarnated Spirit can be there in its consciousness. On the first floor are those egregores and those entities that, by their vibrations, match the instinctive programs of humans. For example, there are egregores that embody the ideas of self-preservation, reproduction, power, and so on.
Elena: This is understandable. On Earth, there is a concept of what a chakra is, what color spectrum it is associated with, and perhaps which spheres of activity of the spiritual plane it covers. But here there was a subtlety: why is it called not simply the "seven-level spiritual plane of the planet," but specifically the word "astral" is added? That was a bit confusing. Because in the human "matryoshka," according to our esoteric data, there is one astral body, and then comes the mental, causal, etc.
Irina (LiShioni): In humans, the astral body, the astral field, is one, but precisely the astral world, the astral layers of Earth, are not an analogue of the aura, as in humans, but simply its reflection. Elena: Now a question to discuss: how long, by Earthly standards, can the astral bodies of people who have exited incarnation remain until their final disintegration and transition to the world of unincarnated Spirits?
Irina (LiShioni): We have studied the Law of Conservation of Energy not only in its material manifestation but also in its spiritual one. Therefore, we, as representatives of the Interstellar Union, know well that no disappearance or, as you called it, disintegration occurs, because that would contradict the Law of Conservation of Energy. The astral body simply transitions to another level, but it does not disintegrate into parts – in the sense that arms, legs, or something else fall off. The word "disintegration" is not quite appropriate here.
Elena: So it transforms somehow?
Irina (LiShioni): When the Soul exits incarnation, the life thread connecting it to the body is severed. The Soul itself possesses all the shells of the aura (not only the astral body, but all the shells of the aura), and it carries them within itself. You could put it this way: imagine the auric egg around a person, as you call it.
(Irina) He is now showing me, like a photograph, such an aura.
(LiShioni) You could say that this auric egg, this oval, detaches from the person. But not the entire Soul is manifested in the aura, only a part of it, because some energies, for example, the energy of consciousness, the energy of some instincts, etc., are located in the human brain. For example, the energy of consciousness permeates every cell of the brain, allowing information to be read through the sense organs and creating neural chains in the brain for behavior formation – what you call brain intelligence or brain mind, i.e., such behavior patterns.
When the Soul exits incarnation, it initially exits in the form of an oval or sphere, but since it is accustomed to sensing itself as a body, it fairly quickly after the exit takes on the form of a body. This happens out of habit, because it was connected to the body for many years. Most often, the Soul remembers that it has hands, and they appear from this sphere, legs, head... It remembers that it had them, and forms for itself the so-called "temporary form of the Soul."
How long it stays in the Astral depends on the Soul itself. It can leave the astral plane very quickly; at least, Angel-guides come for all Souls. If this exit from incarnation, physical death, was according to the incarnation plan, the Guides are already waiting for the separation...

Elena: LiShioni, on which astral level do they usually wait for their counterpart?
Irina (LiShioni): They usually wait on the level of the astral floor that the Soul will exit onto. And it usually exits onto the astral floor corresponding to which chakra was most responsible for its creation, for its emission. Or, if all chakras are evenly developed and the person was harmonious, then it enters immediately the seventh floor, which is before the transition to the world of unincarnated Spirits.
Elena: Interesting!
Irina (LiShioni): If, for example, the fourth chakra was most developed, it enters the fourth floor. If, say, the fourth and third were simultaneously developed, and they were absolutely equally developed, then according to the laws of the astral world, it will be drawn to the higher level, i.e., the fourth.
Elena: Well then, we have a chance to work on ourselves.
Irina (LiShioni): When they approach the dying person in the Astral, when they descend to him, they immediately see which chakras he has developed, and they wait on the floor where it is expected he will exit.
The Angel-guides invite him to proceed immediately to the world of unincarnated Spirits. But sometimes it happens that he refuses and wants to explore the astral world, and mistakes it for his home, the one where he left his body. He continues to see the furnishings of the room he was in and thinks he is in the same room or near his relatives. This happens because this astral room is created by the thought-forms of himself and the people who live there.
After all, objects in the Astral are not physical. They are created by thoughts, and simultaneously, as I already said, because the Astral permeates all levels of density of the material world, a person can also see any level of plasmoids, and there are also their own worlds there. He may want to explore all this or stay with his relatives, may refuse to go with the Angel-guides. He might even turn and go the other way. Elena: In our literary esoteric sources, a place called the Hall of Records in the Astral is described, where a report occurs, or the level of fulfillment by the Soul of its Earthly program, which it agreed upon with the Spirit, is shown.
Irina (LiShioni): I know what you are talking about. The fact is that the Higher Self of a person, its unincarnated part, still continues to reside in the world of unincarnated Spirits.
Although this is an incarnated Spirit, any incarnated Spirit, as you probably know, has an unincarnated part. And this unincarnated part, or, as you call it, the Higher Self, is initially at the level at which the person incarnated. And when he begins to change his level in any direction, part of the energy of this Higher Self, or, as I would say now, a phantom, which takes part of the energy from the Higher Self, is sent to the level the person has reached.
And only upon the final exit from incarnation does it happen that he loses the ability to change his level in this particular incarnation, in the incarnation of this specific person. And for this reason, the person's Higher Self finally moves to the level the person had at the moment of exit from incarnation. That is, the totality of vibrations of his spiritual heart, through the spiritual channel between the Soul and the Spirit, i.e., between the Soul and the Higher Self, moves the person's Higher Self to the level the Soul has reached. Until the union of the Soul and the Higher Self into a single Spirit, an average of about 40 days passes, according to Earthly time, but subjectively this time is assessed completely differently.
When the Soul has fully adapted to the state outside the body, fully understood where it is, stopped missing, longing for the body, for the material joys that were there, etc., then it becomes ready for union with its Higher Self. Again, 40 days is a very average term, but most Souls are ready after 40 days, because the remnants of energy from their etheric field must leave them. The etheric field does not disintegrate; it simply exits the Soul and passes into the subtle-material plane – to those plasmoids that manage the etheric energy of Earth. Then the Soul itself can either remain in the Astral or move to the Spiritual World at its level.
But how will it converse with its Higher Self? It will converse with its Higher Self precisely in the Soul's home – that which is called the "Hall of Records." Every Spirit has its own eternal home, which is built by itself. This is its space, which can look completely different, depending on the desires of the Spirit. And whatever level the Spirit finds itself on, in any case it can mentally build itself a home – it is a special space where it feels comfortable. And it is into this home that the Soul goes, and there it meets with itself. But this meeting happens approximately as you now meet with your Higher Self, only you then see it with your own eyes.
The Higher Self, which you will simply call the Spirit, will show you thoughts, mental pictures of your incarnation, and whether you fulfilled your task or not. When the Soul sees its Higher Self, it will immediately understand that it is seeing itself; it will be a recognition. And when the last etheric energy leaves it, it will be ready for merging with its Higher Self; this will happen instantaneously by the standards of the material world. Elena: Next, we have a fairly simple question, probably for LiShioni: we are interested in what about food, water in the astral world? Or are these questions not relevant at all?
Irina (LiShioni): It depends not even so much on desire, but you could say that food, as well as surroundings and drinks, can be created mentally. But not all Souls and not all Spirits that have already united with their parts do this. This is done only by those for whom the process of eating in the material body brought a certain pleasure. It caused a habit in them, and they can continue to invent various dishes for themselves, including those they never tasted in the material world, and consume them. At the same time, the taste they will feel will be real for them, but it will be just a taste; there will be no real nutritional value in it.
In the case where unincarnated Spirits do not eat, do not create any food for themselves, their nourishment with energies happens automatically – through the Divine Light of the Spiritual level where they find themselves. Because Divine energy nourishes them anyway, roughly as sunlight nourishes plants. They do not exert any effort to prepare sunlight for themselves.
Elena: I understand that similarly, things that once existed in the material world can also appear in the form of certain images and desires and be used somehow in this world?
Irina (LiShioni): You can mentally imagine any things, any objects – cars, for example, rockets, but all Spirits can fly themselves. If he wants to imagine an airplane, he can do it: he will simply think about it, and it will appear. And this airplane, or table, or vase of flowers – for him and for other Spirits at the same level, it will be quite dense. But as soon as he thinks it is not there – it will dissolve.
Moreover, the creations of each Spirit are protected from others. But they see them not with their physical eyes, but sense them instinctively, rather sense their presence. Some species of animals can see this with their Soul.
Animals have a Soul, and this Soul is often very sensitive to phenomena of the astral world. Just as the animal's physical body sees the physical world, similarly, the Soul through the physical shell can observe the astral world around. The only thing is, there are differences.
If we take specifically the Soul of animals, they do not have a structure like humans do – for example, a Higher Self. The entire animal Soul – either individual or group – is fully incarnated into the body. But at the same time, it retains a connection with the plasmoid (or with a group of plasmoids) that created it, or that manages its incarnation. Because the creator of its Soul can transfer it to another – to the one in charge of incarnations of a particular animal species, or incarnations of animals in a particular territory, and this is usually a group of plasmoids. Some, for example, are responsible for microorganisms, others for predators, others for herbivores.
All these plasmoids influence animal behavior. They can strengthen a particular instinct or weaken it, and thus it is considered that the animal itself has no choice. It has no karma, responsibility, and so on. It is simply a set of instinctive programs plus feelings, plus emotions, plus instinctive consciousness, instinctive intelligence, which chooses between a stronger or weaker instinctive program, and this whole structure is incarnated into the body.
Naturally, the animal also has its own aura. It has energy centers, but they are much simpler in structure than in humans, and they manifest completely differently.
As for their disincarnation, as we already said, each animal Soul has a limited number of incarnations. But the point is that there can be more or fewer incarnations even for the same animal species. It all depends specifically on the plasmoids that created the Soul. Upon the direct disincarnation of an animal, if its Soul is subject to incarnation, all the time between incarnations it resides in the Astral, but not in the world of unincarnated Spirits. It resides, if we mean Earth, usually on the first, second, or third floor of the astral world.
Elena: What about domestic animals? For example, cats, horses, dogs – do they possess these qualities? Not only when they transition to the astral world, but when they are in a dense body, can they contact their fellows on the first, second, and third floors? Or who do they contact then? What we now call the "quantum transition" means, for the physical world, a transition of quanta, i.e., portions of energies of which physical matter consists, to a higher-vibration level. But since the quanta transition uniformly to this level, all substances of the physical Universe remain just as dense. However, due to the changed vibrations of the quanta, for those Spirits that incarnate in renewed bodies and live in them, it becomes much easier to feel their spiritual component and see the Law of God in the nature around them.
