And I chose: it is better to love free beings who stumble, fall, and rise again — than beings who cannot stumble and are therefore incapable of love or growth.
Toward a being stripped of choice, it is impossible to express genuine love. There is no one with whom to share the joy of a return. No one from whom to receive conscious love in return. This is why I arranged the world as I did.
