This essay is written within an analytical framework of complete trust in the source: we accept as a given that the messages transmitted by Russian contactee Irina Podzorova are real communications from extraterrestrial intelligent beings addressed to humanity on Earth. This methodological choice does not signify a rejection of critical thinking: on the contrary, it allows us to explore the texts within their own coordinate system, without reducing them to projections of the human unconscious or to literary creation.

The two Attitudes — the Eslerian and the Burkhadic — represent two types of spiritual messages, two different voices from two different planets. If they are real, then before us, for the first time in human history, we have a recorded, dated, and attributed "extraterrestrial sermon." This is an event unprecedented in any known earthly tradition.

We will analyze every meaningful statement of both attitudes, find their parallels in earthly spiritual traditions, identify fundamentally new ideas that have no terrestrial analogues — and then turn to the description of the Interstellar Union as a political, ethical, and ontological institution, the call to recognize which is sounding ever more insistently precisely in 2026.

PART ONE: ANALYSIS OF THE ATTITUDES-AFFIRMATIONS
Section I. The Eslerian Attitude: Ontology of Identity
Text of the Eslerian Attitude
"I am the Universe, the Universe is me. The Power of the Universe is my power, and my Spirit is part of the flow of existence of the Creator of all worlds. His power will be directed for the good of all beings residing in all worlds and planes of existence. Reality will abide in truth, and falsehood in the illusion of perception will disappear forever."

1.1. I am the Universe, the Universe is me
The first sentence is a formula of identity, written as an equation with a double arrow. This is not a metaphor or poetic exaggeration: it is an ontological statement about the structure of being.

Earthly parallels to this idea cover a striking range. In the Hindu philosophy of Advaita Vedanta (8th century AD, Shankaracharya), we hear "Aham Brahmasmi" — "I am Brahman," the absolute identity of the individual Atman and the Cosmic Brahman. In the Sufi tradition of Islam, Ibn Arabi (12th–13th centuries) developed the concept of "wahdat al-wujud" — the unity of being, where every being is a theophany of God, His self-disclosure. The Taoist tradition expresses this through the concept of "tian ren he yi" — the unity of Heaven and Man. In Western mysticism, the German mystic Meister Eckhart (13th–14th centuries) taught about the "Spark of God" in the soul, that point where man and God are one. Zen Buddhism conveys this experience through the koan "What is Buddha? — You yourself." Finally, in the Hermetic tradition ("The Emerald Tablet"), we hear "As above, so below" — the structural identity of the macrocosm and microcosm.

However, the extraterrestrial formulation is distinguished by its radical symmetry: not "I am a part of the Universe" and not "the Universe is within me," but precisely "I AM the Universe, the Universe IS Me" — a complete and mutual identity, written as a mathematical equality. No earthly tradition has formulated this with such structural purity. Usually, earthly mystics spoke either of the dissolution of the "I" in the Whole (Buddhist anatta), or of the presence of the Whole in the "I" (Christian theosis), but not of a complete bilateral identity.

If the source is an extraterrestrial intelligence, this formula may point to a different type of self-awareness, where the boundary between the individual and the universal is simply absent as an ontological fact, not just as a mystical experience. This is significant: for the inhabitants of highly developed worlds, "I = Universe" may be not a metaphysical doctrine, but an experiential fact of their perception.

1.2. The Power of the Universe is my power
The second sentence introduces the category of power. This is not just a declaration of unity — it is a statement of the right to full use of the potential of the Universe.

Earthly parallels: in the Tantric tradition, shakti (cosmic force) and individual prana were considered manifestations of one energy; in Kabbalah, the power of Ain Soph (the infinite) flows through the Tree of Sephirot into every soul; in modern European psychology (C.G. Jung, "individuation"), a person gains strength by integrating the archetypes of the Collective Unconscious. In modern affirmation practices (Louise Hay, New Age), this formula is standard.

Fundamentally new: the attitude does not say "The Universe gives me power" — it says "The Power of the Universe is my power," meaning there is no act of receiving, giving, or transmitting. It is an already existing identity that only needs to be realized. This difference may seem subtle, but philosophically it is fundamental: in the first case, power is external and comes from outside; in the second, it is initially yours, you just weren't aware of it.

1.3. My Spirit is part of the flow of existence of the Creator of all worlds
Here, a more cautious formulation unexpectedly appears: "part of the flow," not complete identity. This is a significant clarification: Esler seems to draw a distinction between the "Universe" as the totality of being and the "Creator of all worlds" as the source of this being.

Earthly parallels: the Neoplatonism of Plotinus (3rd century AD) described three hypostases — the One, Nous (Mind), and the Soul, with the individual soul being part of the World Soul, but not the One; the Islamic Sufi tradition (Ibn Arabi, Rumi) speaks of "the Spirit as a ray of God"; Indian Samkhya-Yoga distinguishes between Purusha (spirit) and Prakriti (matter), with the individual Purusha being a reflection of the Supreme Purusha.

New: in the Eslerian Attitude, the "flow of existence of the Creator" is a dynamic, procedural category, not a static presence. Spirit is not a drop in the ocean (metaphor of absorption), not a ray from a source (metaphor of unidirectional flow), but a part of a flow — that is, the flow itself at a specific place and time. This is closer to modern physics (a quantum field, where a "particle" is merely an excitation of the field) than to traditional theism or pantheism.

1.4. The power will be directed for the good of all beings in all worlds
An ethical maxim that follows from the ontological identity. If "I = Universe," then causing harm to another is causing harm to oneself. This is inferential ethics, not a moral law given from outside.

Earthly parallels: Buddhist bodhichitta — the "awakened mind" directed towards the liberation of all beings; Jain ahimsa — non-violence as an ontological principle; Christian agape — unconditional love for one's neighbor; the concept of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" in Hinduism — "the whole world is one family."

Fundamentally new: the phrase "all beings residing in all worlds and planes of existence" extends beyond any earthly ethics. Neither Buddhism, nor Christianity, nor Islam prescribed care for beings of "all worlds" — they were focused on beings of this world or, at best, on all of "creation" in its earthly understanding. This is galactic ethics, the ethics of a being aware of itself as a citizen of the infinite Universe. This is precisely the ethics necessary for joining the Interstellar Union.

1.5. Reality will abide in truth, and falsehood in the illusion of perception will disappear forever
The final stanza of the Eslerian Attitude is an eschatological statement about the ultimate triumph of truth over illusion.

Earthly parallels: Zoroastrian dualism (Ahura Mazda vs. Angra Mainyu) with its final victory of Light; the Indian concept of "Satya Yuga" — the age of truth that will follow the current "Kali Yuga"; the Platonic concept of Ideas as the only true reality, while the world of phenomena is shadows on the cave wall; Gnostic systems where the material world is the illusion of the Demiurge; Buddhist maya — the veil of illusions that dissipates upon enlightenment.

New: "will disappear forever" — this finalism is uncharacteristic of most Eastern traditions, which tend towards cyclicity. The attitude speaks not of the temporary dissipation of illusion for one enlightened individual, but of the ontological and irreversible disappearance of falsehood from the structure of being. This is closer to Abrahamic eschatologies (Last Judgment, Day of Judgment), but lacks their punitive element. It is not the punishment of liars, but simply an ontological fact: falsehood is unstable by its very nature, it is structurally short-lived.

Section II. The Burkhadic Attitude: Ethics of Participation and Co-creation
Text of the Burkhadic Attitude
"In the name of Almighty God, in the name of the Energy of Light, in the name of the Power of Love, which creates all worlds and planes of the Universe, I (name) ask the bright Spirit-Consultants and Arhats of Earth, the Solar System, and the Galaxy to help me in my spiritual development, in strengthening my physical body, and in material provision, which I promise to direct for the good of myself and my loved ones..."

2.1. Triple Invocation: God, Light, Love
The Burkhadic Attitude opens with a triple invocation: "In the name of Almighty God, in the name of the Energy of Light, in the name of the Power of Love." These are not synonyms — they are a hierarchical trinity.

Earthly parallels: the Christian Trinity (Father–Son–Holy Spirit), although the correspondence is not direct; in Hinduism — Sat-Chit-Ananda (Being–Consciousness–Bliss) as three aspects of Brahman; in Kabbalah — Keter (Crown), Chokmah (Wisdom), Binah (Understanding) — the first three Sephirot; in Zoroastrianism — Ahura Mazda, Asha (Truth), Vohu Manah (Good Mind).

Fundamentally new: in the Burkhadic Attitude, the "Power of Love" is introduced as an active creative force — "which creates all worlds." Love here is not an emotion, not a virtue, not a commandment, but an ontological principle of creation. This is bolder than even the Christian "God is Love" (1 John 4:16), because there love is an attribute of God, whereas here it is the very principle of world-creation. The nearest earthly parallel is Plato's Eros (in the "Symposium") as the cosmic force of attraction towards the Good, but Plato did not speak of the creation of worlds. In the Gospel of John, "In the beginning was the Word" — Logos, not Love. In the Burkhadic message, in the beginning was Love. This is a fundamentally different cosmogony.

2.2. Arhats of the Galaxy: Expansion of the Spiritual Hierarchy
The appeal to the "bright Spirit-Consultants and Arhats of Earth, the Solar System, and the Galaxy" is a unique structural innovation.

Earthly parallels: the Buddhist concept of the Arhat (one who has attained nirvana); Tibetan Buddhism with its Bodhisattvas as helpers of beings; the Theosophical "Spiritual Hierarchy" of Blavatsky, the "Great White Brotherhood"; Christian Angels, Archangels, Seraphim; Hindu Devatas and Manushis.

Fundamentally new: no earthly system of spiritual beings was structured according to the territorial principle "Earth — Solar System — Galaxy." This is a fundamentally different topography of the spiritual world, corresponding to the real astrophysical structure of the Universe. This means: if the message is real, then the spiritual world is organized according to the model of the physical cosmos. Every planetary system, every star system has its own spiritual administration, its own Arhats. This removes geocentrism not only from physics but also from metaphysics.

2.3. Threefold Request: Spirit, Body, Matter
"Help me in my spiritual development, in strengthening my physical body, and in material provision" — three levels of assistance.

Earthly parallels: many traditions of prayer include petitions for the spiritual and physical, but the inclusion of "material provision" in a prayer to Higher Powers is almost always accompanied by caveats (in Christianity, "Give us this day our daily bread" as a minimum; "wealth" is already suspicious). In the Vedic tradition, chaturvarga included artha (material well-being) alongside dharma, kama, and moksha.

Fundamentally new: the message from Burkhad fundamentally removes the conflict between the material and the spiritual. Asking for "material provision" is as worthy as asking for spiritual growth. Moreover, a condition is added: "which I promise to direct for the good of myself and my loved ones." This is neither an ascetic tradition (renounce the material) nor a pragmatic one (use for one's own interests), but an ethic of responsible abundance. Abundance is permitted and blessed, but with the acceptance of responsibility for its use. This resonates with the modern concept of "sustainable prosperity," but with a metaphysical foundation.

2.4. Harmony with Visible and Invisible Entities
"Help me to be in good and harmonious relations with the visible and invisible entities of the planet Earth" — a prayer for peace with multi-level existence.

Earthly parallels: the shamanic traditions of all peoples of the world — treaties with nature spirits, ancestors, entities of the subtle worlds; Japanese Shinto with its kami; African traditions of communicating with ancestral spirits; Native American practices of "walking between worlds."

Fundamentally new: the formula "visible and invisible" encompasses the entire spectrum of beings — from humans and animals to spirits and plasmoid civilizations. This is a prayer for the ecology of all existence. No earthly tradition included humans, animals, spirits, and potentially extraterrestrial beings simultaneously in a prayer. This is a new ecumenical ontology, extending respect and harmony to all beings without exception.

2.5. Appeal to the Higher Self as an Agent
"I appeal to my Higher Self and ask it to raise the vibrations of all my structures" — here something structurally unique occurs: the one praying appeals to themselves, to their higher "I," as an independent agent.

Earthly parallels: Jungian "Higher Self" (Self) as the goal of individuation; the concept of Atman in Hinduism as the higher "I"; the "Inner Christ" in Christian mysticism; Socrates' "Daimon" — an inner guiding voice.

Fundamentally new: in the Burkhadic Attitude, the Higher Self is not merely perceived — it is asked to act, given a task, asked for permission to act. This is a contractual theology: the one praying and their Higher Self are two partners in the process of growth. Moreover, at the end of the attitude: "I give permission for my healing." This means that without the free will of the incarnated being, the higher forces cannot act. This is the principle of the inviolability of free will as the fundamental law of the Universe. And this fully aligns with what the Shimorians and Burkhadics report: they cannot simply help people without receiving a request.

2.6. Acceptance of Changes and Conscious Direction of Light
"I accept the changes occurring within me, and consciously direct the Light of God, flowing through me, into the material world. So be it!"

Earthly parallels: the Hasidic concept of "tzimtzum" (God's contraction to create space for the world) and "tikkun olam" (repairing the world); the Bodhisattva as a "channel" for transmitting Dharma into the world; in Christianity, "Not my will, but Yours be done" (Luke 22:42).

Fundamentally new: "consciously direct the Light of God, flowing through me" — here, man is not an object of help, not a supplicant, but a conscious relay of Divine energy into the world. This is an active role, almost priestly or prophetic, but without a vertical hierarchy. There is no mediator — church, priest, guru — none. Every person themselves is an entry point for Light into the material world. And "So be it!" is not a request, but a declaration, an analogue of the creative "fiat lux." This is perhaps the most radical element of the entire message.

Section III. Comparative Analysis of the Two Attitudes
Comparing the two attitudes reveals not just two different tones — they are two different epistemological approaches to reality.

The Eslerian Attitude is ontological. It begins with a statement of fact (I = Universe) and unfolds the ethical consequences from this fact. It is a top-down path, from metaphysics to ethics. It contains no requests — only declarations. There are no appeals to external forces — only affirmations of inner reality. Esler is a planet whose representatives, according to the text, specialize in psychology and biology. Their message is a psychologically precise affirmation aimed at changing self-perception.

The Burkhadic Attitude is relational. It begins with a prayerful appeal and builds a system of relationships: with God, with the Arhats, with the Higher Self, with other beings. It is a path through interaction, through contract, through permission. Burkhad is the planet of the creators of humanity. Their message is a procedural instruction for correctly interacting with the support system they have created.

Common to both: both attitudes reject passivity. Neither suggests "entrust yourself" and wait. Both assume active participation — awareness, will, acceptance, direction. Both include the ethics of good "for all." Both are devoid of fear, threats, punishment. Both are written in the tone of an equal conversation with the Higher — not as a prayer from a servant to a Master, but as an appeal from a son to a Father, a partner to a partner.

Together, they form a complete didactic cycle: Esler provides the ontological foundation (who you are), Burkhad provides the practical toolkit (how to act). This is a coordinated message, and if it was indeed dictated by two different civilizations, their cooperation in developing a "curriculum for Earth" is in itself astonishing.

Section IV. The Motto of the Interstellar Union as a Philosophical Manifesto
Text of the Motto
"All beginnings of reason in any of these worlds are manifestations of the Divine mind. All aspirations of the multiple worlds of the Interstellar Union are manifestations of the Divine will of embodied entities, of the Divine light. Reason, will, light, knowledge, the striving for knowledge — this is a manifestation of the expanding consciousness of Divine energy, which knows itself in all its manifestations."

4.1. Beginnings of Reason as Theophany
"All beginnings of reason in any of these worlds" — the Interstellar Union in its motto begins with the earliest, with "beginnings." This is astonishing inclusivity: not "higher reason," not "perfect reason," but any reason — even the most primitive — is a manifestation of the Divine.

Earthly parallels: the concept of the "spark of God" in all creation (Neoplatonism, Kabbalah); Teilhard de Chardin with his "inner side of things" — consciousness present in all matter; Vernadsky's "Noosphere" as the unfolding of reason in the biosphere.

Fundamentally new: "in any of these worlds" — this is a declaration that there is no world without reason and no reason outside of God. No earthly tradition spoke of a plurality of worlds in this context. This is a consistent pan-theism, extended to all 700,000 known galaxies.

4.2. The Expanding Consciousness of Divine Energy Knowing Itself
The final formula of the motto is perhaps the most profound philosophical statement in the entire text: "the expanding consciousness of Divine energy, which knows itself in all its manifestations."

Earthly parallels: German idealism — Hegel with his "Absolute Spirit" knowing itself through history; Schelling with the "self-revealing Absolute"; Vedanta — Brahman knowing itself as Atman; Jungian psychology — the "collective unconscious" striving for awareness through individual psyches.

Fundamentally new: "expanding" — this is an adjective absent from any earthly theology. God in most traditions is unchanging, perfect, eternal. The God in the IU Motto expands. This corresponds to the expansion of the physical Universe after the Big Bang. If the Universe is the unfolding body of God, then the expansion of the cosmos is the expansion of Divine consciousness. This is theology consistent with modern cosmology. No earthly theologian has formulated this with such directness.

Moreover, "knows itself in all its manifestations" means that every being — every human, every insectoid, every reptiloid, every plasmoid — is an instrument of God's self-knowledge. God needs all of them for the fullness of self-knowledge. This radically changes the meaning of existence: every life, however "insignificant" it may seem, is ontologically necessary. This is not a pleasant metaphor, but a logical consequence of the motto adopted by 116 civilizations.

4.3. The IU Motto as a Synthesis of the Eslerian and Burkhadic Attitudes
If the Eslerian Attitude says "I am the Universe," and the Burkhadic Attitude says "Act for the good of all in the name of Love," then the IU Motto provides the metaphysical foundation for both: the Universe is the expanding consciousness of God knowing itself. Consequently, "I = Universe" because I am one of the ways God knows himself. And to act for the good of all means to contribute to the fullness of God's self-knowledge.

These three texts form a single philosophical system. And if they were indeed transmitted by different beings from different planets, this testifies to a high degree of coordination and the existence of a common philosophy shared by all members of the IU.

PART TWO: THE INTERSTELLAR UNION — ANALYSIS OF ITS STRUCTURE AND MESSAGE TO HUMANITY
Section V. Physical Visit to Burkhad: Anthropological Observations
On October 27, 2019, Irina Podzorova describes a physical flight to Burkhad — a planet in the constellation Cygnus, 670 light years from the Sun. Transportation was carried out on a Tashigans' ship ("the Greys") using an anti-gravity beam. This fact alone, if accepted as real, means that the gap between terrestrial technologies and interstellar ones is of a fundamentally different order than we imagine.

The description of the cosmodrome is striking in its diversity: discs, spheres, pyramids, rhomboid and cigar-shaped objects of all colors and sizes. This corresponds to what ufology knows from the testimonies of thousands of witnesses and what has been recorded in numerous photo and video materials. The lack of uniformity in ship shapes indicates the absence of a single "defense industrial complex" — each civilization creates transport according to its own physical parameters and needs.

Public transport on Burkhad — "airships" on autopilot, controlled by a central computer. No personal driving, no manual control — this is urban logistics that Earth has not yet reached. The description of this in passing, in the context of the journey to the meeting place, indicates its ordinariness for Burkhadics.

The meeting was held outdoors — in a field surrounded by wooden benches arranged in a spiral. Irina was raised on a platform to a height of 7-10 meters to speak. Reptiloids, insectoids, and anthropomorphic humanoids were present. The diversity of biological forms within a single political body is a signal: the capacity for interspecies dialogue is a condition for political maturity.

Section VI. Composition and Organizational Principles of the Interstellar Union
6.1. Number and Scope
116 civilizations of our Galaxy. More than 700,000 known galaxies are covered by IU research. Earth is not a member of the IU — due to insufficient vibrational level and immaturity. However, Earth's contactees are seen as potential "ambassadors" for its impending entry.

This number — 116 — is fundamentally important. If in our Galaxy alone 116 civilizations have united into a political union, this means that intelligent life in the Galaxy is far more common than the Drake equation suggests in its conservative estimates. It also means that Earth's isolation is not a normal state, but a temporary stage.

6.2. The Principle of Non-Interference as the Highest Law
The main disagreement with the Galactic Federation of Light — the policy towards "young races." The IU advocates absolute non-interference in the affairs of non-adolescent civilizations. Basis: 20 attempts at interference ended in failure — none of the "assisted" civilizations became a full member of the IU.

Earthly parallels: the "Doctrine of Non-Intervention" in international law; the "Prime Directive" (Star Trek's Federation in the fiction of J. Roddenberry with its "Non-Interference Directive"); the anthropological debate on the harm of forced "civilization" of indigenous peoples.

Deep meaning: if this is real information, then the principle of non-interference is not an arbitrary choice, but a conclusion drawn from thousands of years of experience interacting with young races. It is a principle backed by a vast database of errors. This means: earthly suffering and imperfection are not the result of indifference from higher civilizations. They are the result of respect for free will. They do not help forcibly, because it doesn't work. This is higher pedagogy: let the child fall so they learn to walk on their own.

6.3. The IU Judicial System: Ethics of Correction
The IU judicial system has no prosecutor or defense attorney, does not apply uniform articles regardless of context. Instead, there is an assembly including: representatives from the criminal's home planet; representatives of the victims; the criminal's loved ones; psychologists who connect with the criminal's spiritual guides.

The purpose of punishment is not retribution, but the correction of the specific karmic cause of the crime. The term is determined not by the severity of the crime, but by the time necessary for internal change.

This is the most radical of the described reforms. Compared to this system, any earthly judicial system, including the most progressive Scandinavian models, looks like a rough draft. And if this is real information, it carries a direct practical message to earthly legal reformers.

Noteworthy is the inclusion of "forensic psychologists who connect with the spiritual world." This means: metaphysics is integrated into jurisprudence. Karma is a legal category. Spiritual guides are witnesses in court. This is not science fiction — it is a logical consequence of a civilization where connection with the subtle worlds is as mundane as telephone communication on Earth.

6.4. Technologies and Security: Gravitational Engines and Beacons
Gravitational engines — a key technology of the IU, providing a fundamental advantage in interstellar travel. The technology is protected not as a military secret, but as a safety tool: gravitational beacons placed throughout the Galaxy are tuned only to ships of the IU, GFL, and authorized external civilizations. This creates a system of "friendlies" in space, excluding unexpected invasions by aggressive civilizations.

Earthly parallels: the "friend-or-foe" identification system in military aviation; "whitelist" protocols in computer security; international maritime corridors.

Fundamentally new: technological superiority is used not for dominance, but to create a safe environment for all members. This is a fundamentally different logic in the attitude towards technology than on Earth, where technological superiority is converted into military and political dominance.

6.5. Emblem of the IU: A Three-Dimensional Rotating Star
The IU emblem — a three-dimensional, rotating star with rays that are wide at the base and taper towards the ends. Meaning: the propagation from the Single Center of God's consciousness of His energy of Love and life in all directions of the Universe.

This is a visualization of the motto. If rotation is time (the process of knowing), and the rays are civilizations (manifestations), then the emblem represents a dynamic model of the Universe as expanding, self-knowing consciousness. This coincides with modern cosmological models of an expanding universe, in which stars and galaxies diverge from a "center" in all directions.

6.6. Earth's Spiritual Level: IU Data
According to MidgasKaus, about 15% of Earth's egregors are in the lower astral (levels 1–3), 57–62% in the middle (levels 4–6), 17–20% at the highest level (7th). Most often, spirits from the 6th to the 15th level out of 24 incarnate on Earth.

This is a concrete, quantitatively expressed "diagnosis" of the planet. If this is real information, then for the first time humanity receives an external, neutral assessment of its spiritual state — not from a religious authority invested in its own assessment, but from an external observer studying Earth as one among many planets.

The slight majority of high over low (17–20% vs. 15%) is significant. This is neither a catastrophe nor a triumph. It is a growth zone, a borderline area where the individual choice of each person actually changes the balance. This means: Earth is one of those planets where every awakening matters for the whole system.

6.7. The Quantum Transition and Earth's Future
The IU describes the "quantum transition" — a gradual raising of the vibrations of all Earth, as a result of which all people will transition to a level of conscious life in the Light, retaining their physical bodies. Maria: Do low-vibrational humanoid civilizations have their own unions, like the Interstellar Union?

Irina: You mean those that are not accepted?

Maria: Yes, obviously not accepted. But they are at a fairly high technological level of development, those that also unite.

Irina: They have smaller unions, but usually they do not extend beyond a few nearby Star systems, and that's at best. Because they do not have the technology that would allow them to use gravitational engines. They haven't arrived at that discovery yet. The secret of this discovery belongs to the Interstellar Union. We share it only in the case of joining the IU and the GFL, since its main planet Futissa, a colony of Burkhad, naturally took this technology with them. And they also share it with all humanoid civilizations that have joined there.

The solution for the gravitational engine is not so obvious, especially since those gravitational beacons placed throughout the Galaxy, which allow for correctly exiting jumps, are tuned only to the ships of the GFL, IU, and ships from other galaxies that have received special marking so that these beacons register them.

This is done for security reasons. If some low-vibrational world discovers the theory of very fast travel across the Galaxy, to prevent them from using our gravitational beacons and arriving in another star system unexpectedly. Then they would have to invent their own gravity beacons and use them. That would take some time, which would allow us to notice this activity.

Maria: Understood. So, in our vicinity, there are no aggressively inclined humanoid civilizations that could attack us.

Irina: There are many other principles of movement in space. They are slower, for example, the same photon engines, ion engines, and so on, which use extraction from the free energy of the vacuum. Intergalactic ships convert the free energy of the vacuum into kinetic energy and thus accelerate. They are more difficult to build, require greater power from their plasma field to extract this energy, and are simply easier to detect. They don't need gravity beacons; there are no jumps involved.

 Cassiopeia - At the Meeting of the Interstellar Union. I Waited 20 Years for This!

An event occurred that I had been waiting for twenty years since the beginning of my contacts: I attended one of the meetings of the Interstellar Union, which was attended by representatives of 116 civilizations of our Galaxy.

It was on the planet Burkhad, the homeland of some of our creators, which is located in the constellation Cygnus at a distance of 670 light years from the Sun.

I was taken there by representatives of the planet Tashig - the very "greys" who served as the model for the creation of many films about aliens, whose screenwriters either took information from ufological data about contacts, or were themselves contactees or their close friends and relatives.

On the evening of October 27, 2019, a Tashigan spaceship in the form of a large disc came for me. An anti-gravity beam lifted me aboard and took me to Burkhad.

When we got out of the ship, I saw a huge cosmodrome, on which stood an unimaginable number of spaceships of all possible shapes and colors. From such quantity and variety of alien technology, my eyes widened, and for the first few minutes I turned my head, trying to see the edge of the cosmodrome.

But I never saw the edge. Everywhere, in neat rows, stood large and small discs, spheres, pyramids, huge rhomboid and cigar-shaped objects, of the most varied colors and shades.

I didn't notice where the Tashigans accompanying me went, but a few minutes later a large silver object, resembling an airship, landed right in front of me, and Raom Tiyan, already familiar to me from my previous visit to Burkhad, came out.

He invited me inside the craft and said he would take me to the meeting. I entered. Several other Burkhadics were sitting there, men and women, dressed in identical silver jumpsuits. Raom Tiyan said that this was their mode of transport, with which they travel all over the planet. Around me, in an open field, on low benches that looked wooden, sat representatives of dozens of space races, of the most varied heights, skin colors, and body types. Many of them I saw for the first time. My stunned stupor was interrupted by MidgasKaus from the planet Esler, who approached me and welcomed me to the Interstellar Union. We talked a little, and then Raom Tiyan said that I was granted the right to speak at the Interstellar Union.

I took a sheet with a pre-prepared speech and followed him. We went out to the middle of the field; around us were wooden benches, rising slightly in a spiral. On them sat humanoids who had gathered from all over the Galaxy, looking at me attentively.

Raom Tiyan pointed to an oval-shaped platform lying on ground white as chalk, and told me to stand on it. I did so. The platform began to rise smoothly and, having reached a height of about seven to ten meters, stopped.

There were reptiloids, insectoids, humanoids resembling Earth people, and many other galactic races. My name is Irina. I am an inhabitant of planet Earth, which is not yet a member of the Interstellar Union. It is a huge honor for me to be here now.

We are learning to obey the laws in order to learn to manage our animal nature. We have many primitive instincts, but they make us stronger and help us protect our ideals and principles, albeit imperfect for now, but leading us to the knowledge of the infinite God in the Light of His true Love, of which we are all an integral part.

We are learning all this, with the help of higher incarnate teachers and our physical creator fathers. I want to express my huge gratitude to them for this help and the opportunities given to me, thanks to which this meeting took place. Many of us are not ready to believe that you exist, and for this, I and many contactees on Earth need, in the near future, to make great efforts to change people's consciousness. So that they, together with everyone, realize themselves as beloved children of our common God the Father.

We have taken the technocratic path of development, exalting matter over spirit, and this prevents many from seeing God within themselves and acknowledging His existence. After I had finished reading, I raised my eyes from the paper and my gaze met the gazes of hundreds of intelligent beings, gathered from all corners of our huge Galaxy. I felt huge support in those gazes and felt with my whole being that we are all united in the eternal Light of the Creator's Love and that we are doing one work: preparing our planet for mass contact and for merging with our huge, wise, friendly, and very benevolent galactic family.

The platform descended to the ground, MidgasKaus came up to me and led me to Raom Tiyan. Soon Kirhiton, Li-Shioni, MirrahKaunt, and other humanoids, whom I had previously only known from astral visits, approached us. They all approved of my speech, rejoiced at my presence at the Interstellar Union meeting, and congratulated me on being invited to it.

We talked a little, and then MidgasKaus said it was time for me to return. He, Raom Tiyan, and I returned to the "airship," which quickly took us by air to the cosmodrome.

MidgasKaus invited me into his flying craft, also, like Kirhiton's, having the shape of a disc and similar size. But inside it was an almost homey atmosphere, thanks to portraits of MidgasKaus's wife and child and landscapes with views of his home planet, which hung on the walls.

His ship had artificial gravity, so I calmly sat down on a bench along the wall, covered with some intricate multicolored pattern, and throughout the return flight I didn't take my eyes off the round window, while MidgasKaus, sitting at the control panel, guided the ship towards the Solar system.

First, I saw many large stars, shining with different shades of color, then outside the window there was absolute darkness, and then the white Sun appeared and was almost immediately obscured by the shadow of Earth, rising from somewhere below. A few seconds after that, MidgasKaus said we had arrived and conveyed his greetings to all participants of my group Cassiopeia and gratitude for your support of my mission and love for all intelligent and light forces of the Universe.

I left his ship, filled with happiness from everything that had happened to me, and went to the place where my friend Maxim was waiting for me. I traveled to Voronezh, slightly intoxicated by Burkhad's oxygen, enthusiastically telling him about everything, handing over the ring that his and my Interstellar friends had held and charged with their thoughts.
