But this usually happens during loss of consciousness. Because during loss of consciousness... Why do you say in Russian such words: "chelovek poteryal soznanie" (a person lost consciousness)? What does "lost" mean? It's not a handbag to be lost. It is an image denoting that a person's consciousness, that is, the energy for perceiving the world through the brain, has left the body and no longer perceives. But the danger of not returning to the body from an astral travel is no higher than the danger of not waking up when you go to sleep.

(LiShioni): Safety precautions do not consist of not waking up, but of not attracting various negative entities to yourself. They cannot directly harm a person, but they can scare them, cause stress, and lower their vibrations.
If you have ever had nightmares, you understand what I'm talking about. A nightmare itself is safe: a healthy person simply wakes up, but feels unpleasant, anxious, and, accordingly, may later be afraid to fall asleep. And this usually happens with children, but sometimes I have also encountered such adults. Some even go to the doctor and say, "I had a nightmare." Usually they are diagnosed with depression, meaning it is believed to occur with depression.

In the Astral, you can create illusions. For example, plasmoids – they don't have sleep hormones, naturally, they don't have a physical body, and therefore they are conscious in the Astral. That is, they do not have the problem of unawareness. Accordingly, they will resemble, so to speak, adults who are fully conscious, while this one who came out unconsciously will resemble a child who doesn't know where they have ended up.
Naturally, the adults in this case will be able to control the child as they wish, that is, create any illusion for them – that they are in some place, that they are being attacked, that there is war all around, hell, etc. As a result, the person will believe in this, be afraid, and they may try to prevent them from returning to the body in order to get more negative, low-vibrational energy from them. And then they will wake up only when this fear is transmitted to the body through the life thread and the instinct of self-preservation kicks in, and then they will instantly attract their astral body back, no matter where it is. But you asked not about the Astral, but about the materialization of images?
The materialization of these images – that's already the physical plane, happening according to the laws of the material world. We all exist on the third density level, in the physical world. So, for the materialization from the Astral of what you imagined, using your imagination and fantasy, and created some images, for them to receive their physical incarnations, that is, from substance, it is necessary for this energy to pass through all density levels, that is, 59th, 58th, 57th... and reach the physical. And for this, you need to apply the energy of your will, your life force. And when you apply enough of it for the embodiment of that idea, that image you need, then all of this will happen.
Let me give you an example right now. For example, you are sitting and thinking about wanting to eat an apple. You can imagine it and eat it mentally. If you were without a physical body, this would be enough for you – you would actually feel its taste, if you have ever eaten an apple. You remember, for example, the taste of what you ate. Irina (LiShioni and MidgasKaus): Around each planet, there is an astral world, which we divide into floors. That is, a "floor" is a conventional name for an astral space with a special vibration, but it is no longer material, but spiritual. That is, it is no longer measured in hertz, but is a special spiritual quality, feelings, emotions, etc.
Why is all this divided in this way? It depends on the beings that live on the planet. If they are humanoids, they have a physical body and chakras in that physical body. That is, energy centers in the etheric field that pass through physical points in the body. And the Soul interacts with the body through these chakras. And the radiation of each chakra sends (indicates) certain energies from the Soul into the Astral, which form these layers. People live on Earth, they have seven chakras, so those who fly to Earth see, so to speak, seven different frequencies, seven different floors, each of which is created by the radiation of specific chakras from all people on Earth, and not only currently but also in the past.

In young children on Earth, if you don't explain what they are feeling, this can cause, for example, an exacerbation of the instinct of self-preservation, and this in turn can cause fears in them. For example, they might sense someone else in the room when they are alone. They might talk to them or might be afraid to stay alone. And a very clear sign of such an ability is that if they have already learned to read, and when they read a book, they are able to completely immerse themselves in the text.

Or another sign – if they remember dreams well. But this is not always the case, because they might remember some dreams well and others poorly. But this is also an indirect sign that their astral memory is well developed.
And, naturally, in teenagers and adults, a sign of these innate abilities is if they are good at meditation. Perhaps you have heard the term – abstract. Figurative meditations – they are associated with images, but there are also abstract ones – associated with ideas or sounds. Irina (LiShioni): There are no purely astral ones, but plasmoids are called astral because they come through the Astral.
Ilya: But plasmoids are material, we understand that.
Irina (LiShioni): Yes. It's just that I know that many earthly esoteric teachings often call the astral world subtle-material, that is, not spiritual. We call it spiritual due to the absence of time, like in the world of unincarnated Spirits, and because it is the boundary between the world of unincarnated Spirits and the material world. Many teachings call this world the subtle, astral world, that is, subtle-material. Based on this, subtle-material entities are called astral; so that happens.
And we simply compare it to a train station: it's a meeting place. There are beings who live there permanently, of course, in your world it could be so. But in general, every entity has its own place. The thing is, for example, in the Astral there are Spirits who have exited incarnation but have not yet merged with their Higher Self. But that can happen as long as their energy has not run out. They may refuse to go with guides there; it happens in different ways. If you have already mentally gone somewhere – that is already a mental travel, but it can also be accompanied by fantasies. After all, when you exit, you don't lose the ability to fantasize, do you? And exactly the same in a dream or in an astral travel, if you exit in your astral body, you no longer feel the body at all. That doesn't remove your ability to fantasize; you can still fantasize and create worlds.
After all, what is fantasy? It is imagination, the act of imagination. Imagination is part of the mind. And mind is a spiritual ability. That is, you take your mind with you when you exit, and including the ability to imagine. And there too you can fantasize, create images yourself.
For example, imagine right now the same apple that you just fantasized. You say you fantasized it, we say you created a thought-form. The thought is the word "apple," the image is the picture itself. Accordingly, you are now fantasizing.
But you can do the same thing when you are in the Astral. Already during an astral travel, you can also think, "I want to imagine an apple." And you can see it.
