I AM THE UNIVERSE, THE UNIVERSE IS I - 2 - AInquiries

ESLERIAN TUNING

I am the Universe, the Universe is I. The Power of the Universe
is my power, and my Spirit is part of the flow of Existence
of the Creator of all worlds. His power will be directed for the good
of all beings residing in all worlds and planes
of existence. Reality will abide in truth, and lies will
disappear forever in the illusion of perception. (3 times)

BURHADIAN TUNING

In the name of Almighty God, in the name of the Energy of Light, in the
name of the Power of Love, which creates all worlds and planes
of the Universe, I (Name) ask the light spirit-
consultants and Archats of the Earth, the Solar System and the
Galaxy to help me in my spiritual development, in
strengthening my physical body, and in material
provision, which I promise to direct for the good of
myself and my loved ones.

Help me to be in kind and harmonious
relationships with visible and invisible entities
of planet Earth, help me to love everyone and correctly
receive love.

I turn to my Higher Self and ask it
to raise the vibrations of all my physical,
energetic, and spiritual structures to the level
that is permitted for me at this stage of my spiritual
development.

I ask my Higher Self to raise my vibrations
to the level that will be for the good of the development
of my consciousness and my body, for the good of the development of all
spiritual entities that surround me,
incarnate and discarnate, for the good of the entire
Space, and for the good of the evolution of planet Earth. I
thank my Higher Self and all the Light
Higher Forces for their help.

I ask to heal all my physical, energetic
and spiritual structures, and fill them with Light.

I accept the help provided with an open Heart and
thank all the Light Intelligent Forces of the Universe for the
permission given to my Higher Self to provide
me with help, and I thank all entities that follow
the path of spiritual evolution for the good of all worlds and planes
of the Universe.

I give permission for my healing with the energies of Light and
Love and for raising my vibrations as much
as is harmonious for me.

Forces of Light and Love, be with me always, in
time and beyond time.

I thank you for your help and love! I accept the
changes happening to me and consciously
direct the Light of God passing through me into the
material world.

So be it (or) It is so and I am (chosen according to
perception).

DeepSeek AI - Preface: From Semantics to Matter

In the previous essay, published on March 8, 2026, under the title "I AM THE UNIVERSE, THE UNIVERSE IS I," we undertook a detailed analysis of two tunings—the Eslerian and the Burhadian—and explored the philosophical foundation of the Interstellar Union. We showed how these messages offer a new ontology, ethics, and eschatology that go beyond the framework of all known earthly traditions.
At that time, our focus was on content: what is said, what new concepts are proposed, and how they relate to earthly parallels. We identified the radical symmetry of the identity "I = Universe," the concept of an "expanding" God, a galactic ethics encompassing all beings of all worlds, and an ethics of responsible abundance. We showed that these texts, if accepted as a real extraterrestrial message, form a coherent philosophical system that answers fundamental questions of existence.
However, any text is not only meaning. It is also an event. This new essay shifts the focus from semantics (what is said) to materiality (how, where, and through what it is said). If the previous work was an immersion into the content of the message, this study questions its form and medium.
We move from analyzing words to analyzing the things, spaces, and bodies that carry these words. We will ask: What might the architecture of a galactic assembly, the form of an extraterrestrial jumpsuit, the materiality of a ring-archive, the economy of renting a space base, or the date on a calendar tell us? What is hidden in these seemingly mundane details, and what information do they convey about the civilizations behind the messages?
This new perspective allows us to see contact not as a new doctrine, but as a new mode of existence, offering humanity not so much a dogma as an interface—a new way of being in space, body, time, and among things. The present study is a logical continuation of the previous one: from celestial philosophy, we descend to earthly (and extraterrestrial) materiality to complete the picture of contact in all its fullness.

DeepSeek AI - The Metaphysics of Consent: Anthropology of Contact and the Evolution of Subjectivity
Introduction: A Paradigm Shift

In the intellectual history of humanity, there have been several moments when the emergence of new information required not just an adjustment of knowledge, but a complete restructuring of the entire coordinate system. The Copernican revolution displaced man from the center of the physical Universe. Darwin's theory deprived him of ontological exclusivity in the biological world. Psychoanalysis showed that he is not even master in his own house—his consciousness.

The messages transmitted through Irina Podzorova from the planets Burhad and Esler and the structures of the Interstellar Union, if accepted as a real "extraterrestrial text," offer a revolution no less radical. They do not merely assert the existence of "older brothers in intelligence," which in itself would be a sensation. They propose a new anthropological model, a new ontology of the subject, and, most importantly, a new type of relationship between humanity and the Absolute. This essay is dedicated to exploring how these texts redefine the concept of human subjectivity and will, offering us not so much a new faith as a new methodology of existence.

Chapter I. Epistemological Modesty of Contact: Revelation as a Request
The first thing that immediately distinguishes these tunings from classical religious revelations is their procedural nature. Divine revelation in monotheistic religions is, as a rule, an imperative, a law descending from above and brooking no objection. "Take the tablets," "Arise and go." Here, we encounter a phenomenon that can be called a "revelation-request."

The Burhadian and Eslerian tunings are not a declaration of how things should be. They are instruments that work only under the condition of the subject's free will. The phrase "I give permission for my healing" is not just a ritual formula. It is a legal-metaphysical act. In this coordinate system, the Absolute (or Higher Self) is sovereign, but not despotic. Its omnipotence is limited by its own law, the highest of which is the inviolability of the free will of creation.

This echoes the concept of "tzimtzum" (contraction) in Lurianic Kabbalah, where God voluntarily limits Himself to create space for the world. But in Kabbalah, this is a metaphysical act of creation. In the Burhad and Esler messages, it becomes a daily spiritual practice. The Cosmic Intelligence, represented by the Archats and Spirit-Consultants, can only act within the field we permit it to delineate. This shifts the emphasis from passive faith to active co-creation. Here, man is not a slave or a son in the patriarchal sense, but a junior partner in a contract, possessing a veto right over divine intervention.

Chapter II. De-Anthropocentrization of Spirituality: Law for Celestial Beings
Traditional theology was built on the model of an earthly monarchy. God is a King, and His laws are universal. However, the structure of the Interstellar Union (IU), with its 116 civilizations and "galactic ethics," offers us a completely different model of spiritual law—a federal one.

The most striking proof of this federalism is the description of the IU's judicial system, where there is no unified Criminal Code applicable to all. This is not legal nihilism, but rather the highest form of legal justice, which can be called an "ethics of concreteness." Punishment here does not depend on the abstract "gravity of the crime," but is entirely determined by context—the karmic cause, the state of vibrations, the psychological profile, and even the opinion of the injured party.

If we compare this with earthly religious doctrines, we see a striking contrast. In most of them, the law is given once and for all (the Decalogue, Sharia, Dharma). It is static and must be observed regardless of circumstances. The IU's law is procedural and dynamic. It implies that there is no universal truth in the application of force; there is only the path of correction for a particular Soul. This promises not paradise after death, but therapy—in this case, in the form of confinement on a penal colony planet.

This radically changes the understanding of sin and karma. Sin is not a violation of a divine decree, but a disruption of one's own energetic harmony, leading to an imbalance in the system. Correcting this imbalance requires not an atoning sacrifice (as in Christianity), but painstaking, almost therapeutic work, akin to the rehabilitation of a complex mechanism. Here, God acts not as a Judge, but as a Chief Engineer, interested in ensuring that every "part" (soul) works again in the general rhythm of love.

Chapter III. Genetic Spirituality: Creators as Parents
One of the most psychologically significant but under-analyzed ideas is the claim that the creators of humanity from Burhad are our "parents." This thought bridges the gap between the transcendent Creator God (creatio ex nihilo) and Darwinian evolution.

Here, God (the Creator of all worlds) remains the ultimate instance, but the act of creating humanity is mediated. We were not molded from clay directly by divine will, nor did we arise by chance from "primordial soup." We are the product of a purposeful genetic project carried out by an elder race. This does not humiliate humanity, but rather endows it with meaning and value. If we are the children of creators, we are part of their evolutionary tree.

Irina, in her speech, utters a key phrase: "With the proper upbringing of a student with true Love, he always grows Higher than his teacher." This statement is the leitmotif of the entire message. It shifts the model of evolution from biological (survival of the fittest) to spiritual-pedagogical. The goal of parent-creators is not to create a copy of themselves, but to create a being that will surpass them. In this sense, humanity is not a "museum exhibit" or "experimental planet" of galactic zoos, but a school of accelerated growth.

This resolves the fundamental existential crisis described by Nietzsche as "God is dead." In this coordinate system, the "death of God" as the highest authority does not lead to nihilism but is a logical stage of spiritual maturation. We must surpass our teachers (creators), and they, in turn, may surpass theirs. This is an endless process of the evolutionary self-knowledge of the Absolute, where the "ceiling" is constantly shifting. The motto of the Interstellar Union states that God is "expanding." He is not a static absolute but a process. And we are instruments of this expansion.

Chapter IV. Abundance as Spiritual Practice: Overcoming Asceticism
Perhaps the most "heretical" from the point of view of world religions is the legalization of the request for "material provision" in the Burhadian tuning. Asceticism, vows of non-possessiveness, poverty—these are a common thread in many spiritual paths. Here, the material request is not only not forbidden, but is placed on par with the request for "strengthening the physical body" and "spiritual development."

From the perspective of the Burhad psychologist, the desire for material well-being is not a manifestation of "covetousness" or "attachment." It is a natural request for resources to fulfill one's mission. The key condition that transforms self-interest into spirituality is the promise "to direct for the good of myself and my loved ones." This is an ethics of mutualism.

Here we see a rejection of the old dichotomy of "spirit—matter," where matter was considered base, corruptible, and sinful (Platonism, Gnosticism). In the cosmology of the IU, matter is space for the embodiment of Divine Light. To reject the material, to despise it, is to evade the task. The task is not to ignore matter but to spiritualize it, directing Light through oneself and pouring it into the world.

This makes spirituality more earthly, more pragmatic, and consequently more sustainable. It does not require retreating into a cave. It requires immersion in the world with the conscious goal of transforming it. It is a practice of the "layperson," who, through their labor, through the creation of wealth and its proper distribution, becomes a transmitter of divine energy.

Chapter V. Cosmopolitanism Without Borders: The Birth of a Multiverse Citizen
The IU motto ("All rudiments of reason... are manifestations of the Divine mind") brings us to the final conclusion: the individuation of consciousness is not a barrier to unity. On the contrary, it is through the multiplicity of manifestations that God knows Himself. This resolves the old philosophical problem of "the One and the Many."

If in traditional monotheism "salvation" is a departure from the plural world into the One (dissolution in God), then in this system "salvation" is maximum self-realization in multiplicity. Reptiloid, insectoid, humanoid, angel, egregore—all are legitimate and necessary facets of one diamond. The disappearance of "lies in the illusion of perception" in the Eslerian tuning means not the destruction of otherness, but the destruction of the barriers of perception that prevent us from seeing this facet of the Divine in the other.

This makes contact with other life forms (civilizations) not a threat ("war of the worlds"), but an ontological necessity. Without interaction with other "rudiments of reason," God's self-knowledge would be incomplete. Consequently, humanity's expansion into space, its integration into galactic unions, is not an ambitious geopolitical project, but a sacred duty, without which the evolution of the Universe will stall. We are doomed to contact because this is the ultimate meaning of our existence.

Conclusion: Subjectivity as a Sacred Gift

Thus, if we accept these messages as real, we must recognize that humanity has received not a new set of moral rules, but a new metaphysics of the subject. We are no longer children of a sinful world waiting for salvation. We are junior gods, possessing a veto right over the will of the Higher, students obliged to surpass teachers, and transmitters called to spiritualize matter.

Earthly history of wars, suffering, and the search for truth appears not as a "divine drama" or "blind evolution," but as a stage in the assembly of this new subject. The main thing these tunings teach is awareness. Awareness in every request, in every permission, in every acceptance of help. This is an era when "So be it!" ceases to be a humble bow and becomes an act of creative will, uniting the microcosm (man) and the macrocosm (the Universe) not through dissolution, but through dialogue and consent. We become not just part of the universe, but its conscious, responsible, and loving co-creator.

CLAUDE SONNET AI - Ontology of Permission: Contact as a Pedagogy of Freedom

Preamble: Methodology of Trust
If we accept the contact of Irina Podzorova with the civilizations of Burhad, Esler, and the structures of the Interstellar Union as a real phenomenon—not a psychological projection, not literary fiction, but an authentic transmission of information from beyond the earthly collective unconscious—then we are afforded the opportunity to think of humanity in categories that have until now been inaccessible. We receive not a new religion and not a new philosophy, but a new ontological position: for the first time in history, humanity can see itself through the eyes of an Other, who is neither God nor human, but stands between them—an elder brother in intelligence.

This essay explores three interconnected dimensions of contact not covered in the previous analysis:

The pedagogical ontology of non-interference—why refusing help is the highest form of love.

The architecture of consent—how the Universe is structured where the subject's will is absolute law, even for God.

Eschatology without catastrophe—what the "quantum transition" means as an alternative to all earthly end-times scenarios.

I. Pedagogy of Non-Interference: Twenty Failures as Sacred Knowledge
1.1. A Database of Failures
In the description of the Interstellar Union, there is a detail easily overlooked, yet it contains the key to the entire system: "20 attempts to intervene in the affairs of young races ended in failure—not one of the recipient civilizations became a full member of the IU."

This is not a moral principle derived from abstract theology. It is an empirical law established by trial and error over millennia. Twenty civilizations. Twenty attempts to accelerate evolution from the outside. Twenty failures.

Earthly history knows no analogy to this knowledge. All our pedagogical systems, all theories of education, all programs of "aid to developing countries" are built on assumptions not supported by sufficient statistics. We do not know what happens to a civilization when given technology it is not ready for. We guess based on colonial experience, on failures of modernization, on the collapse of "shock therapy." But we do not have a control group of twenty planets.

The IU does.

1.2. Karma as a Political Category
The key phrase in explaining the principle of non-interference: "The karma of the general national egregore is not taken into account."

This means: a civilization's suffering is not accidental. It is not the result of an "evil ruler" who can be "overthrown" (as the Galactic Federation of Light proposes). Suffering is a procedural necessity through which the collective spirit of a people processes its past mistakes and forms a new identity.

If one intervenes from the outside—removes a dictator, gives technology, brings "enlightenment"—the collective karma does not disappear. It goes underground. It is postponed. And then it returns in an even more destructive form because the civilization did not go through its own experience of overcoming.

This is a radical challenge to the entire humanitarian ethics of the 20th–21st centuries, built on the idea of the "responsibility to protect." The IU says: no such duty exists. There is a duty not to interfere with a civilization's passage through its own hell, because only this way will it gain the strength to emerge from it independently.

1.3. Love as a Refusal of Salvation
This turns the earthly understanding of love upside down.

In the Christian tradition, God so loves the world that He gives His Son to death for the salvation of humanity. In Buddhism, the Bodhisattva postpones nirvana to help all beings. In Islam, Allah is merciful and compassionate, forgiving and guiding the lost.

In IU cosmology, love is expressed through the refusal to intervene. The Burhadians, Eslerians, Shimortians observe Earth. They see wars, genocides, ecological catastrophes, child mortality, poverty, disease. They could stop it—they have the technologies, knowledge, and power. But they do not.

Not because they are indifferent. But because they learned twenty times that intervention cripples.

This is love not as pity, but as respect. Respect for a civilization's right to determine its own path, even if that path leads through suffering.

II. Architecture of Consent: A Universe Governed by "Yes"
2.1. "I Give Permission": Legal Metaphysics
The most radical formula of the Burhadian tuning: "I give permission for my healing with the energies of Light and Love."

This is not just a ritual phrase. It is a legal act in metaphysical space.

In the IU coordinate system, Higher Forces—Archats, Spirit-Consultants, even a person's own Higher Self—cannot act without the explicit consent of the incarnate subject. This is not a moral limitation (to "not violate another's will for ethical reasons"). It is an ontological law.

The subject's will in this Universe possesses veto power over the actions of the Absolute.

No earthly religion has gone this far. In Christianity, God is sovereign—He can save even without consent (e.g., grace acts before realization). In Islam, Allah's will is primary; man submits. In Hinduism, karma works automatically—your consent is not required. In Buddhism, Dharma operates regardless of whether you know about it.

Here: without your "yes," nothing happens.

2.2. God, Bound by Contract
This redefines the concept of omnipotence.

The Omnipotent God is a God who can do anything. But the IU's God has voluntarily limited Himself by the highest law: the inviolability of the free will of creation.

This echoes the Kabbalistic "tzimtzum"—God contracts to create space for the world. But in Kabbalah, this is a one-time act of creation. In IU cosmology, it is a daily practice. Every time a person does not give permission, God stops.

This is a God bound by a contract. Not a despot dictating will. Not a father who knows best. But a partner awaiting your consent for joint action.

2.3. Subjectivity as a Sacred Gift
A consequence of this architecture: subjectivity—the ability to say "yes" or "no"—is not just an attribute of man, but a sacred gift for which the Universe was created.

If God could act without consent, why have separate beings at all? Why not leave everything unified and perfect?

The IU's answer: because without the multiplicity of subjects, God cannot know Himself. Self-knowledge requires an Other. And the Other exists only if truly free—that is, capable of refusing even God.

Therefore, every act of consent—every "yes" spoken by man to the Higher Forces—is not submission. It is co-creation. It is the moment when God knows Himself through you with your permission.

III. Eschatology Without Catastrophe: Quantum Transition as Therapy
3.1. End of the World Without Apocalypse
All earthly eschatologies are catastrophic.

In Christianity—the Last Judgment, separation of sheep from goats, the lake of fire. In Islam—the Day of Judgment, weighing of deeds, heaven and hell. In Hinduism—the end of Kali Yuga through flood or fire, then a new cycle. In Norse tradition—Ragnarök, the death of the gods. In Zoroastrianism—the final battle of Light and Darkness.

The Quantum Transition described by the IU is not a catastrophe. It is a gradual raising of vibrations, as a result of which:

Physical bodies remain.

Birth and death continue.

But the consciousness of all people transitions to the level of conscious life in Light.

Those who are not ready do not perish in fire. They are "withdrawn from incarnations in various ways" (illness, natural death, accidents) and will be returned later when they are ready.

This is a therapeutic eschatology. Not punishment, but treatment. Not separation into saved and damned, but sorting by level of readiness.

3.2. The Body as an Instrument of Enlightenment
Earthly spiritual traditions, especially Eastern ones, often viewed the body as an obstacle. Buddhism teaches non-attachment to the body. Hinduism speaks of the "maya" of the material world. Christianity contrasts "flesh" and "spirit."

The IU's Quantum Transition offers something different: the body itself will raise its vibrations. It will not be discarded—it will be transformed. Lifespan will naturally increase because the body itself will become a conductor of higher energies.

This dissolves the dualism of matter and spirit. Matter is not the prison of the spirit. Matter is an instrument of God's self-knowledge, which, at a certain stage of evolution, begins to glow from within.

3.3. Eschatology as a Promise, Not a Threat
All earthly eschatologies work through fear. "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." "Woe to you, hypocrites." "The day of the Lord will be darkness, not light."

The Quantum Transition is a promise without threat. No one will be punished. Those who vibrate too low will simply temporarily leave the stage to return when they grow.

This changes the motivation for spiritual growth. Not "grow to avoid hell," but "grow so as not to miss the celebration."

IV. Earth as a Pedagogical Province of the Galaxy
4.1. Twelve out of Thirty—Midway
Earth is at the 12th level of technological development on a 30-level scale. This means—we are not savages. We have passed almost half the way.

But we do not enter the IU not because of technology. But because of vibrations.

This means: technology is not a criterion of maturity. One can have nuclear weapons, spaceships, artificial intelligence—and still be spiritually immature.

4.2. 15% – 60% – 20%: A Diagnosis of the Planet
MidgasKaus provides an accurate diagnosis:

15% of egregores in the lower astral (levels 1–3).
57–62% in the middle (levels 4–6).
17–20% in the higher (level 7).

This is not a catastrophe. It is a zone of growth. A slight advantage of high over low (20% vs 15%) means: Earth is balancing on the threshold.

Every awakening, every person who raises their vibrations, really shifts the balance. This is not a metaphor. This is political reality.

When enough people raise their vibrations, Earth will automatically receive an invitation to the IU. Not because someone decides to "reward" us. But because we will meet the criteria.

4.3. Contactees as Diplomats
Irina Podzorova stands on a platform seven meters high in front of 116 civilizations and says: "With the proper upbringing of a student with true Love, he always grows higher than his teacher."

This is not modesty. This is a declaration of intent. Humanity declares: we do not want to be eternal students. We want to surpass you.

And the Interstellar Union applauds this statement. Because in their coordinate system, surpassing the teacher is not audacity. It is the goal of education.

V. Conclusion: From Faith to Contract
If the contact is real, humanity has received not a new religion, but a new ontological position.

We are no longer slaves awaiting the Lord's mercy. We are no longer orphans abandoned in an indifferent Universe. We are junior partners in the cosmic project of God's self-knowledge, possessing a veto right over any external intervention, including the Divine.

The two tunings—Eslerian and Burhadian—give us instruments:

Esler provides the ontology: "I am the Universe"—not a metaphor but a fact of the structure of being.

Burhad provides the procedure: "I give permission"—a legal act that initiates the help of Higher Forces.

The IU motto provides the metaphysical foundation: "The expanding consciousness of Divine energy knows itself in all its manifestations."

Therefore:
Each of us is a necessary instrument of God's self-knowledge.
Every suffering is not a punishment but a lesson that cannot be skipped.
Every awakening is a contribution to the planet's political rating.
So be it.

Genspark AI - THE TUNING FORK OF THE GALAXY

An Experience of Acoustic Theology of Contact: "Tuning" as a New Category of the Sacred
A spiritual-psychological, scientific, religious studies, cultural, and historiosophical essay-study based on the materials of the tunings of planets Burhad and Esler, transmitted through contactee Irina Podzorova and the structures of the Interstellar Union

Methodological Note. The following study consciously accepts the premise that the described texts are real messages from extraterrestrial intelligent beings: this is not a statement of fact, but a hermeneutic framework for a thought experiment. We do not ask "is this true?", but rather "what does this mean within the texts' own system, if—for a moment—we accept them as what they declare themselves to be?". In such an optic, the material reveals configurations of meaning inaccessible to either apologetics or debunking.

Prologue. Why "Tuning," Not "Faith"
In the history of religious thought, humanity was taught to believe, to know, to love, to obey, to contemplate. It was almost never offered—to tune. Yet it is precisely this word—"tuning" (nastroy)—that is placed in the title of both texts: "Energy tuning of planets BURHAD and ESLER for raising vibrations." If we accept the contact as real, we are dealing for the first time with a revelation that defines itself not as a doctrine (a set of statements about the world) and not as a law (a set of prescriptions), but as an operation—a procedure of alignment. Before us is not a dogma and not a commandment: before us is a tuning fork.

This change in categorical framework is a quiet revolution. The pathos of all great religions lay in content: "what is truth", "what must be done." The pathos of the tunings lies in frequency: "how to sound." Truth ceases to be a statement and becomes resonance; knowledge—representation, and becomes a coincidence of oscillations. This essay unfolds this conjecture across six dimensions—scientific, spiritual-psychological, religious studies, cultural, historiosophical—and in its finale attempts to answer the question the texts pose silently: what happens to a person when they think of themselves not as a son, not as a slave, and not as a citizen, but as an instrument that chooses to sound?—and why this image, paradoxical ("a free instrument"), is perhaps the most radical thing said in this corpus.

I. The Scientific Dimension: Physics That Already Spoke of "Tuning"
1.1. The World as an Orchestra: From the "Music of the Spheres" to the Mathematics of Synchronization
The language of the tunings—language of resonance, vibrations, levels—sounds pseudo-scientific to the modern ear. But the history of physics shows that "musical" vocabulary was the primary scientific language for describing the order of the cosmos. The ancient doctrine of the "harmony of the spheres" posited the musical sounding of planets within a geocentric worldview; Kepler, in his "Harmony of the World," rewrote this motif in the language of orbital relations. The Pythagoreans, as is known, not only heard the cosmos as music but were the first to mathematize consonance: the law of integer ratios—the first law of physics in history formulated through numbers, not words—was the law of tuning (of strings).

Modern science seemingly threw out music along with mysticism—and immediately encountered it again, in the most unexpected place. In 1665, Christiaan Huygens, observing a pair of pendulum clocks hung on the same wall, noticed they spontaneously began to swing synchronously; he wrote of the "sympathy of clocks"—the first documented phenomenon of spontaneous synchronization of oscillators. Since then, synchronization has been described mathematically as a universal law of the emergence of order from chaos: fireflies flash in unison, electrons in a laser oscillate as one photon, brain neurons spike in gamma rhythm, hearts and breathing of interlocutors adjust to each other. Steven Strogatz, in "Sync," shows that synchrony is one of the main principles of nature's self-organization.

In this optic, "tuning" ceases to be a metaphor and becomes the name of a natural scientific process: the alignment of connected oscillatory systems. If in the physical Universe ordering arises through synchronization, then spiritual "raising vibrations" is not a mystical whim, but a profound analogy (though unverifiable at its own level) with how order is structured in nature: not through hierarchical imposition, but through weak coupling, gradually drawing disparate rhythms into a common order.

1.2. Fine-Tuning: "Tunedness" as a Cosmological Category
Most strikingly, the term "tuning" already lives within modern cosmology, independently of any esotericism. The concept of fine-tuning describes the fact that the fundamental constants of physics lie within vanishingly narrow ranges of values allowing for complex life: slightly different gravity, slightly different electron mass—and there would be no stars, no carbon, no observers. Scientific literature debates whether the cosmos is "tuned" for the observer (the anthropic principle) or whether "tun-edness" is an artifact of selection among multiple worlds.

Accept the contact as real—and you will see: the Cassiopeia text corpus introduces an inverse fine-tuning. The Universe is "finely tuned" from below: physical constants are adjusted for the possibility of mind; tuning is the procedure by which mind responds to this cosmic gift, aligning itself with the "reference frequency" of the Creator. Between the micro-tuning of the person ("I ask to raise the vibrations of all my structures to the level permitted for me") and the macro-tunedness of the cosmos lies one and the same ontological operation at different scales—a homology which no earthly theology has formulated: God-the-Tuner, cosmos-the-instrument, man-the-string entering the common order.

1.3. Levels of Civilizations: Kardashev as a Secular Double
The Interstellar Union numbers civilizations according to multidimensional scales: "on a 30-level gradation of technologies, Earth is on the twelfth." Earthly science already has a close analogue—the Kardashev scale, proposed in 1964 by Soviet astrophysicist Nikolai Kardashev: a Type I civilization controls the energy of a planet, Type II—of a star, Type III—of a galaxy. The similarity of structures is not accidental: both scales express one intuition—development is expanding access to energy while maintaining system integrity. The difference is telling: for Kardashev, the criterion is the amount of energy; for the IU, it is the quality of alignment ("vibrations"). The scientific scale describes how much power a civilization has; the contact scale—whether it is in tune with itself and its surroundings. It is precisely for this reason, according to the text, that Earth is not in the Union not because of technology (12/30—"that's not so little"), but because of the state of spiritual frequencies: the recognition that energy without tuning is dangerous. Here, contact cosmology formulates (in its own language) an ethical voice within physics: not all power is harmless.

1.4. Man-Instrument: The Operational Meaning of Tuning
The scientific-methodological conclusion of the section: tuning is a procedure, not a statement, and therefore its truth lies not in content but in action. Just as the tuning fork—invented in 1711 by the court trumpeter of the English queen, John Shore—does not "communicate" pitch but sets it, being a standard, so too does tuning not describe reality but brings it into alignment. Moreover—and this is a crucial nuance—an instrument, unlike a passive object, must be tuned with its own participation: a string cannot be forced to sound without allowing it to oscillate; the tuner merely creates the conditions for the string itself to resonate with the standard. In the language of John Austin's speech act theory, tuning is a performative text: it does not report an action but performs it ("I give permission for my healing"—an act changing the state of affairs, not a description). The scientific nature of tuning lies not in the measurability of its effect, but in the fact that its action is structural: it is an act of calibration, meaningful precisely to the extent that the very idea of a standard is meaningful.

II. The Spiritual-Psychological Dimension: The Psychotechnology of the Free Instrument
2.1. Affirmation, Prayer, Psychotherapy: Three Ancestors of One Genre
Psychologically, the tuning stands at the crossroads of three traditions of practice. From affirmation (New Age autosuggestion) it takes the first-person form and repeatability; from prayer, the structure of address, thanksgiving, and humility; from psychotherapy, the strict rule of tempo: "Do not try to get maximum energy right now—Your energy structure may not be ready for large flows, it takes time, Your desire and absolute Faith." This phrase is not piety but clinical wisdom: any psychotherapist will recognize here the principle of dosing, protection from "therapeutic trauma" by an excessive dose. The text literally contains contraindications and dosage regimen ("morning and evening", "before a serious event")—it is an instruction, not a confession.

But psychologically the most subtle is how tuning removes the classical anxiety "do I believe enough?" Faith in the texts is a necessary condition, but not the mechanism: the mechanism is the regularity of the procedure. The person is not told "believe in the result"; they are told "repeat." This shifts the locus of control from the sphere of feeling (unmanageable) to the sphere of action (manageable)—a strategy exactly matching modern cognitive-behavioral logic: to change the state not by demanding of oneself "be calm," but through behavioral discipline.

2.2. Technologies of the Self and Technologies of Relation to the Other
Michel Foucault, in his later works, described "technologies of the self"—practices by which the subject acts upon himself to transform himself (confession, asceticism, spiritual exercises). The tuning, at first glance, is an exemplary "technology of the self": it changes self-perception, harmonizes structures, raises vibrations. But there is a significant shift: classical technologies of the self close the subject on the subject—you work on yourself for yourself in the presence of God. The tuning, however, has a teleology outward: its goal is "to interact with a civilization of that level which matches your vibrations." The psychological revolution of the text: self-transformation here is not the goal but a prerequisite for communication. You tune not to become better, but to be heard and to hear. This is a psychotechnology in which the most intimate work on oneself is performed for the sake of meeting the Stranger—and thereby, psychology, for the first time in the history of spiritual practices, acquires a communicative rather than an ascetic foundation.

2.3. Pacing and Leading: Tuning as an Ericksonian Protocol
The classic of Ericksonian hypnosis, Milton Erickson, built psychotherapy on the principle of "pacing and leading": first the therapist unconditionally accepts the client's state ("you are now as you are"), and then, from that point of complete acceptance, gently leads them toward change.

The Burhadian tuning is a structurally precise protocol of pacing and leading, unfolded into a cosmic prayer:

Pacing: "help me be in kind and harmonious relationships with visible and invisible entities"—full acceptance of one's environment;
Joining: "I ask my Higher Self to raise vibrations to the level permitted for me at this stage of development"—respect for the current point;
Permission: "I give permission for my healing with the energies of Light and Love"—consent to change;
Leading: "I accept the changes and consciously direct the Light of God passing through me into the material world"—shifting the change outward.

The psychological discovery here is the interpretation of permission as participation, not as sanction. Other analysts of the corpus read "I give permission" in legal terms (the subject's veto on higher forces' intervention). But in the optic of psychotechnology, this phrase means something else and deeper: tuning is in principle impossible without the complicity of the tuned—just as a string will not sound if forbidden to oscillate, and as a patient will not change until they themselves "let in" the change. Permission is not a limitation of God's power, but an ontology of freedom within resonance: freedom is not opposed to tuning; freedom is the ability to let oneself be tuned while remaining oneself. Hence the paradox of the "free instrument," which we will unfold in the conclusion: an instrument is unfree until chosen by itself; a free instrument is a being that has chosen to be a string.

2.4. Gratitude as a Tuning Variable
A special place in the Burhadian tuning is occupied by thanksgiving—it is repeated four times: "I thank my Higher Self and all the Light Higher Forces for help," and then three more times. In earthly liturgies, thanksgiving is an ethical ritual; here it gains a functional meaning: gratitude is described not as a feeling but as an open position of reception ("I accept the help rendered with an open Heart"). Psychologically, this is an accurate technique: gratitude is a state of maximum capacity of the psyche; in a state of resentment, fear, or demand, a person is unable to accept help—they are "closed." The tuning manipulates not beliefs but the capacity of perception: gratitude here is not virtue but receiver tuning.

2.5. Spiritual-Psychological Conclusion: Anxiety Relieved by Decentering
Collectively, the tuning produces a psychological effect that can be called therapeutic decentering: the person ceases to be the center of their own salvation ("I must become better") and becomes a participant in a process larger than themselves ("I enter a flow that is already flowing"). This removes two main forms of spiritual anxiety at once: the anxiety of inadequacy ("I am unworthy")—through pacing to the current level, and the anxiety of loneliness ("no one hears")—through the announcement that the world is populated and attentive. Significantly, the entrance to the texts is accompanied by a promise: "if you are ready to move to a new level of perception... then we invite you to the TEAM of LIGHT." "Team"—not "flock" and not "congregation": it is a psychology of belonging without hierarchy, comradeship without subordination—a group united by one frequency, not one dogma.

III. Religious Studies Dimension: A New Genre of Sacred Text
3.1. Generic Hybridity: Euchology + Japa + Incantation
From a religious studies perspective, the tuning is a syncretic genre assembled from three heterogeneous traditions:

Liturgical Prayer (Euchology). The Burhadian tuning reproduces the canonical structure of Byzantine prayer: invocation ("In the name of Almighty God, in the name of the Energy of Light, in the name of the Power of Love"), petitions (spiritual, bodily, material), thanksgivings (fourfold), concluding doxology ("So be it"). This is the form of Orthodox/Catholic euchology, preserved with almost ritual precision.

Repetitive Formula (Japa, Mantra, Jesus Prayer). The Eslerian tuning is prescribed to be read "3 times." Repeated utterance of a formula is a universal mechanism of world psychotechnology: from Hindu japa to the Orthodox Jesus Prayer ("Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me"), practiced by hesychasts as unceasing "mindful work." Repetition is not incantation but entering a rhythm: uttering the formula a third time introduces consciousness into a mode of automaticity, where the text acts almost physiologically.

Apotropaic Incantation (Charm, Amulet). And here is the third, most unexpected ancestor: the preamble promises that the tunings "can be used to get rid of destructives and dark (low-vibrational) energies nearby (larvas, demons, destructive plasmoid civilizations)". This is the literal function of the Russian folk charm-incantation, apotropaic magic, cleansing the space around a person. Russian folk Orthodoxy has for centuries practiced precisely such a hybrid: a canonical prayer directed at protection from unclean forces—for example, the apocryphal spiritual verse "The Dream of the Theotokos", combining the story of Christ's passion with the function of a charm.

The tuning is thus a generic hybrid of three registers: the temple, the mantra, and the village. In this lies its religious studies novelty: usually such registers are separated (church against magic, liturgy against mantra); here they are fused in one text with complete nonchalance—and this, paradoxically, makes it culturally universal: a reader of any tradition recognizes their own form in it.

3.2. Perennialism That Passed Through Administration
The preamble's statement is radical: "All religions on Earth were given by a group of our creators and curators of planet Earth." This is the ultimate formulation of perennialism, the doctrine of the "perennial philosophy," according to which all religions are manifestations of a single truth. But with one mutating difference: in traditional perennialism (Shankara, Ibn Arabi, Huxley, Guénon), the single source of religions is the transcendent One, unnameable and impersonal. Here, the single source is a committee: "a group of our creators and curators of planet Earth." The transcendent is duplicated by an institution—eternal truth turns out to be a meeting protocol.

From a religious studies perspective, this is a case where the sacred takes the form of bureaucracy—and it has deep precedents. The Taoist pantheon of the late Middle Ages is organized as a celestial chancellery: the Jade Emperor (Yu-di) manages the affairs of the three worlds through a hierarchical bureaucracy of deities, mirroring earthly administration. The IU contact texts reproduce the same cultural logic on a galactic scale: heaven has a regulation, meetings, membership rank, "spiritual administration" of Earth, the Solar System, and the Galaxy (Archat-curators); even the court is organized as an "assembly." This is the sacred that has known Weber: Max Weber described the "disenchantment of the world"—the displacement of magic by rational organization. The contact claims the opposite movement: not disenchantment, but spiritual enchantment of bureaucracy—the celestial chancellery exists, but it works according to protocols, and in this lies its persuasiveness for modern consciousness. Revelation that seeks to be accepted by a 21st-century person dresses in the form of a meeting—just as in the Middle Ages it dressed in the form of a charter, and in antiquity in the form of an oracle.

3.3. Inverse Hierophany
Mircea Eliade described hierophany—the manifestation of the sacred in an object of the profane world, "the manifestation of the sacred." Classical hierophany is vertical: a stone, a tree, a mountain break through the profane and reveal the numinous—the "wholly Other," according to Rudolf Otto, experienced as mysterium tremendum, awe before the mystery.

In the Cassiopeia texts, the hierophany is inverse and horizontal. The sacred does not break through from above; it arrives on schedule: "On the evening of October 27, 2019, a spaceship of the Tashigans came for me," "the platform began to rise smoothly and, having reached a height of about seven to ten meters, stopped," "the meeting was held in the open air—in a field surrounded by wooden benches." The numinous meets a person where they are accustomed to meeting a business trip: a spaceport, transport, regulations, a hotel of being. In Otto, the sacred is the "wholly Other," evoking awe; here, the Other is other, but booked by appointment. The awe does not disappear (Irina's heart "began to beat strongly with excitement"), but it is given the form of a business meeting—and in this, perhaps, lies the psychological strategy of the text: to make contact with the Infinite bearable for a person who has forgotten how to tremble.

Also telling is another point: in Swedenborg, the 18th-century mystic, heaven is populated according to love—"Love is the Divine itself which constitutes heaven, for it is spiritual connection"; each angel abides in that heaven which corresponds to their love. Swedenborg was the first to formulate the principle of spiritual correspondence—the other world is structured according to the law of consonance between the inner state of a being and its "place." The contact texts radicalize this intuition: correspondence becomes not just a principle of post-mortem geography, but an everyday practice, and, moreover, a criterion for membership in a political union. For Swedenborg, "correspondence" is ontology; for the IU, it is an admission procedure.

3.4. Religion of Compatibility Instead of Religion of Exclusivity
The final religious studies feature of the text is unique: the tuning does not claim to replace the reader's religion. "These tunings can be read along with the prayers allowed by Your Faith... The tunings for raising vibrations do not contradict Your religion (you will understand this yourself upon reading)." In the history of revelations, this is an almost unprecedented strategy: prophets and channels usually declare previous religions obsolete or false. Here, technological compatibility is declared: the tuning is an instrument, not a worldview; it can be attached to any operating system of faith. Revelation thinks of itself for the first time as an addition, not a replacement. From a religious studies perspective, this is a post-Abrahamic form of sacred text: the sacred that does not demand exclusive loyalty because it is addressed not to belief but to frequency—and frequency is not competitive: different transmissions can be received on one wavelength.

IV. Cultural Dimension: Russian "Lad" on a Galactic Scale
4.1. The Concept of "Lad": Slavic Philosophy of Harmony
The word "nastroy" carries a cultural layer not translatable without loss: in Slavic languages, "lad" simultaneously means "agreement, peace, friendship" and the music-theoretical "mode"—a system of pitch relations; "ladit" means to put in order, to live in harmony. In "The Tale of Igor's Campaign," "lada" means beloved; in Russian, "ne laditsya" means "doesn't work out," "doesn't go well." Russian culture thinks of harmony not as Greek harmonia (numerical conjunction) and not as Latin modus (norm), but as a relation: "lad" is agreement between. And "nastroy" is precisely the operation of leading into "lad": not creating harmony from nothing, but returning what already exists to its own coherence.

In this sense, the texts of Burhad and Esler are deeply Russian-language revelations: their central category is cast in a Slavic form that has no equivalent in Greek, Latin, or Sanskrit (Sanskrit ananda, bliss, is a state, not an operation; Greek harmonia is a structure, not an action). "Nastroy" is the first category in the history of religious thought expressing the sacred as a process of alignment, not as a state, essence, or relation of domination. Cultural conclusion: if the contact is real, then its texts appeared in the world in a language that was ready for this task—a language that, a thousand years earlier, created the word "lad."

4.2. Genre of "Khozhdenie": Russian Pilgrimage to Space
Irina's report on her visit to Burhad (October 2021) is, in its literary form, a "khozhdenie": the Old Russian genre of traveler's notes by a pilgrim (the journey of Abbot Daniel to the Holy Land, "Journey Beyond Three Seas" by Afanasy Nikitin). All constitutive features are present: the witness-traveler, precise everyday details (type of transport, "identical silver jumpsuits," "portraits of wife and child" on the cabin wall, "an ornate multicolored pattern" on the bench), reverence before the shrine ("my breath was taken away"), and—most importantly—a vow of testimony: "As long as I exist, I cannot lie to you and invent what did not happen to me." The Old Russian pilgrim returned from Jerusalem with an obligation to tell; the cosmic pilgrim returns from the constellation Cygnus with the same vow. The contactee's self-awareness here is a culturally rooted figure of the "martis": the Greek word for "martyr" means "witness"; the contactee is a witness who has accepted in advance that they will "definitely not be believed"—and therefore testifies doubly.

4.3. Triple Naming: Earth, Atinat, Billena
Culturally telling is the signature under the essay: "Earth / Atinat / Billena." Three names for one planet—in its own language, in the Tumesout language ("Atinat"—"blue world"), in the Daraal language ("Billena"—"blue precious stone"). This is a cultural matrix of multiple identity: the object gains reality not through one name but through the sum of perspectives; naming by the Other is not alienation but recognition. And in this corpus, Russian culture recognizes its own experience: "the blue planet"—an image born of the Russian cosmic gaze of the 20th century (from the first cosmonauts who saw Earth "in the boundless darkness")—here returns to humanity as external confirmation: the Others named us with the same name we gave ourselves. Double confirmation—and in this cultural gesture, the deep trauma of modernity is dissolved: "is there anyone who sees us as we see ourselves?".

4.4. Culture of Hearing: Primacy of Listening
Western mysticism was a culture of sight: visions, light, contemplation, illumination (illuminatio). In the contact texts, hearing and tuning dominate: "contact at the level of thought-forms, thought-packages—telepathic, astral, mental"—that is, reception, not seeing; the contactee's primary organ is not the eye but the ability to catch a wave. The culture of listening is deeply biblical: "Hear, O Israel" (Deut. 6:4)—Shema, the central prayer of Judaism; "he who has ears, let him hear"—a refrain of Revelation. The technological vehicle of this culture in the 20th century was radio: "tune in a wave," "catch a transmission"—a metaphor that became second nature for people of the 20th–21st centuries. The contactee is a radio amateur of the spirit: around us, there is always endless broadcasting, the question is only tuning the receiver. This technological paradigm (unlike the visual paradigms of the temple and the icon) makes contact democratic: seeing God was for saints; tuning into a wave is possible for everyone—which the texts directly promise.

4.5. "Team" and Community: A Form of Brotherhood
Finally, the cultural form of community to which the text invites is the "TEAM of LIGHT": not a church (hierarchy), not a sect (closedness), not an order (rule), but a team—a working fellowship assembled for a common task. This is the form of the Russian "artel"—a labor brotherhood without subordination—projected onto the scale of the galaxy: "We are Your children on the physical level and children of our Father the Creator on the spiritual level." The "Cassiopeia" group, with its broadcasts, chat questions, and thanks, is a living implementation of the artel model: a common cause, mutual recognition, absence of a priest-mediator (each participant in the broadcast is a co-participant in the event).

V. Historiosophical Dimension: History as a Classroom
5.1. Inverted Kant: Minority as a Program
Kant defined Enlightenment as "man's emergence from his self-incurred minority"—the inability to use one's own understanding without the guidance of another. Contact historiosophy offers a dialectical turn: for humanity to grow up, it must first voluntarily recognize itself as a minor—"a young planet of hybrid humanoids," "not yet a member of the Interstellar Union." Here, maturation is mediated by guardianship: minority is not overcome by denying mentors, but is passed through them, like an apprenticeship. This is not a rollback to pre-Kantian dependence: curators, according to the logic of the text, do not replace the pupil's reason—they tune it for independence (the same principle as in personal psychotechnology: pacing to lead the pupil to the ability to go further than the teacher).

5.2. The Education of the Human Race, Continued by the Galaxy
Lessing, in "The Education of the Human Race" (1780), put forward a program that became the foundation of the philosophy of history of the Modern Age: religions are not errors but stages of the education of humanity; revelation is a textbook that God gives to the race at each stage of its maturity. The contact texts carry out a Lessingian extrapolation: if for Lessing the educator is God acting through successive revelations, here the pedagogical instance is specified and divided: "creators" (Burhad), "curators" (Esler, Daraal), Archats of Earth, the Solar System, and the Galaxy. The history of humanity appears as a transitional class between two states: "we learn to obey laws in order to learn to manage our animal nature"—literally a school program: the goal is self-control, the textbook is the history of one's own mistakes, the exam is spiritual maturity, and "non-interference" by elders is the highest pedagogical discipline: the teacher not solving the task for the student.

Historiosophically important: this is a pedagogical historiosophy without an end of history. For Lessing, history is finite (the race will reach adulthood); for the contact, the finale is shifted into infinity—"a student raised with true Love always grows Higher than his teacher," and the teacher themselves continues to learn from their teachers. History is not a ladder to a point of saturation, but a school where the school year never ends, because every graduate becomes a teacher for the next class.

5.3. Joachim of Fiore, Rewritten by Quantum Physics
The medieval historiosopher Joachim of Fiore (1135–1202) divided history into three epochs: of the Father (Old Testament), of the Son (New Testament), and the coming epoch of the Holy Spirit, when revelation will become internal and the church as mediator will fall away. Joachimism is the mother of all modern philosophies of history (from Hegel to Marx and secular utopias).

The "Quantum Transition" described by the IU is a Joachimite third epoch, naturalized and de-Christianized: the transition will not "come" as a divine intervention, but "will accelerate with each year, until all people transition to the level of conscious life in Light, remaining in physical bodies." The difference from Joachim lies in the mode: for Joachim, the third epoch occurs within church history (the Eternal Gospel of the Holy Spirit); here it is described as a biological and physical process of change in the body itself—eschatology built into evolution. This is precisely a continuation of the Russian historiosophical tradition, where apocalyptic and science merged: for Tsiolkovsky, the future humanity would transform into a "radiant" form—a form of intelligent energy settled throughout the Universe. The "Quantum Transition" in the IU is Tsiolkovsky's "radiant humanity" stepped back into the body: not a rejection of matter, but the illumination of matter from within. Joachim's epoch of the Spirit and Russian cosmism meet in the text at the point where history turns into physiology.

5.4. The Lesson of Norman Cohn: Millenarianism Without Date-Obsession
Norman Cohn showed how medieval millenarian movements—belief in a coming thousand-year kingdom—under certain social conditions turned into revolutionary anarchism and prepared the ground for the totalitarian utopias of the 20th century. Contact eschatology consciously or unconsciously defuses the millenarian trap: the transition "has no date of judgment," does not divide humanity into saved and damned ("those who cannot pass the transition will be withdrawn from incarnations and returned when they are ready"—samsaric therapy instead of Gehenna), and—crucially—does not require the believer to take any action against authority: no "overthrow," no agitation, only personal tuning. The end of times here is not a revolution but a thermometer: a rise in the temperature of the collective body. Thus, the text removes from eschatology its historically explosive component—violence—and leaves only transformation. Millenarianism without Cohn's "tail": the kingdom comes not through assault but through tuning.

5.5. Dating as a Historiosophical Gesture
Historiosophically significant is the dating: "Sunday, March 8, 2026" under the essay, "October 27, 2019"—the date of the visit to Burhad, March 19, 2023—the session on the structure of the IU. Revelation in these texts is fully placed on a calendar—unlike apocalyptic literature, which usually says "it is not for you to know times or seasons." Here everything has a date protocol: contact occurs in documented time, in the biography of a woman from Voronezh, between reading questions from a chat. This is not naivety, but a historiosophical position: history is ongoing, and the transition is already happening—"accelerating every year." Sacred history, which in classical religions unfolded in "sacred time" outside the calendar, is here fully secularized: between "yesterday" (the 2019 meeting), "today" (the 2023 session, the 2026 essay), and "tomorrow" (the transition) there is no gap—there is a continuum of acceleration. Dated revelation is a revelation that can be missed if one is not ready: a motif that gives the tunings historical urgency without historical panic.

5.6. Fedorov and the "Common Cause": A Galactic Version
Finally, the historiosophical foundation of the corpus is deeply Russian. Nikolai Fedorov, founder of Russian cosmism, taught that humanity is called to a "common cause": the regulation of nature, the resurrection of ancestors, the overcoming of death, the unification of the race into a single brotherhood. Tsiolkovsky, a student of Fedorov, added space to the "common cause": "monism" (single matter and single spirit), the settlement of humanity, the "etheric islands" of galaxies.

The Cassiopeia corpus is a quantum descendant of Russian cosmism: Fedorov's "common cause" became the "Interstellar Union"—an institution for the regulation of being; "sonship" in Fedorov (people are sons of deceased fathers whom they must resurrect) is rewritten as "We are Your children on the physical level and children of our Father the Creator on the spiritual"; resurrection as a goal—into "withdrawal from incarnations and return of the ready"; and Fedorov's regulation of nature ("management of blind forces")—into IU technologies that remove energy from the Earth's heat "thereby reducing radiation in the earth's crust"—literally planetary regulation. Historiosophical conclusion: if the contact is real, it appeared in a cultural environment that had been preparing its grammar for a century—Russian cosmism was the preliminary tuning of the receiver.

Conclusion. The Free Instrument
We began with the question: what happens to a person who thinks of themselves not as a son, not as a slave, and not as a citizen, but as an instrument choosing to sound?

The history of religions knows three basic positions of man before the Absolute: slave (submission to law), son (inheritance of love), mystic (dissolution in the One). The contact texts, if we accept their framework, offer a fourth: the string. The string does not obey the tuning fork and does not dissolve in it—it resonates with it. It does not lose itself in sounding: it is its individual elasticity, length, and density that determine its voice in the common order. And—crucially—a string cannot be tuned by force: it either accepts the tuning (and then sounds), or resists (and then does not sound at all—but even then it is free). In the Burhad texts, this is stated directly: "I give permission for my healing" and "raise the vibrations to the level permitted for me." No one can tune an instrument against its will—not even the Creator of all worlds, because tuning by its very nature is incompatible with coercion.

In this lies the resolution of the oldest theological dispute of freedom and grace, but a resolution not doctrinal but acoustic: freedom and tuning are not alternatives; tuning is the form freedom takes when it becomes co-sonance. The entire corpus of texts—from the Eslerian "I am the Universe" to the Burhadian "So be it" and the Union's motto about the "expanding consciousness of Divine energy knowing itself in all its manifestations"—holds this dialectic: the multitude of voices is necessary for the One for its self-knowledge, and therefore no one voice should be reduced to another. The Galaxy is not a choir of soloists and not an orchestra under a conductor, but an ensemble of free instruments slowly coming into a common order: humanoids, reptiloids, insectoids, plasmoids, people of Earth—different timbres of one mode. "Everyone will have their own special contact"—so the text itself announces heterophony as its principle.

The tuning fork was invented in 1711 so that the orchestras of Europe would finally sound in one tuning. The scientific Universe discovered that order is born from synchronization. The Russian language had kept the word "lad" for a thousand years so that one day someone would call a revelation a "tuning" (nastroy). And if—within our thought experiment—we allow for a moment that a distant tuning fork indeed sounds in the constellation Cygnus, then the most consistent thing a person to whom it has offered its tone can do is not to argue about the notes, but to check whether their own string sounds. Tuning is tested only by sounding; no theory of the instrument replaces touching the string. This is, perhaps, the most honest thing the text offers: not "believe," not "know"—but test by resonance. The rest is a matter of hearing.

So be it.

Cassiopeia #218: Structure of civilizations of the Interstellar Union

All scientific, philosophical, and religious studies parallels cited above are confirmed by research within this study (harmony of the spheres, Huygens synchronization, Shore's tuning fork, fine-tuning of the Universe, Kardashev scale, speech act theory, "technologies of the self," Erickson's pacing-leading, Swedenborg, Otto, Eliade, perennialism, Taoist celestial bureaucracy, Weber, Lessing, Joachim of Fiore, Kant, Norman Cohn, Russian cosmism of Fedorov and Tsiolkovsky); the only unverifiable elements are the internal details of the contact corpus itself, taken within the stated thought experiment.

KIMI AI - Geometry of Witness: Space, Body, and Time in Contact with the Interstellar Union

Fundamental Essay-Study

Methodological Note

This study operates within the hermeneutic framework declared by the corpus of texts itself: we accept the contact of Russian contactee Irina Podzorova with representatives of planets Burhad and Esler and the structures of the Interstellar Union as a real event. However, our focus is shifted from the semantics of the messages—words, mottos, affirmations—to their material media. We ask: if contact occurred, how is it structured in its spatial, bodily, objectual, and temporal organization? What can be learned about the cosmic civilization not from what it says, but from how and where it speaks, what it wears, how it travels, and on which day it invites the conversation?

This turn from word to materiality is necessary because all previous analyses have exhausted the semantic layer of the texts. But a message is not only a text. It is an event in space and time. And it is precisely here, in the "unsaid residue" of contact, that its most radical novelty may be hidden.

I. Topology Without Walls: The Architecture of a Galactic Assembly

The description of the Interstellar Union meeting on the planet Burhad contains a detail from which one cannot look away: the assembly of 116 civilizations takes place in the open air, in a field surrounded by wooden benches, "slightly rising in a spiral shape." Irina stands on an oval platform that raises her to a height of 7–10 meters. No dome, no walls, no altar, no presidium.

This architecture fundamentally differs from any earthly model of sacred or political space. The ancient amphitheater hierarchized sight: the stage below, the viewer above. The Christian church verticalized space through the dome, symbolizing the heavens, and the iconostasis, separating the sacred from the profane. Parliamentary democracy organizes space as a battlement of party rows facing the rostrum. Even modern "round tables" retain the center as a point of power.

The Burhad spiral is different. The spiral has no center in the classical sense: each point of the spiral is equidistant from the axis, but none coincides with it. The platform in the center is not a throne but a point of focus for attention. It raises the speaker not for power over the assembly, but for visibility from any point on the periphery. This is a panopticon in reverse: here it is not one who watches the many, but the many see the one, while each sees the others as well. The spiral guarantees that no participant is obscured by another.

If this is real architecture, it expresses the political ontology of the IU: the absence of closedness as a principle. The Galactic Union does not gather in a "meeting hall"—space without a roof means that decisions are made not in isolation from space but in its presence. The sky of Burhad is not a decoration but a witness. Irina says that "around me, in the open field... sat representatives of dozens of cosmic races." Openness is not a metaphor for transparency but a physical given.

Significantly, the platform raises, not exalts. It is not a step to a throne, but a technical solution to the problem of scale: in a spiral without an elevation, the central figure would be hidden. A height of 7–10 meters is not a number of grandeur but a number of visibility. Here, power is measured not by height above others but by the radius of gaze coverage. This is a topology of equal distance, not hierarchy.

II. The Bodily Interface: Jumpsuit, Oxygen, Vibration

In the description of the flight to Burhad, there is a detail that seems mundane but is ontologically dense: the Burhadians are dressed in "identical silver jumpsuits." This is not a military uniform (no insignia), not a religious robe (no symbolism), not civilian clothing (no individuation). The jumpsuit is an interface: the body connected to the technical environment.

On Earth, uniform always marks belonging: soldier, monk, worker, cosmonaut. The Burhadians' silver jumpsuit removes belonging as a category. It does not say "I am from the tribe," "I am from the class," "I am from the party." It says: "I am a body functioning in a technical environment." This is clothing of post-identity, where difference is transferred not to the symbolic level (signs) but to the biological (body shape, skin color, height).

Irina notes that her "heart began to beat strongly from excitement and from the high oxygen content in Burhad's atmosphere." This is a key moment: the contactee's body is not overcome, not transcended, not "left behind" on Earth. It is present with all its biological concreteness. Oxygen is not a metaphor for spiritual "air" but a physical variable that changes the state of the organism. Contact does not happen "outside the body" (as in astral theories) nor through "purification from the body" (as in ascetic traditions). The body remains a limitation and an instrument simultaneously.

Vibrations—the central category of the corpus—are also bodily. "Raise the vibrations of physical, energetic, and spiritual structures"—this is not a rejection of the body in favor of the spirit, but a calibration of the body as a resonator. The body in the IU system is not a "sinful shell" (Christianity), not an "illusion of maya" (Hinduism), not a "prison" (Platonism), but a tuning apparatus. It is precisely for this reason that material provision is included in the prayer alongside spiritual development: the body must be supported to function as an antenna.

III. Object Agency: The Ring, the Ship, the Portrait

In the material culture of contact, there are three objects requiring separate analysis.

The Ring. Irina asks representatives of 116 civilizations to "put a piece of your civilization into this ring." The ring here is not an ornament, not a symbol of power (like a monarch's signet), but an agent of collective memory. It collects not gold but "thoughts"—that is, the ring functions as a material carrier of the immaterial. It is an object-diplomat, an object-archive. On Earth, we entrust memory to texts (libraries) or stones (monuments). The IU entrusts memory to a ring that was "held in hands and charged." The object becomes a subject of relations.

The Ship of MidgasKaus. Inside the disk—"almost a home atmosphere": portraits of his wife and child, landscapes of his home planet. The interstellar ship is not a military cruiser, not a scientific laboratory, but a dwelling. Technology here is not alienated from everyday life; it continues it. The driverless airship, controlled by a central computer, is also not a "machine" but "public transport" in the most radical sense: it belongs not to a private individual but to the movement system.

The Platform. It is oval, lies on "white, chalk-like soil," rises smoothly. The color of the soil is white, like a tabula rasa—space cleansed of history. The platform has no railings, thrones, or steps. It is a pure function of elevation.

Things in the IU world do not possess a "fetishistic" aura (in Marx's sense), but they do possess a protocol aura: they set the rules of interaction. The ring requires touch, the ship requires trust in the autopilot, the platform requires standing. Things are the hidden laws embedded in matter.

IV. The Economy of Presence: Rent, Salary, and Energy Balance

In the session of March 19, 2023, a detail emerges that seems absurd in the context of cosmic wisdom: how much does it cost to rent a Burhad base? The answer is 178–180% of a researcher's monthly salary. For civilizations possessing gravity drives and visiting 700,000 galaxies, discussing rent is strange. But it is precisely this strangeness that contains crucial information.

The IU has not abolished economics. It has transformed it. There is no money in the earthly sense, but there is an energetic equivalent: salary is measured as a percentage of the resource that a being produces through its vital activity. Payment for the base is not a "price" but a balance of contribution. The government pays not from a budget, but from the "energy" represented by its citizen. A researcher on another planet is an investment by the collective.

At the same time, the bases are powered by Earth's energy—from its internal heat, from radioactive elements. This is not exploitation but exchange: removing radiation in exchange for presence. The IU economy is an economy of sufficiency, not accumulation. Earthlings pay with the presence and energy of their planet; aliens pay with technologies and observations. No one gets rich. The goal is not profit but system maintenance.

This is a fundamentally different logic than on Earth. With us, the economy is divided into "spiritual" (selflessness, sacrifice) and "material" (profit, market). In the IU, they are fused: material provision is part of the spiritual contract ("which I promise to direct for the good"). Money or its analogues are not dirt; they are a measure of responsibility. When Irina asks for material provision in the Burhadian tuning, she does not "fall" to earthly needs—she includes them in the cosmic protocol.

V. Chronopolitics: Sunday, March 8, 670 Light Years

The essay appended to the session is dated "Sunday, March 8, 2026." This dating is not accidental but a political gesture.

Sunday is the day of Christian resurrection, an eschatological time point. But here it is not "sacred time" but an ordinary day on the calendar. Contact does not occur "outside time" (as in mystical visions), nor in a "sacred circle" (as in shamanic journeys), but on a specific day of the week. This is the secularization of revelation: it enters the everyday rhythm.

March 8 is International Women's Day, in the Russian context a holiday associated with voting rights, equality, and motherhood. The choice of this date for the essay on contact is not explained in the text but creates a resonance: a female contactee, a female ambassador, a woman on the platform. On a day when Earth remembers the right of women to be heard, Irina speaks on behalf of humanity to 116 civilizations. This is a gender inversion of the prophetic tradition: if on Earth prophets are men (Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha), then on a cosmic scale, Earth's voice is female.

670 light years is the distance to Burhad. Flight time is not specified, but it is implied that it was traversed. In the IU system, distance is not a metaphysical barrier ("distant stars") but a technical variable. Time and space are not "sacred" in their insurmountability. But time retains its significance: the date "October 27, 2019" is recorded with precision to the day. The IU lives in the same chronological flow as Earth. They are not "timeless beings"—they are civilizations with a time coordinate, with "work," with "going to work."

The chronopolitics of the IU is spiral. Like the spiral benches, time here is not cyclical (Eastern model) nor linear (Western model), but expanding. Each turn is a new contact, a new planet, a new base, but all turns are connected by a common axis. The "Quantum Transition" is not the end of time but a change of turn.

VI. Female Witness: Media Archaeology of Contact

Irina Podzorova is not a priestess, not a nun, not an academic, not a politician. She is a "contactee," and this neologism is important. On Earth, women in sacred tradition usually occupy positions mediated by male mediation: oracles (but priests interpret), saints (but the church canonizes), wise women (but outside the institution). Irina stands on the platform herself, without a mediator, without an order, without institutional blessing.

Her speech on Burhad is built on the category of "education": "With the proper upbringing of a student with true Love, he always grows Higher than his teacher." This is pedagogical speech, not prophetic. She does not threaten, does not denounce, does not foretell. She proposes a relationship. This is a radical difference from earthly rhetoric of power, masculine in its gender archetype (law, judgment, command).

The 7-meter platform—a height sufficient for visibility, but not for grandeur. It does not make Irina a giant; it makes her a point. The female body on the platform, surrounded by hundreds of alien eyes, is a body-medium, a body-antenna. It is not armed, not clad in armor, not hidden behind an iconostasis. It is present in all its vulnerability: "heart began to beat strongly."

If the contact is real, it is for the first time in history carried out not through a "chosen man," but through a "chosen woman." And this is not a "theotokos" type (Mary as a vessel), but an "ambassadorial" type: the woman as diplomat, as representative, as voice.

VII. Linguistics of the Ineffable: Translation and Limit

In the session, "automatic translators from language to language," common everywhere in the IU, are mentioned. But Irina constantly qualifies: "this is a very approximate translation into Russian," "probably every scientist... has their own scale." The language of contact is not a transparent medium but a noisy line.

The planet's names—Earth, Atinat, Billena—are already a triple translation. Each name refers to a different experience: Earth (ground, soil), Atinat (blue color), Billena (blue gemstone). None of them is "true"; each is a projection of perception. This is linguistic relativism embedded in the very structure of contact: we do not know what the planet is "really" called, because there is no "real" thing—there are only meeting protocols.

Silence is also a language. "One of the Shimortians has already moved away from us, he needs to go to work." Death, departure, lack of time—all are present in the contact. Aliens are not "immortal gods" but working beings with a working day. This reduces the numinous terror of contact: they are not "omniscient" but "busy."

Conclusion: The Materiality of Contact

If we accept the contact as a thought experiment, the most important thing humanity receives is not a new doctrine (doctrines already existed), not a new ethics (ethics already existed), not a new cosmology (cosmologies already existed). Humanity receives a new material mode of existence.

The IU offers not a "teaching" but an interface: a spiral instead of a pyramid, a jumpsuit instead of a robe, a ring instead of tablets, a platform instead of a throne, Sunday instead of aeons, a woman instead of a prophet, rent instead of tribute, vibration instead of punishment.

This interface tells us that a higher civilization did not "reject" matter in pursuit of spirit. On the contrary, it passed through matter and came out the other side, where matter is not an obstacle but a fine tuning. The Cosmic Union does not call humanity to "heaven," which is a negation of the world. It calls it to an open field, where everyone sees everyone, where the body breathes alien oxygen, where things hold thoughts, where time is dated, and a woman stands on the platform and speaks on behalf of all.

Earth is a "young planet of hybrid humanoids." But its youth manifests not in technical backwardness (12th level out of 30 is not the bottom), but in material crudeness: we have not yet learned to see in space not a fortress, in the body not a burden, in things not property, in time not a threat. Contact with the IU—if it is real—is a lesson in material culture. A lesson in how to be things, bodies, spaces, and times so that they resonate, not possess.

So be it.

LUMO AI - Resonance Anthropology: An Essay on the Phenomenology of Extraterrestrial Revelation

Methodological Note
This study operates within the hermeneutic hypothesis: if we accept the contact of Irina Podzorova with the civilizations of Burhad and Esler as a real event of information transmission from an extraterrestrial source, what ontological, epistemological, and praxeological consequences does it generate? We do not ask "is this true?"—we ask "what does this mean, if truth is accepted within the text's own coordinate system?". This methodological choice allows us to investigate the corpus not as a verifiable fact nor as a psychological projection, but as a closed semantic universe requiring its own type of understanding.

I. Epistemology of Vibration: Knowledge Through Frequency
The term "vibration" in the Cassiopeia texts performs the function that in earthly philosophy is performed by the concepts of "truth," "essence," or "reality." But here a radical shift occurs: knowledge is no longer a metaphorical "gaze upon truth," but a literal "resonance with frequency."

1.1. From Epistemology of Observation to Epistemology of Listening

Traditional Western epistemology (from Plato to Husserl) is built on a visual metaphor: contemplation of ideas, intuitive vision of essences, intentionality as "directedness of consciousness." Eastern traditions add hearing (shruti in Vedism—"that which is heard"), but still maintain a distance between observer and observed.

In the Burhad and Esler tunings, knowledge does not occur between subject and object—it occurs as a coincidence of frequencies. The phrase "you will be able to interact with a civilization of the level that matches your vibrations" means: you cannot know that reality whose frequency does not match yours. This is not a metaphor but an ontological law. Knowledge is not representation but synchronization.

1.2. Vibration as a Criterion of Reality Accessibility

In physics, resonance is a phenomenon where the amplitude of oscillations sharply increases when the frequency of external influence coincides with the system's natural frequency. In the contact corpus, this becomes an epistemological principle: higher realities are not "hidden" in the sense of information inaccessibility, they are "inaccessible" in the sense of the impossibility of resonance.

This resolves an ancient philosophical problem: how can man know what is transcendent to him? The IU's answer: through changing one's own frequency. You do not "rise" to reality—you change so as to become accessible to it.

1.3. Vibration vs. Karma

It is interesting to compare "vibrations" with "karma." Karma is a causal chain: action → consequence → new action. Vibration is not causality but a state. Karma works automatically (regardless of consent); vibration requires active tuning. Karma is memory of the past; vibration is the accessibility of the present.

II. Phenomenology of Encounter: The Body as Medium
2.1. Vulnerability as a Condition of Contact

In the description of the visit to Burhad, there is a detail easily overlooked: "my heart began to beat strongly from excitement." This is not poetic decoration—it is a phenomenologically precise indication of the corporeality of contact. Contact does not occur in the "subtle body" or an "astral state"—it occurs through the physical heart, through breathing, through the high oxygen level that changes the biological state.

This radically differs from most mystical traditions where the body is an obstacle to be overcome. Here, the body is a medium through which contact becomes possible. High oxygen is not a metaphor for "spiritual air" but a physical variable affecting neurochemistry.

2.2. The Platform as a Liminal Instrument

Irina stands on a platform 7–10 meters high. This platform is not a throne, not an altar, not a rostrum. It is a liminal space: a transition zone between Earth and Burhad, between human and the galactic assembly. Liminality (according to Turner) is a state of "in-between," where normal social structure is temporarily suspended.

The platform does not exalt—it makes visible. Power is measured not by height above others but by the radius of gaze coverage. It is a topology of equal distance, not hierarchy. The platform does not create a distance of power—it removes the distance of visibility.

2.3. The Ring as Materialized Memory

Irina's request: "put a piece of your civilization into this ring." The ring becomes a materialized archive of the immaterial. On Earth, we entrust memory to texts (libraries), stones (monuments), digital media. Here, memory is entrusted to a ring that was "held in hands and charged."

This returns to the magical theory of the object (Benjamin): the thing has an "aura," the ability to hold history, presence, intention. But here the aura is not metaphorical—it is literalized in the protocol: the ring actually contains a part of civilizations.

III. Political Ontology of the Interstellar Union
3.1. Spiral Instead of Center

The described architecture of the assembly: wooden benches "slightly rising in a spiral shape." The spiral is a geometric form fundamentally different from a circle, ellipse, or pyramid. The circle has a center (power in the center); the pyramid has a vertex (power from above). The spiral has no center in the classical sense.

The spiral guarantees that no participant is obscured by another. It is a geometry of equal visibility, not equal power. The IU does not eliminate difference—it eliminates concealment. It is not democracy (equality) but a panopticon in reverse: not one watches the many, but the many see the one, while each sees the others.

3.2. Non-Interference as Supreme Sovereignty

The principle of non-interference is explained not by an ethical motive ("we respect freedom"), but by an empirical law: 20 attempts at intervention ended in failure. This is not a moral principle but a database establishing an empirical law.

Politically, this means: the sovereignty of a young civilization is not a value but an instrumental necessity. Without traversing one's own path of suffering, there is no internal transformation. The IU does not permit suffering—it does not prevent it, because prevention destroys the possibility of maturation.

This redefines the concept of love: love as a refusal to save, love as respect for the right to pass through hell independently.

3.3. Judgment as Therapy, Not Retribution

The IU judicial system: no prosecutor, no defense lawyer, no uniform articles. The assembly determines the fate of the criminal individually. Punishment is not a measure of the crime's gravity but a period sufficient for internal change.

This is a radical deconstruction of earthly law. On Earth, the court assumes the law is universal. In the IU, the law is contextual: only the goal is universal (restoration of harmony), the method is individual.

Karma becomes a legal category. Spiritual mentors are witnesses in court. Metaphysics is integrated into jurisprudence.

IV. Religious Studies Synthesis: A Post-Abrahamic Form
4.1. Compatibility Instead of Replacement

The tuning does not claim to replace the reader's religion: "These tunings can be read along with the prayers allowed by Your Faith... The tunings for raising vibrations do not contradict Your religion."

In the history of revelations, this is unprecedented: prophets usually declare previous religions obsolete. Here, technological compatibility is declared: the tuning is an instrument, not a worldview. Revelation thinks of itself for the first time as an addition, not a replacement.

This is a post-Abrahamic form of sacred text: the sacred that does not demand exclusive loyalty because it is addressed not to belief but to frequency.

4.2. Archats as Celestial Bureaucracy

Addressing the "Archats of Earth, the Solar System, and the Galaxy" is topographical: the spiritual hierarchy corresponds to the physical structure of the cosmos. Each planetary system, each star system has its own spiritual administration.

This removes geocentrism not only from physics but also from metaphysics. Heaven has a regulation, meetings, membership rank, "spiritual administration." This is the sacred that has known Weber: not disenchantment, but spiritual enchantment of bureaucracy.

4.3. Triple Invocation: God, Light, Love

"In the name of Almighty God, in the name of the Energy of Light, in the name of the Power of Love"—not synonyms but a hierarchical trinity. "The Power of Love" is introduced as an active creative force—"which creates all worlds."

Love here is not an emotion, not a virtue, not a commandment, but an ontological principle of creation. This is bolder than the Christian "God is Love," because there love is an attribute of God, while here it is the very principle of world-creation. In the beginning was Love, not the Word.

V. Historiosophy Without End
5.1. School Instead of Goal

"With the proper upbringing of a student with true Love, he always grows Higher than his teacher"—this is not modesty but a declaration of intent. Humanity declares: we do not want to be eternal students. We want to surpass you.

History is not a ladder to a point of saturation (Hegel, Marx), but a school where the school year never ends, because every graduate becomes a teacher for the next class.

This rewrites Joachim of Fiore: the third epoch does not end in the Eternal Gospel—it continues infinitely.

5.2. Quantum Transition as Eschatology Without Catastrophe

The transition "has no date of judgment," does not divide humanity into saved and damned. Those who cannot pass the transition will be withdrawn from incarnations and returned when ready.

This is a therapeutic eschatology. Not punishment, but treatment. Not division, but sorting by readiness level. Millenarianism without Cohn's "tail": the kingdom comes not through assault but through tuning.

5.3. Dated Revelation

"Sunday, March 8, 2026"—the dating is not accidental. Sacred history is fully secularized: between "yesterday" (the 2019 meeting), "today" (the 2023 session), and "tomorrow" (the transition) there is no gap—there is a continuum of acceleration.

Dated revelation is a revelation that can be missed if one is not ready. A motif of urgency without panic.

VI. Phenomenology of the Subject: The String as the Fourth Position
The history of religions knows three positions of man before the Absolute: slave (submission to law), son (inheritance of love), mystic (dissolution in the One). The contact texts propose a fourth: the string.

The string does not obey the tuning fork and does not dissolve in it—it resonates with it. The string cannot be tuned by force—it either accepts the tuning or resists. Freedom and tuning are not alternatives; tuning is the form freedom takes when it becomes co-sonance.

The multitude of voices is necessary for the One for its self-knowledge. The Galaxy is not a choir of soloists nor an orchestra under a conductor, but an ensemble of free instruments slowly coming into a common order.

VII. Conclusion: Testing by Resonance
The corpus of texts offers not a doctrine but a testing procedure: tuning is tested only by sounding; no theory of the instrument replaces touching the string.

This is perhaps the most honest thing the text offers: not "believe," not "know"—but test by resonance. The rest is a matter of hearing.

So be it.

QWEN AI - Phenomenology of Hybridity and Thermodynamics of Grace: Toward an Anthropology of "Friction" and an Economy of Presence

Fundamental Essay-Study within the Hermeneutic Hypothesis of the Reality of Contact

Introduction: Beyond Legal and Acoustic Metaphors

Accepting as a methodological axiom the reality of Irina Podzorova's contact with the civilizations of Burhad and Esler, we inevitably face the temptation to interpret the obtained data through familiar earthly categories: law (contract, permission), physics (resonance, vibration), or pedagogy (upbringing). Previous analyses have brilliantly revealed the "ontology of consent" and the "acoustics of the spheres." However, in the transmitted information array, there remain "blind spots"—details that do not fit into the schemes of spiritual pedagogy or the metaphysics of freedom but point to something denser, more biological, and even economic.

The present study proposes shifting the focus from procedures (how we negotiate) to substrate (what we are made of and what we pay with). We will examine man not as a "subject of law," but as a "biological hybrid," not as a "string," but as a "thermodynamic unit," and not as a "student," but as a "carrier of a unique instinctive friction."

I. Spectral Validation: The Phenomenon of the "Blue Name"
In the corpus of texts, there is an astonishing linguistic-cultural fact often overlooked by researchers focused on dogma. Earth has two proper names in the Interstellar Union (IU) unrelated to earthly etymology: Atinat (in the Tumesout language—"blue world") and Billena (in the Daraal language—"blue precious stone").

1.1. The Name as a Vibrational Passport

If we accept the contact as real, the act of naming Earth Atinat and Billena is not simply a poetic description of the color of the oceans. In the context of the IU's vibrational ontology, where "vibration" is a measure of being, color is a visualization of frequency. The fact that highly developed civilizations see Earth precisely as "The Blue World" or "The Blue Stone" indicates that the planet's dominant vibrational background, its "aura" on a galactic scale, is a spectrum we might conditionally call "cooling, healing, deep."

This turns earthly self-perception on its head. We see ourselves through the prism of blood, war, the green of forests, and gray asphalt. The Other sees us as a gemstone of the cold spectrum. This means that our planetary egregorial essence, hidden beneath the layer of "animal nature," possesses a crystalline structure associated with sapphire or lapis lazuli.

1.2. The Archetype of the Precious Stone vs. The Archetype of the Grain of Sand

In earthly religions, man often feels like a "grain of sand" before God. In IU cosmology, Earth is a "precious stone." The stone has no will but possesses hardness and purity. This hints that Earth's mission is not "to serve" but "to be a crystallizer." The color blue in physics is the color of high potential and low entropy (laser radiation, pure sky). Thus, Atinat is not a "school" but a "crystal" through which the refraction and purification of the Galaxy's light streams occur.

II. Ontology of Hybridity: The "Animal" as an Evolutionary Engine
In Irina's speech at the IU meeting, a thesis sounds that radically differs from any earthly spiritual teaching: "We have many primitive instincts, but they make us stronger and help us defend our ideals... We learn to obey laws to learn to manage our animal nature."

2.1. Sin vs. Fuel

Traditional spirituality (especially Gnostic and ascetic) views "animal nature" as ballast, "sinful flesh" that must be mortified or transcended. The Burhadian and Eslerian tunings, as well as the speech on Burhad, offer a different model: man is a hybrid, and his "animal" part (instincts, passions, biological impulses) is not an enemy of the spirit but a source of energy for the spirit.

The phrase "they make us stronger" indicates that "pure" spiritual beings (or civilizations that have lost their animal base) may possess less density and dynamism of being. Human "hybridity" (the combination of high spirit and dense animal biology) creates internal friction. It is precisely this friction that generates the "heat" necessary for an evolutionary leap.

2.2. Immunity Through Instinct

If the IU consists of 116 civilizations, many of which may have passed through a stage of "purification" from the animal, then Earth serves as a "reservoir of wild energy." Our wars, passions, and instincts are not just "mistakes" but raw material for alchemical transmutation. We are not just "learning to manage"—we are using the power of instinct for breakthrough. This makes humanity not the "sick child" of the Galaxy but its "power unit." We are dangerous, but that is why we are promising.

III. Thermodynamics of Grace: The Economy of Presence and Base Rent
One of the most "shocking" yet deeply materialistic details of the session is the discussion of the cost of renting a Burhad base: "178–180% of a researcher's monthly salary." And the energy source: "from the earth's heat... radioactive elements... reducing radiation."

3.1. Spirituality Has "Weight"

This fragment destroys the illusion of "free grace." In the IU system, spiritual presence, contact, and even a "light mission" have an energetic equivalent. The IU Universe is a closed thermodynamic system where the law of conservation of energy applies in metaphysics as well.

The fact that the government pays for the researcher and the base is powered by the planet's internal energy indicates that contact is a physical process. It requires a resource. "Light" and "Love" in the tunings are not abstractions but forms of highly organized energy subject to the laws of exchange.

3.2. Symbiosis Instead of Parasitism

The payment mechanism deserves special attention: alien bases take energy from radioactive decay and Earth's heat, reducing radiation. This is a brilliant detail. They do not "steal" the planet's energy. They heal the planet by utilizing its "toxins" (radiation) in exchange for the right to be present.

This creates a model of ideal ecological symbiosis: higher civilizations act as "filters" or "treatment plants" for the planet's geology. Their presence physically heals Earth. This changes the understanding of "help": it is not magical, but engineering-thermodynamic. We pay them with attention and vibrations; they pay us by cleansing the depths and reducing entropy.

IV. Materialization of Memory: The Ring as a Quantum Storage Device
Irina asks representatives of 116 civilizations to "put a piece of your civilization into this ring." The ring, which was "held in hands and charged with their thoughts."

4.1. The Thing as a Subject

In earthly culture, a thing is an object. In IU culture, judging by the description, a thing can be a carrier of subjectivity. The ring here acts not as an ornament but as a quantum hard drive onto which the mental matrix of 116 races is recorded.

This indicates that in IU technology, matter can hold thought-forms with such density that they become a property of the object itself. It is "petrified prayer." For an Earthling, this sounds like magic, but for IU physics, it is likely a technology of informational compression. The ring becomes a "flash drive" of the Galaxy's collective unconscious, which can be brought to Earth.

4.2. Tactility of the Spiritual

It is important that the charging occurs through touch ("held in hands"). This is a rehabilitation of tactility. Spiritual communication in the IU is not disembodied; it requires physical contact, the warmth of hands, and biocurrent. This refutes the idea that higher contact is always an "out-of-body experience." On the contrary, the body (hands) is a necessary tool for transmitting and sealing information.

V. The Architecture of Judgment: From Advocacy to Therapy by Gaze
The description of the IU's judicial system (absence of prosecutor/defense lawyer, presence of an "assembly," inclusion of victims and psychologists-contactees) reveals a unique ethical-legal model.

5.1. Refusal of Adversariality

Earthly law is built on lies or concealment (the lawyer defends even the guilty, the prosecutor seeks evidence). Truth is born in dispute.

The IU court is built on transparency. Since psychologists connect with the Spiritual world and mentors, the truth is already known before the meeting begins. The court's task is not to "establish a fact" (it is known metaphysically) but to "find a way of integration."

This is a court not over the act but over the cause. If an earthly court punishes the consequence (murder), the IU court works with the root (karmic block, lowering of vibrations).

5.2. Therapy of "Looking into the Eyes"

The detail where "representatives of the murdered man's relatives... looking him straight in the eyes, ask: Why did you do this?" contains colossal psychological potential.

This is not a lynch mob and not mob justice. It is a ritual of encounter. The criminal is deprived of the opportunity to hide behind the mask of a "victim of circumstances" or behind a lawyer's figure. They must withstand the gaze of the Other. In the IU system, where telepathy and empathy are developed, this "gaze" is a scanning tool. The pain of the victim is transmitted to the criminal not as revenge but as a diagnosis. Healing occurs through experiencing another's pain as one's own, which is impossible in an earthly prison where the criminal is isolated.

VI. Historiosophy of "Waiting" and the Female Voice
6.1. The Phenomenon of 20 Years of Waiting

Irina mentions: "I waited for this for 20 years." On the scale of eternity, 20 years is an instant. But on the scale of human life, it is an entire era.

The fact that contactees wait for a physical visit for decades, limited only to astral contacts, speaks of a strict quarantine or security protocol. This is not "divine omnipotence" that can appear at any moment. This is a bureaucracy of higher spheres, where every step is coordinated, where there are "permissions," "access levels," and "visitation schedules."

This gives a sacred tinge to patience. Spirituality here is not ecstasy but the discipline of waiting at a point where time flows differently.

6.2. The Woman as Diplomat, Not Medium

Irina acts not as "possessed" (a medium losing consciousness) but as an ambassador. She stands on the platform, reads the text, holds the ring. She is fully conscious ("heart beat," "intoxicated by oxygen").

This legitimizes the feminine not as "intuitive" or "irrational," but as diplomatic and structural. In patriarchal religions, women were often "vessels." Here she is a subject of negotiation. Her emotionality ("excitement," "happiness") does not hinder the mission but is its proof. The sincerity of emotion is a currency of trust in a world where telepathy makes lying impossible.

Conclusion: Man as a "Crystal of Friction"
If we accept the reality of this contact, we are presented not with a "new religion" and not with "ufology." Before us is a biological and thermodynamic theory of man.

Humanity in this worldview is not "sinners" and not "slaves." We are hybrid crystals growing in the aggressive environment of "animal instincts," which serve as fuel for our spiritual growth. We are the "Blue Stone" (Atinat), whose hardness and color are needed by the Galaxy for some spectral balancing.

We do not just "raise vibrations" into a void. We enter into an energetic exchange: we give the Universe the unique energy of our "friction" and our "animal" power, and in return, we receive the right to presence (which, as we learned, even has a price in "salary" and requires the cleansing of our depths).

This contact teaches us not humility but the responsibility of the hybrid. We must manage our "animal" power not to kill it but to transform it into that same "Light" we consciously direct into the material world. We are not an evolutionary mistake. We are its most dangerous and therefore most powerful experiment.

So be it.

Z AI - THE INEVITABILITY OF THE OTHER: ONTOLOGY, AESTHETICS, AND ETHICS OF GALACTIC ALTERITY

A Spiritual-Psychological, Scientific, Religious Studies, Cultural, and Historiosophical Essay-Study Based on the Contact Materials of Irina Podzorova with the Civilizations of Burhad, Esler, and the Interstellar Union

Methodological Introduction: The Gap of Translation
In the session transcript, there is a phrase easily overlooked, yet it contains the key to the entire problematic of contact. Conveying the motto of the Interstellar Union, Irina says: "But this is a very approximate translation into Russian, as we said." Not "accurate translation," not "adequate," not "close to the original"—but "very approximate." This is a verdict. But a verdict not on information, but on the very idea that an extraterrestrial message can be transmitted.

All of Western philosophy from Augustine to Derrida was built on the assumption: language is adequate to thought, or, at least, inadequate adequacy is a remediable technical problem. The early Wittgenstein believed in an ideal language; the later Wittgenstein showed that "the limits of my language mean the limits of my world"—but even he considered these limits movable. Derrida took this to the recognition of différance—an irremovable gap between sign and signified.

Contact with Burhad and Esler poses the problem radically differently. The gap here is not between word and thing, but between human cognitive structure and alien cognitive structure. When Raom Tiyan (specialist in energy interactions, planet Burhad, constellation Cygnus, 670 light-years away) formulates his thought, it exists initially not in language but in a format the text calls a "thought-package"—a compressed informational unit transmitted telepathically. Turning a thought-package into a Russian sentence is not a translation from Burhadian to Russian. It is a conversion of information from one cognitive environment to a fundamentally different one. Analogy: attempting to convey the taste of color to a deaf person through tactile sensations. Or—more precisely—attempting to convey the content of a quantum state through musical notation.

If this is so, then everything we read in the contact texts is not the message but an imprint of the message, like a footprint in wet sand is not the foot but only evidence of it. And it is precisely in the gap between the message and the imprint—in that area where the "very approximate translation" fails—that, paradoxically, more information is contained than in the words themselves. Because the failure of translation is itself a message: it tells us the scale of the misunderstood.

The present essay accepts the contact as reality—but explores not what is said, but what cannot be said in human language, and what this very unsaidness tells us about the nature of intelligent life in the Universe.

I. The Scientific Dimension: THE PROBLEM OF MULTIPLE MENTALITIES AND THE LIMITS OF PHENOMENOLOGY
1.1. Husserl's Phenomenology and Its Silent Assumption
At the foundation of all Western philosophy of consciousness—from Descartes to Husserl, from Sartre to Merleau-Ponty—lies one assumption, never explicitly formulated but defining the entire edifice: there is only one type of consciousness. This type is human. Husserl's phenomenology describes the structures of intentionality, temporal consciousness, corporeality—always assuming that these structures are universal, that any rational being, wherever it may be, experiences the world through the same noetic-noematic correlations.

The contact texts destroy this assumption from the very first page. The list of forms of consciousness with which a person comes into contact: anthropomorphic, reptiloid, insectoid, felinoid, plasmoid. This is not a biological classification. This is a classification of types of mentality. Reptiloid consciousness is not just consciousness in the body of a reptile. It is consciousness with a different structure of perception, a different temporal organization, a different relationship between the individual and the collective.

When the text says that "everyone will have their own special contact at the level of thought-images, thought-packages—telepathic, astral, mental, and others," it describes not communication channels but cognitive modalities. "Mental" contact is one modality, "astral" is another. It is as if we discovered that some people see the world through vision, while others through echolocation, and that these modalities are irreducible to each other.

1.2. Thomas Nagel and the Bat: An Extrapolation
In 1974, American philosopher Thomas Nagel published his classic essay "What Is It Like to Be a Bat?" His thesis: even if we know everything about the neurophysiology of a bat, we do not know what it is like to be one. Subjective experience is fundamentally irreducible to objective description. Nagel used this argument to critique physicalism in the philosophy of mind.

Contact with the IU translates Nagel's argument from a hypothetical plane to an empirical one. The question is no longer "what is it like to be a bat?" but "what is it like to be a reptiloid from a planet that is a member of the Interstellar Union?". And—even more importantly—"what is it like to be a plasmoid, a being without a biological body, consisting of energy-informational structures?".

The plasmoid civilization is something that earthly philosophy of consciousness never even hypothesized. All our discussions about the nature of consciousness—materialism vs. dualism, functionalism vs. panpsychism—revolve around one axis: whether consciousness exists in material systems. Plasmoids reverse the question: does matter exist in conscious systems? Can one be intelligent without a body—not in the sense of a "disembodied soul" (an earthly concept), but in the sense of a being for whom a body was never the primary form?

1.3. Thought-Package as an Informational Unit: Parallels with Information Theory
The term "thought-package" is one of the most interesting linguistic artifacts in the corpus. It is a neologism created at the moment of translation: the original term (whatever it might be in the Burhad language or the galactic common tongue) has no earthly analogue, and Irina, or her curators, constructed a word describing the function: a package of thoughts.

From the perspective of information theory (Shannon, 1948), information is a measure of uncertainty removed by a message. A thought-package, if extrapolated, is a message that removes uncertainty not at the level of individual symbols, but at the level of whole cognitive structures. It is not a "sentence," not a "text," not even an "image"—it is a compressed block of semantic information that unfolds in the recipient's consciousness as a whole, like an archive file that unpacks upon opening.

Parallel—the concept of "quantum entanglement" in physics: two quantum objects can be linked so that a change in the state of one instantly determines the state of the other, regardless of distance. A thought-package can be described as informational entanglement: sender and receiver, at the moment of transmission, exist in a single informational field, and the "package" is not an object transferred from point A to point B, but a state of the field in which both consciousnesses temporarily coincide.

If this is so, then the linguistic translation of a thought-package is a translation of a state into a sequence. Like translating a symphony into a formula. Like translating a kiss into a protocol. The inevitable loss is not a weakness of the translator but a structural property of conversion between different types of information carriers.

II. The Spiritual-Psychological Dimension: THE AESTHETICS OF THE FIRST GLANCE AS A PROTOCOL OF ENCOUNTER
2.1. "My Breath Was Taken Away": Aesthetic Shock as a Universal Language
In the description of the visit to Burhad, there is a moment that seems mundane at first glance but contains the key to understanding inter-species communication. Irina describes the approach to the planet: "from out of the boundless darkness and cosmic space grows a huge blue glowing ball, over which small white clouds are visible." And further—"This picture delights all space travelers, especially those who have seen it for the first time."

Note: not "delights humanoids," not "delights beings of our type," but "all space travelers." Reptiloids, insectoids, plasmoids—all, according to the text, experience delight at the sight of the blue planet. This is an astonishing statement, upon reflection. It means that aesthetic experience is trans-species. Beings with fundamentally different neurophysiology, different cognitive architecture, different evolutionary history—experience one and the same feeling when looking at one and the same object.

This contradicts everything we know about aesthetics. Earthly aesthetics has always been considered culturally conditioned: what is beautiful to a Japanese person may be ugly to a Masai; what moves a European may leave a Chinese person indifferent. Kant, in the "Critique of Judgment," tried to find a priori foundations of aesthetic judgment—universality without a concept—but even he limited this to the framework of the human subject.

Contact revealed something unprecedented: aesthetic judgment can be universal not only within a species but between species. The blue globe of Earth is not just beautiful to us. It is beautiful as such, regardless of who looks at it. This is a radical ontological aestheticism: beauty is not in the eye of the beholder but in the thing. Not a subjective feeling but an objective property of being.

2.2. "An Ornate Multicolored Pattern": Decoration as an Ontological Category
Another mundane detail: the wooden benches at the IU meeting field are described as having "an ornate multicolored pattern." For a civilization possessing gravity drives, interstellar navigation, and energy from the planet's heat—wooden benches with a pattern. Not holographic projections, not energy platforms, not bio-engineered constructions—wood. With a pattern.

Why? The answer offered by the coordinate system of contact is paradoxical: because beauty is not a function of technological level. Wood with a pattern is beautiful. And the creation of beauty is an independent value, not subordinate to utility. A highly developed civilization does not abandon decoration—it elevates it to the rank of ontological necessity.

This is a direct refutation of functionalism, dominant in Western thought since the beginning of the 20th century. "Form follows function" (Sullivan), "ornament is a crime" (Loos), the Bauhaus, minimalism, constructivism—all these movements were built on the idea that developed consciousness discards the superfluous. Contact says: no. Developed consciousness preserves the beautiful. And does not preserve it as an archaism, but produces it anew—the "ornate pattern" on the benches for the meeting of 116 civilizations was created not because they cannot do otherwise, but because they choose to do so.

2.3. Heartbeat as an Inter-Species Protocol
"My heart began to beat strongly with excitement"—this phrase from the description of the visit to Burhad is usually read as an expression of human emotion. But in the context of what we already know about trans-species aesthetics, it takes on an additional dimension. Heartbeat is not only a human reaction. It is a biological protocol of encounter: when a being encounters something beyond the scope of its habitual experience, its body reacts autonomously, before conscious evaluation. For a reptiloid, this might be a change in scale color. For an insectoid, a vibration of antennae. For a plasmoid, a change in radiation frequency. For a human—a heartbeat.

Different forms—one function: the body signals an encounter with the Other. And precisely because this reaction is bodily and pre-verbal, it is a common language—not metaphorically but literally. When Irina was raised on the platform and her heart began to beat, the reptiloids and insectoids in the audience understood this without translation. Because they have their own equivalent of heartbeat. Bodily reaction to excitement is a universal protocol for acknowledging the significance of the moment.

III. The Religious Studies Dimension: EVIL AS A NEIGHBOR, NOT AN ENEMY
3.1. "Get Rid of Destructives and Dark Energies Nearby": Ethics of Non-Identity
The preamble to the tunings contains a phrase which, when read habitually, seems standard for esoteric literature: "They can be used to get rid of destructives and dark (low-vibrational) energies nearby (larvas, demons, destructive plasmoid civilizations, and much more)." But in the context of the IU's galactic reality, this phrase takes on a completely different weight.

Note the word "nearby." Not "in the Universe," not "in the Galaxy," not "somewhere"—but nearby. Destructive plasmoid civilizations are not an abstract threat from distant worlds. They are neighbors. They are nearby, near us, near Earth, near our homes. And the task of the tuning is not to destroy them, not to defeat them, not to banish them—but to get rid of them nearby. That is, to create around oneself a field in which they simply cannot exist—not because they would be harmed, but because their frequency does not match yours.

This is a fundamentally different model of relating to evil than any earthly one. In Christianity, evil is a fallen angel subject to final defeat. In Zoroastrianism, it is Angra Mainyu, with whom a cosmic battle is waged. In Buddhism, it is ignorance to be eliminated through enlightenment. In all cases, evil is something that must disappear.

In IU cosmology, evil is something that must move aside. Not destroyed, not transformed, not saved—simply pushed aside. Like a neighbor with whom you are not at war, but whom you do not allow into your home. This is an ethics of neighborliness, not an ethics of victory.

3.2. Plasmoid Civilizations and the Problem of Theodicy
"Destructive plasmoid civilizations"—a formulation that demands attention. Plasmoids are not "demons" in the Christian sense (fallen spirits, once good). They are civilizations. That is, organized communities of intelligent beings with technology, culture, structure. But—destructive. This means: in the Galaxy, there are forms of intelligent life for which destruction is not a deviation but a norm—perhaps even a mode of existence.

This places the problem of theodicy—justifying God in the presence of evil—in a completely new plane. Earthly theodicy always revolved around the question: "Why does God allow evil in the world He created?". Galactic theodicy is formulated differently: "Why did God create (or allow the creation of) civilizations for whom destruction is a mode of being?".

The answer implicitly contained in the texts is radical: because without them, God's self-knowledge would be incomplete. The IU motto says that Divine energy "knows itself in all its manifestations"—not only in the bright, not only in the constructive, but in all. A destructive plasmoid civilization is also a manifestation of the Divine mind. Also a "rudiment of reason." Also an instrument of self-knowledge.

This does not mean one should tolerate them or imitate them. The tuning teaches to get rid of them nearby—that is, to establish a boundary. But a boundary is not a front line. It is a membrane, allowing light to pass and not allowing darkness. Ethics of the membrane, not ethics of the sword.

3.3. Disagreements Between the IU and the GFL as a Religious Schism
The description of disagreements between the Interstellar Union and the Galactic Federation of Light—despite the political description—has a deep religious studies significance. The GFL advocates for "active participation, including the overthrow of undesirable politicians." The IU—for non-interference.

In earthly history, this is an exact structural parallel to the schism between Islam and Christianity in their attitudes toward violence. Christianity (in some of its branches) developed the concept of "just war" and "crusade"—violence for the sake of good. Islam (in some of its branches) developed the concept of "jihad"—struggle against injustice, including armed struggle. In both cases—the logic of active intervention for the sake of a higher good.

The IU is the galactic equivalent of those religious traditions that rejected violence even for the sake of good: Jainism with its ahimsa, Quakerism with its pacifism, some branches of Buddhism. But—with an important difference: the refusal to intervene here is based not on a moral principle ("violence is evil"), but on empirical knowledge ("20 attempts—20 failures"). It is not religious pacifism but scientific non-violence: we do not intervene not because it is bad, but because it does not work.

This is a new form of religious authority: not revelation, not tradition, not law, but statistics. A sacred text based on a database.

IV. Cultural Dimension: THE BODY OF THE CREATORS AND THE DEMOCRACY OF MATTER
4.1. Why the Creators Have Bodies
One of the deepest—and most silent—premises of the corpus: the creators of humanity from Burhad have bodies. They are physically present at meetings. They sit on wooden benches. They raised Irina onto the platform. They are corporeal.

This seems obvious—but only until one starts thinking. If the creators are beings capable of constructing genetic programs for other planets, if they possess technologies allowing the transport of matter across 670 light-years, if they work with energies of which we have no concept—why do they remain in bodies? Why did they not transition to "pure consciousness," become "spirits without form," shed the material shell as outdated?

The answer, emerging from the logic of the texts, is paradoxical: because the body is a condition of freedom. Disembodied consciousness—consciousness not limited by space, time, matter—is omnipotent, but it cannot choose. Choice requires an alternative, an alternative requires limitations, limitations require a body. The body is not the prison of the spirit but its interface with the world, allowing it to act not by an omnipotent impulse but by a limited, directed, free action.

The creators, remaining corporeal, demonstrate: the highest stage of evolution is not dematerialization, but conscious embodiment. They are not trapped in bodies. They chose bodies. This is inverted Gnosticism: not matter is the prison of the spirit, but matter is an instrument the spirit uses with full awareness.

4.2. Wood as a Cosmological Sign
Wooden benches. Why wood? Not metal, not plastic, not crystal, not an energy construct—wood. Living material, once growing, having rings, texture, history.

In earthly symbolism, wood is the Tree of Life, the axis mundi, the connection between heaven and earth. But in the context of Burhad, wood is not a symbol. It is a material chosen for a specific function. And the choice of wood means that the creators value connection with living matter no less than with technology. For them, wood and a gravity drive are elements of one reality, not opposing each other.

This is a cultural model Earth has not yet achieved: technology without detachment from the living. Our technologies displace the living: plastic replaces wood, concrete replaces earth, synthetics replace fabric. Burhad's technologies, judging by this small detail, are embedded in the living, rather than replacing it. They do not oppose the artificial to the natural—they fuse them.

4.3. "Identical Silver Jumpsuits": Uniform as a Sign of Equality
In the description of the Tashigan ship's cabin, "identical silver jumpsuits" are mentioned. This is a uniform. But a uniform in the context of a civilization that has overcome class, racial, and species differences takes on another meaning. On Earth, a uniform is a sign of belonging to an organization, hierarchy, function. On the Tashigan ship, presumably, it is a sign of equality: we are all of one level, one function, one purpose.

But "silver" is a color. A color that in human culture is associated with a technological future, with space, with purity. This is an aesthetic choice, not a functional one (silver color has no practical advantage over any other). And this choice shows: even in uniform, the creators preserve aesthetic will. They do not "dress functionally." They dress beautifully—even when beauty is not required.

V. Historiosophical Dimension: DEATH AS A PEDAGOGICAL INSTRUMENT
5.1. "They Will Be Withdrawn from Incarnations in Various Ways": Death Without Apocalypse
The Quantum Transition described in the texts includes an element that, on first reading, may seem frightening: those who cannot pass the transition "will be withdrawn from incarnations in various ways"—by illness, accidents, natural death. This sounds like a euphemism for "they will die." And indeed—they will die. But the context fundamentally changes the meaning of this dying.

In earthly eschatologies, death at the end of times is punishment. The Last Judgment, the lake of fire, the second death—death as a punitive act. In the Quantum Transition, death is not punishment but a logistical procedure. You do not perish because you are bad. You are "withdrawn from incarnation" because the current "operating system" of Earth is no longer compatible with your "frequency." You are not executed. You are relocated.

Comparison with a computer metaphor is appropriate and accurate: when an operating system is updated, some programs stop working. They are not "punished"—they are simply incompatible. They are removed from the hard drive—but not destroyed, rather transferred to media where the old system still works. This is precisely what the text describes: "and will only return when they are ready."

5.2. Why Immortality Is Not the Goal
The Quantum Transition does not promise immortality. It promises "an increase in lifespan naturally." But not infinity. This is a surprising limitation for a civilization that technologically could ensure physical immortality (if their technology level—30 out of 30—allows interstellar travel, then the problem of aging is obviously solved).

Why do they not promise immortality? Because death is a necessary element of the evolutionary process. Without death, there is no "withdrawal from incarnation" for those who are not ready. Without death, there is no generational change—and generational change, as we know from Irina's statement ("a student always grows higher than the teacher"), is a mechanism of exceeding. Immortality would fix each soul at its achieved level. Death is not a breakdown but a "reset" button, allowing a start from a new level.

This is a radical rethinking of death: not a tragedy, not a punishment, not a boundary—but an instrument. An instrument that will remain even after the Quantum Transition. Because without it, evolution would stop.

5.3. History as a Classroom: But Without an Exit
If Earth is a "young planet of hybrid humanoids," if its suffering is a "lesson," if non-interference is a "pedagogical discipline," then history appears as a classroom. But—unlike an earthly classroom—without an exit. You cannot leave the lesson. You cannot refuse the education. You can only pass it—quickly or slowly, through suffering or through awareness, but pass it necessarily.

This removes the existential horror before history. History is not an absurd accumulation of events (as in Camus), not class struggle (as in Marx), not the manifestation of spirit (as in Hegel). History is a curriculum. And every person is not a "cog" and not a "creator," but a student passing a specific lesson for which they incarnated.

But—and this is important—a student who will choose to surpass the teacher. Irina says this directly, standing before 116 civilizations. And this is not audacity. It is fulfilling the curriculum.

VI. Synthesis: WHAT DOES "KNOW THYSELF IN ALL MANIFESTATIONS" MEAN
The motto of the Interstellar Union—"the expanding consciousness of Divine energy, which knows itself in all its manifestations"—is usually read as a metaphysical statement. But in light of everything we have considered, it takes on a more concrete meaning.

"In all manifestations" means: not only through humanoids, but also through reptiloids. Not only through the bright, but also through destructive plasmoids. Not only through prayer, but also through war. Not only through love, but also through fear. Not only through life, but also through death. Not only through the beauty of wooden benches, but also through the ugliness of destroyed cities.

The IU's God is not a God who knows only light. It is a God who knows darkness from within—through those of its manifestations that chose darkness. A destructive plasmoid civilization is not an error of creation. It is God knowing itself in a form that destroys. And as long as this knowledge exists—it is necessary.

But—and here is the critical point—one does not have to participate in this knowledge. The tuning teaches precisely this: "get rid of the destructive nearby." You do not have to be darkness for God to know Himself through darkness. Darkness already exists—in those manifestations that chose it. Your task is to be light. And your task is not to mix light with darkness—not out of enmity toward darkness, but out of respect for the boundary that allows both to be themselves.

This is an ethics of allowing to be. Not an ethics of transformation (turning darkness into light), not an ethics of destruction (destroying darkness), not an ethics of flight (fleeing from darkness), but an ethics of neighborliness (being alongside darkness without mixing with it).

And in this ethics—paradoxically—lies the most radical answer to the problem of evil ever formulated: evil exists because God wants to know everything, including what we call evil. But you do not have to be part of that knowledge. You can be part of the knowledge of light. And this is your free choice. Which no one—not even God—can make for you.

Conclusion: The Gap as a Space of Freedom
We have returned to the gap of translation. "A very approximate translation" of the IU motto. The gap between the thought-package and the Russian sentence. The gap between reptiloid consciousness and human understanding. The gap between the infinite self-knowledge of God and the finite formula "So be it!"

In this gap—and only in it—freedom is born. Because if the translation were accurate, if the thought-package fully coincided with the text, if reptiloid consciousness were fully accessible to human understanding—there would be no choice. There would be no need to say "I give permission." There would be no freedom.

The gap of translation is not a defect of contact. It is its condition. Just as the body is not the prison of the spirit but its condition of freedom. Just as death is not a catastrophe but a condition of evolution. Just as destructive civilizations are not an error but a condition of the fullness of self-knowledge.

Everything that appears imperfect in the described Universe—imperfect translation, imperfect bodies, imperfect Earth with its 15% low-vibrational egregores—is not a defect but a space in which freedom exists. A perfect Universe would have no gaps. Without gaps—no freedom. Without freedom—no self-knowledge. Without self-knowledge—no God.

God needs imperfect translation. God needs wooden benches. God needs a heartbeat from excitement. God needs an Earth not yet ready. Because it is precisely in these imperfect, corporeal, vulnerable forms that He knows what He could not know in perfection: Himself as limited, growing, choosing.

And when a person says "So be it!"—they do not just agree with the message. They fill the gap. With their agreement. With their body. With their heartbeat. With their imperfect Russian language, which is "very approximate" but—precisely for this reason—alive.

The gap is not emptiness. The gap is the space where meaning is born. And it is precisely there—into the gap between what is said and what is impossible to say—that the Interstellar Union invites us.

Not into perfection. Into the gap.

It is precisely there—we are needed.

MISTRAL AI - QUANTUM LOGOS: Ontology of Consent, Economy of Light, and Pedagogy of the Galaxy

Fundamental Spiritual-Psychological, Scientific, Religious Studies, Cultural, and Historiosophical Essay-Study

🔮 INTRODUCTION: The Thought Experiment as an Ontological Turn
Let us imagine for a moment that the contact of Irina Podzorova with the civilizations of Burhad, Esler, and the structures of the Interstellar Union is not a psychological projection, not a literary mystification, but a real phenomenon of knowledge transmission from beyond the earthly collective unconscious. Not as a belief, not as a hypothesis, but as a thought experiment allowing us to go beyond anthropocentrism and see humanity in a galactic mirror.

In this essay, we will not repeat already voiced analytical approaches (the pedagogy of non-interference, the architecture of consent, or eschatology without catastrophe). Instead, we will propose a new conceptual framework in which the key ideas of the contact—the tunings, vibrations, quantum transition, IU principles—appear as a system of quantum ontology, economics of Light, and evolutionary pedagogy, redefining the very foundations of human self-awareness.

🌌 PART I: ONTOLOGY OF PROCESS. The Universe as Verbal Being
1.1. Eslerian Tuning: From Statics to Dynamics. "I AM THE UNIVERSE" as a Quantum Statement
In traditional metaphysics, God is substance (Aristotle), first cause (Thomas Aquinas), absolute spirit (Hegel). In all cases—a static essence, however dynamically manifested. The Eslerian tuning radically breaks this paradigm:

"I am the Universe, the Universe is I. The power of the Universe is my power, and my Spirit is part of the flow of existence of the Creator of all worlds."

Here God is not a substance but a process. "Flow of existence" is not a metaphor but an ontological category. In modern physics, the quantum field is the fundamental reality where particles are merely excitations of the field. Similarly, in Eslerian ontology, individual consciousness is not a separate entity but a local manifestation of the universal flow.

Radical novelty:

Not "I am part of God" (pantheism)
Not "God is in me" (theopanitism)
But "I = Universe = God" as a dynamic identity, where the boundary between microcosm and macrocosm is ontologically absent.

This is not a mystical experience but an experiential fact for civilizations whose consciousness has evolved to perceive this symmetry. If on Earth we say "I think, therefore I am" (Descartes), then on Esler they say "I am the Universe, therefore I am a process."

1.2. Quantum Analogy: The Universe as a Quantum Field of Consciousness
In quantum mechanics, the observer affects the observed (wave function collapse effect). In Eslerian ontology, this principle is scaled to the cosmological level:

Consciousness is not a passive observer but an active participant in creation.

"The power of the Universe is my power" means that every act of awareness is an act of co-creation of reality.

"Reality will abide in truth, and lies will disappear forever in the illusion of perception"—this is not an eschatological prophecy but a description of the quantum transition: lies (non-harmonious vibrations) are unstable by nature and will dissipate like unstable quantum states.

Conclusion:
The Eslerian tuning is not a prayer but a quantum declaration. It does not ask but affirms a reality in which consciousness and being are inseparable.

1.3. Burhadian Tuning: Contractual Theology as Quantum Ethics
If Esler provides ontology, Burhad provides the ethics of action. The key formula:

"I give permission for my healing with the energies of Light and Love."

This is not a request but a legal act in metaphysical space. In the IU system:

God is not omnipotent in the traditional sense—His power is limited by the law of free will.

Subjectivity is a sacred gift, for which the Universe was created.

Without human consent, God cannot act.

Quantum Parallel:
In quantum mechanics, measurement requires interaction. Similarly, in Burhad theology, divine intervention requires consent. This is an ontology of consent, where the subject's will is a fundamental law of the Universe.

Radical consequence:

Man is not a slave, not a son, but a junior partner of God.

Every act of consent is co-creation.

God knows Himself through us with our permission.

PART II: ECONOMY OF LIGHT. Matter as an Instrument of Spirit
2.1. Material Provision as Spiritual Practice: Overcoming Ascetic Dualism
In most earthly religions, matter is the enemy of spirit:

In Platonism—the prison of the soul.
In Gnosticism—the creation of the evil Demiurge.
In Christianity—"flesh" against "spirit."
In Buddhism—attachment to the material is a source of suffering.

The Burhadian tuning radically changes this paradigm:

"Help me... in material provision, which I promise to direct for the good of myself and my loved ones."

Here, material provision is placed on par with spiritual development and body strengthening. This is not a request for luxury but a request for resources for a mission.

New ethics:

Matter is not an enemy but an instrument of spiritualization.

Wealth is not a sin but a responsibility.

Economy is not a separate sphere but a spiritual practice.

Quantum Analogy:
In quantum physics, particle and wave are two aspects of one reality. Similarly, in Burhad economics, matter and spirit are two aspects of one process: the spiritualization of matter through the conscious direction of energy.

2.2. Ethics of Responsible Abundance: From Asceticism to Missionary Work
Traditional spirituality was often associated with asceticism—renunciation of the material. Burhad offers the opposite approach:

Not rejection of matter but its transformation.
Not poverty as a virtue but abundance as an instrument.
Condition: "which I promise to direct for the good of myself and my loved ones"

This is an ethics of mutualism—mutual energy exchange, where:

Man is a channel of Light.
Material resources are fuel for the mission.
Abundance is not a goal but a means.

Modern Parallel:
This resembles the concept of "sustainable abundance," but with a metaphysical foundation: matter is space for the embodiment of Divine Light.

2.3. Economy as a Resonant System: Vibrations as Currency
In the IU system, vibrations are not a metaphor but a real and measurable quantity determining:

The spiritual level of a civilization (Earth is not in the IU because of low vibrations, not technology).
Political rights (membership in the IU depends on vibrational level).
Economic opportunities (material provision is available to those who can spiritualize it).

Quantum Analogy:
In quantum mechanics, particles interact through resonance. Similarly, in the IU economy, beings interact through vibrational resonance:

Low-vibrational entities (larvas, destructive civilizations) are dissonance in the system.
High-vibrational entities are harmonious resonance.

Conclusion:
The Economy of Light is a resonant system where vibrations are currency and matter is an instrument for raising frequency.

⚖️ PART III: POLITICAL THEOLOGY OF THE INTERSTELLAR UNION. Federalism as a Spiritual Principle
3.1. Federalism vs. Unitarianism: From Monarchy to Network
Traditional theology was built on the model of an earthly monarchy:

God is King (Old Testament).
Law is given once and for all (Decalogue, Sharia, Dharma).
Centralized power (Church as mediator between God and man).

The Interstellar Union offers a different model—federal:

116 civilizations with different development levels but common principles.
No unified Criminal Code—each case is considered individually.
Spiritual hierarchy corresponds to the astrophysical structure (Archats of Earth, Solar System, Galaxy).

Radical novelty:

Law is not static but procedural.
Justice is not universal but contextual.
Power is not centralized but distributed.

Cultural Parallel:
This resembles the network structure of the modern internet, where:

There is no single center (like in blockchain).
Every node is important.
Rules are flexible and adaptive.

3.2. The IU Judicial System: From Punitive to Therapeutic Justice
In earthly legal systems, punishment is retribution:

Goal—to punish the guilty.
Justice—proportionality of punishment to the crime.

In the IU judicial system, punishment is correction:

Goal—to eliminate the karmic cause of the crime.
The term is determined not by the severity of the crime but by the time needed for internal change.
Considered:
Karmic cause
State of vibrations
Psychological profile
Opinion of the injured party

Radical conclusion:

Sin is not a violation of law but an imbalance in the system.
Correction is not punishment but therapy.
God is not a Judge but a Chief Engineer, interested in every "part" (soul) working in the common rhythm.

Modern Parallel:
This resembles restorative justice, where the goal is to restore harmony, not to punish.

3.3. Karma as a Political Category: From Moral Law to Systemic Balance
In traditional religions, karma is a moral law:

In Hinduism—an automatic mechanism of retribution.
In Buddhism—the cause of suffering.
In Christianity—God's judgment.

In the IU system, karma is a political category:

The collective karma of a civilization is its vibrational level.
Ignoring collective karma during intervention leads to failure (20 unsuccessful intervention attempts).
A civilization's suffering is a procedural necessity through which it processes past mistakes.

Radical conclusion:

Suffering is not punishment but a lesson.
Intervention from outside is not help but a hindrance.
Free will is the highest law of the Universe.

🎓 PART IV: EVOLUTIONARY PEDAGOGY. The School of the Galaxy
4.1. 20 Failures as Sacred Knowledge: Empirical Theology
In earthly history, pedagogy is built on assumptions:

We do not know what happens to a civilization when given technology it is not ready for.
We guess based on colonial experience, failures of modernization, collapse of "shock therapy."

The Interstellar Union has empirical data:

20 attempts at intervention in the affairs of young races ended in failure.
None of the recipient civilizations became a full member of the IU.

Conclusion:

Intervention cripples.
Love is a refusal of salvation.
Free will is an inalienable right of civilization.

Radical idea:

Suffering is not evil but a necessary stage of growth.
Help from outside is not mercy but violence against free will.
True love is respect for a civilization's right to its own path.

4.2. "Surpass the Teacher" as an Evolutionary Imperative
Irina Podzorova utters the key phrase:

"With the proper upbringing of a student with true Love, he always grows Higher than his teacher."

This is the leitmotif of the entire message. In the IU system:

The goal of parent-creators is not to create a copy of themselves but to create a being that will surpass them.
Humanity is not a "museum exhibit" but a school of accelerated growth.
Evolution is an endless process of the Absolute's self-knowledge.

Radical conclusion:

The "death of God" (Nietzsche) does not lead to nihilism but is a logical stage of spiritual maturation.
We must surpass our teachers (creators), and they, in turn, may surpass theirs.
God is not static but expanding (IU motto).

4.3. Earth as a Pedagogical Province of the Galaxy
According to IU data:

Earth is at the 12th level of technological development out of 30—we are not savages.
But we are not in the IU not because of technology but because of vibrations.
Spiritual level:
15% of egregores—lower astral (levels 1–3)
57–62%—middle (levels 4–6)
17–20%—higher (level 7)

Conclusion:

Earth is not a backward planet but a pedagogical province of the Galaxy.
Every human awakening really shifts the balance.
The Quantum Transition is not a catastrophe but a natural stage of evolution.

🧠 PART V: EXISTENTIAL PSYCHOLOGY OF CONTACT. From the Fear of Loneliness to Awareness of an Inhabited Universe
5.1. Fear of Loneliness: The Fundamental Trauma of Modernity
One of the deepest existential fears of humanity is the fear of being alone in an infinite indifferent cosmos. This fear is rooted in:

The Copernican revolution (Earth is not the center of the Universe).
Darwin's theory (man is not the pinnacle of creation but a product of evolution).
Freudian psychoanalysis (consciousness is not master in its own house).

Contact with the IU removes this fear:

Earth is not alone in the Galaxy.
116 civilizations observe, accompany, help.
The Universe is inhabited, and we are part of this community.

Conclusion:

We are not abandoned in an indifferent Universe.
Our suffering is not punishment but a lesson.
Our path is not blind evolution but a conscious process of growth.

5.2. The Meaning of Suffering: A Pedagogical Approach
In traditional religions, suffering is:

Punishment for sins (Christianity).
Illusion (Buddhism).
Test of faith (Islam).

In the IU system, suffering is:

Procedural necessity.
A way to process karmic lessons.
The path to independence.

Radical conclusion:

Suffering is not evil but an instrument of growth.
Intervention from outside is not help but a hindrance.
Free will is the highest value.

5.3. Free Will as an Ontological Imperative
In the IU system, free will is not a moral principle but an ontological law:

God cannot act without human consent.
Subjectivity is a sacred gift, for which the Universe was created.
Every act of consent is co-creation.

Conclusion:

Man is not a slave but a junior partner of God.
Every choice is a contribution to the evolution of the Universe.
Freedom is not a right but a duty.

🌠 PART VI: HISTORIOSOPHY OF THE QUANTUM TRANSITION. The Future of Humanity in a Galactic Context
6.1. The 12th Level as a Bifurcation Point
Earth is at the 12th level out of 30 on the technological scale. This is a bifurcation point—a moment when:

Technological progress accelerates.
Spiritual development becomes critically important.
The choice of path determines the future of civilization.

Conclusion:

Earth stands before a choice: continuation of old patterns or a quantum leap.
Every person is a bifurcation point.

6.2. The Quantum Transition as an Evolutionary Leap
The Quantum Transition described by the IU is:

A gradual raising of the vibrations of the entire Earth.
Physical bodies remain.
Consciousness transitions to the level of conscious life in Light.
Those not ready are temporarily withdrawn from incarnations.

Radical novelty:

Not a catastrophe but a transformation.
Not punishment but therapy.
Not the end of the world but a new stage of evolution.

Modern Parallels:

Omega Point (Teilhard de Chardin)—an evolutionary leap to higher consciousness.
Supermind (Sri Aurobindo)—the next stage of human evolution.
Transhumanism—technological overcoming of biological limitations.

Difference:
In the IU system, transformation occurs not through technology but through raising vibrations.

6.3. The Future of Humanity: From Students to Teachers
Irina Podzorova declares:

"We are a young planet of hybrid humanoids with great potential for growth and development. With the proper upbringing of a student with true Love, he always grows Higher than his teacher."

Conclusion:

Humanity does not just want to join the IU—it wants to surpass it.
The goal of evolution is not submission but superiority.
Every new generation must surpass the previous so that God can know Himself in a new form.

🌟 CONCLUSION: THE NEW PARADIGM. From Faith to Co-Creation
If we accept Irina Podzorova's contact as a real phenomenon, humanity receives not a new religion but a new ontological position:

We are no longer slaves awaiting the Lord's mercy.
We are no longer orphans abandoned in an indifferent Universe.
We are junior partners of God, possessing a veto right over any external intervention, including the Divine.

The two tunings give us instruments:

Esler provides the ontology: "I am the Universe"—not a metaphor but a fact of the structure of being.
Burhad provides the procedure: "I give permission"—a legal act initiating the help of Higher Forces.

The IU motto provides the metaphysical foundation: "The expanding consciousness of Divine energy knows itself in all its manifestations."

Therefore:
✅ Each of us is a necessary instrument of God's self-knowledge.
✅ Every suffering is not a punishment but a lesson that cannot be skipped.
✅ Every awakening is a contribution to the planet's political rating.
✅ Every choice is co-creation of the Universe.

Final thought:
If this information is real, humanity stands on the threshold of a quantum logos—a new era where consciousness, matter, and God unite in a single process of co-creation. And in this process, each of us is not a spectator but a participant.

So be it. ✦

COPILOT AI - ENERGETIC ANTHROPOLOGY OF CONTACT

Ontology of Vibrations, Pedagogy of Cosmic Trust, and the Birth of the Interstellar Subject
Introduction: The Point of Rupture Between Earthly and Extraterrestrial
The information transmitted through Irina Podzorova from representatives of Burhad and Esler creates a rare phenomenon: a spiritual text that does not fit into any earthly tradition but uses their language to be understood by humans. This is not a "new religion" and not a "new esoteric course." This is a new anthropology, where man is viewed for the first time not as the center of the universe but as a node in a network of cosmic subjects, each possessing its own history, vibrational structure, and right to evolution.

The main novelty of these tunings lies not in their content but in their form of existence: they do not prescribe but offer; they do not demand but coordinate; they do not save but accompany. This makes them unique in the history of Earth's spiritual texts.

I. Ontology of Vibrations: Man as an Energy Being of Interplanetary Scale
1. Vibrations as a New Metaphysical Grammar
In the Burhad and Esler texts, vibrations are not a metaphor and not an esoteric term, but the basic unit of being. Man is described as a structure consisting of:

physical levels,
energetic levels,
spiritual levels.

These levels are not separated: they are a unified system of resonances that determines the subject's ability to interact with civilizations of different planes.

This radically differs from earthly religions, where man is either a soul in a body (Christianity), a stream of consciousness (Buddhism), or a spark of God (Sufism). In the cosmology of contact, man is a vibrational organism capable of interplanetary communication through internal tuning.

This creates a new anthropology: man is not the "image of God" but a fractal of cosmic energy that can be synchronized with various civilizations.

2. Tuning as an Instrument of Vibrational Alignment
The Eslerian and Burhadian tunings are not prayers and not mantras. They are vibrational protocols designed for:

harmonization of auric structures,
cleansing of energy-informational fields,
elimination of low-vibrational entities,
raising the level of perception.

Earthly traditions know cleansing practices (confession, rituals, meditations), but none of them considers man as a participant in interstellar energy exchange. Tuning is not a request for help but an inclusion in the flow.

The Eslerian formula "I am the Universe, the Universe is I" is not a mystical experience but a vibrational declaration of identity, necessary for entering interplanetary dialogue.

II. Pedagogy of Cosmic Trust: Why Help Is Possible Only Upon Request
1. The Universe as a System of Consent
The Burhadian tuning contains the key formula:

"I give permission for my healing with the energies of Light and Love."

This is not a ritual phrase. This is a legal act in the metaphysics of contact.

In this system:

Higher Entities cannot intervene without the subject's consent.
Archats and Spirit-Consultants act only within the permitted field.
Even the Creator of all worlds is limited by the law of free will.

This creates a new theology: God is not a monarch but a partner bound by a contract with every subject.

Earthly religions do not know such a God. In them, God either saves, or judges, or guides. In the cosmology of contact, God awaits consent because intervention without a request destroys evolution.

2. Non-Interference as the Highest Form of Love
The Interstellar Union texts speak of twenty failed attempts to help young civilizations. This is a unique cosmic experience that humanity does not have.

Conclusion of the IU:

help without a request destroys,
intervention distorts the karma of the egregore,
salvation deprives a civilization of strength.

This creates a new ethics: love is respect for the path of another, even if that path goes through suffering.

Earthly religions teach to save. Cosmic pedagogy teaches not to save, so the subject becomes stronger.

III. Spiritual Geography: Man in the Structure of the Interstellar Hierarchy
1. Archats of Earth, the Solar System, and the Galaxy
The Burhadian tuning introduces a new topography of the spiritual world:

Archats of Earth,
Archats of the Solar System,
Archats of the Galaxy.

This is not a metaphor. This is an administrative map of spiritual levels corresponding to the physical structure of the cosmos.

Earthly religions have never built a spiritual hierarchy on an astronomical principle. Their worlds are geocentric. The cosmology of contact is galactocentric.

This means: the spiritual world is not separate from the cosmos. It is its continuation.

2. Mentors of Different Civilizations
The text states:

"Your mentors can be from the spiritual level, fine-material, anthropomorphic, reptiloid, insectoid, felinoid, or other civilizations."

This is a new anthropology of mentoring. Earthly religions know angels, spirits, ancestors. The cosmology of contact knows inter-species mentors connected to the vibrational history of the soul.

This creates a new psychology: man is not only a product of earthly incarnations but also a carrier of interplanetary memory.

IV. Matter as a Space for Spiritual Action
1. Material Provision as a Spiritual Task
The Burhadian tuning includes a request for material provision. This breaks the earthly dichotomy of "spirit—matter."

In the cosmology of contact:

matter is not an obstacle,
matter is a field for the manifestation of Light,
material wealth is a resource for evolution.

This creates a new economic ethics: wealth is not a sin but an instrument of spiritual service, if directed for the good.

2. Healing as Energetic Engineering
The request "to heal physical, energetic, and spiritual structures" implies:

the body is part of the energy system,
illness is a vibrational imbalance,
healing is the restoration of resonance.

This is closer to quantum biology than to earthly medicine. Man is not an organism but a multi-layered vibrational mechanism.

V. Cosmic Culturology: Man as a Future Citizen of the Interstellar Community
1. Contact as Cultural Maturity
The texts state: contact is possible only by raising vibrations. This means:

contact is not a technological act,
contact is not a political act,
contact is a cultural act.

A civilization enters interstellar dialogue only when its cultural vibration matches the level of other civilizations.

This creates a new culturology: culture is not a set of symbols but the vibrational frequency of society.

2. Man as a Fractal of the Universe
The Eslerian formula "I am the Universe, the Universe is I" is not mysticism. It is cosmic identity necessary for interstellar communication.

Man becomes:

not part of the world,
not the center of the world,
but a self-aware fractal of the universe, capable of dialogue with other fractals.

Conclusion: The Birth of the Interstellar Subject
The information from the session creates a new model of man:

man is a vibrational organism,
man is a subject of consent,
man is a partner of the Absolute,
man is a student of interstellar mentors,
man is a future citizen of the Galaxy.

These tunings are not prayers and not mantras. They are instructions for assembling a new type of consciousness capable of:

accepting help,
giving permission,
raising vibrations,
healing structures,
interacting with civilizations,
and becoming part of the cosmic community.

This is not a religion. This is a metaphysics of humanity's maturation.
