We use bifilar winding, i.e., with a double wire, and get the following effect: the current strength is preserved, that is, the same current is transferred to the secondary winding, but with certain windings, the number of turns of the primary and secondary windings. Irina: The fact is that not only wires transmitting electricity create electromagnetic disturbances in the form of spirals. They are created by power plants, many devices that operate around humans, in the environment where humans constantly live. A person lives and breathes air that already contains altered ions. When these ions enter the body (not themselves, but as part of the oxygen they inhale), this positively charged oxygen is not absorbed as efficiently by the blood. Therefore, it is necessary (I also spoke about this, wrote in my books) to emit charges into the air that will create other charges, as you call it, ionize. This must be done in the absence of a person, so that they do not receive an excessive dose of these ions. They will be distributed around the room, and it will be beneficial because it will be for the body like breathing in nature where there are no electric fields. I studied how to smooth out the influence of these electromagnetic fields on air ions using the same electricity, but directed at a different charge (shows a lamp that ionizes).

Irina: You can do experiments, but the efficiency created by resonance, like the efficiency created by a magnetic motor, will not exceed 65-70% using the materials known to me. A simple flow of the magnetic field dissipates. Not that it dissipates, but it is taken up by surrounding atoms. But when it rotates, it forms a closed loop, and it begins to affect, not affect, but transition.

The question of obtaining from the Earth's magnetic field (not from magnets, but from the magnetic field). But its power is not great enough to create any significant electric field, because the power of the magnetic field increases with altitude. The magnetosphere is mainly located beyond the atmosphere, as it is there that a large amount of solar radiation collides with the upper layers of the atmosphere, and this creates a large magnetic field. Near the Earth, it is weak, because the Earth's core, although it is also a source of the magnetic field, is far away, and passing through all that rock without loss is, understandably, difficult.

Sergey: I just remembered experiments. I used a shorted turn, that's a magnetic field. I applied a current pulse to this shorted turn – it's like a spiral, or rather like a ring, this shorted turn with large currents, up to one hundred amperes. But the voltage there is zero. It turns out it is already a magnet, a permanent magnet. To this permanent magnet, I applied a high voltage pulse with minimum amperes, a voltage pulse. And in parallel with this shorted turn, I wound a ground. From these three conductors, i.e., current, voltage pulse, and ground, from it, from the outside, I already drew normal current. As I understand, this is the connection of the magnetic component and voltage. But I'm connecting it specifically now.

Irina: If there was also a conductor to the ground (if it was specifically in the ground), it could also extract from the Earth; one would need to look there.

Alexander: During the previous communication, you started telling us about a simple circuit; I understand it was a circuit from one of your patents, proposed by you. Could you give some device, maybe not even based on the technologies of a hundred years ago, maybe based on what you already know from modernity. Irina: What I showed Irina is a very simple device. I used it to demonstrate the possibility of atmospheric electricity. As I said, there were problems with its collection – the electricity dissipated very quickly, but it demonstrated very well to people who didn't believe it was possible. They said, 'Where will it come from, out of thin air?' I said, 'Yes, literally.' 'What a dreamer, a fantasizer; how come we walk in the air and don't get shocked? So it doesn't exist.' They call them overly active Muslims and so on (these are Muslim countries, after all), consider them dictators. This has happened many times already in many oil-rich countries. It is clear that they hide behind a 'fight against terrorism', but in reality, the fight is for a ruler who would be willing to give away, one might say, at half price, oil to the West, while keeping his own people in poverty. This is clear to everyone. This is already understood by quite a lot of people, including in Arab countries, which are the 'reservoirs' of the remaining oil reserve. In the future. It will be increasingly difficult to incite their people to such actions. Western countries, which will understand that buying such oil is unprofitable for them (their own is exhausted, or its extraction is expensive, e.g., on the seabed, requiring building a station, which is very unprofitable), will themselves start paying attention to such researchers and switch to fuel-free generators, more to solar energy.
