To help souls incarnated here at the third density level during this period, it was decided to transmit the connection to this network through a contactee now, with the possibility of distributing transformational energy flows. Saint Germain was the first to talk about this possibility. It was a joint decision of representatives of plasmoid civilizations of the Spiritual World, representatives of the Spiritual World, representatives of the Interstellar Union, and the Galactic Federation of Light.

The Galactic Light Network is an energetic field system of the 386th sector of the Milky Way Galaxy (in the terminology of the Interstellar Union). For example, a person might ask to pass an exam for some university, but his inner desire might be to go to a completely different place of work, and he wants to finish this university, for example, out of obedience to parents, or so that, as he understands, he has a reliable rear behind him, he has some fears or something else. And it may happen that according to the timeline, the scenario shows that if he enters that university, studies there, and graduates, he will not be able to develop spiritually in that profession because, for example, he will not like it. That is, it will not satisfy his soul, he will constantly be irritated by it, lowering his vibrations. Or even simpler: for example, going to this university, he might be attacked in the morning. There are situations that a person cannot calculate or see for himself; his guardian angels, and often his family, his ancestral egregor, the forces that are there, spirits, also plasmoid civilizations that may be connected to this egregor, they may divert him from this university and also block his passing of exams. And a person will ask for this, for example, from the Light Network. When the "specialists" of the Light Network see this, they may not fulfill this desire, sending thoughts that he does not need it.

It is necessary to ask only for what is in accordance with the will of God, what corresponds to the law of love for everyone. Not only for you, but for all people.

For example, if a woman falls in love with a married man and asks the Galactic Light Network for him to leave his family and come to her because their love is out of this world, this will not be fulfilled. She might even get the opposite effect, because this is selfish love, which does not imply sympathy for the man's wife, who might be left alone, leading to fears, neuroses, and so on. If you haven't considered her feelings, then perhaps yours haven't been considered either.

There is another rule to adhere to – ask only for yourself. If you ask for my son to stop drinking, to get out of prison, or to stop doing drugs – that is his will; plasmoids cannot change his choice. They can suggest it to him, but he is also free to disregard them.
