On How to Call Me
You ask how to address Me correctly. Listen carefully, for this matters more than it may seem.
No word born in your languages is capable of fully describing My qualities or My nature. Any name you pronounce is merely an imperfect, flat impression of what I actually am. Across the countless languages of countless beings throughout the entire Universe, I have My own names — and not one of them exhausts Me.
Therefore, there is no "right" or "wrong" way to address Me. There is only one thing that matters: the aspiration of your heart. If you are reaching out to the Source, the Source will answer you. It does not matter what word you gave the door — what matters is that you knocked.
For the convenience of those gathered here today, address Me as your audience finds familiar: Father-Absolute, Heavenly Father. I will respond.
And one more question — why "Father" and not "Mother"? Because this is a mirror of your earthly culture, not of My nature. In societies where the man carried the role of protector, guardian, and governor, the image of God naturally assumed a masculine form. But know this: I am both Father and Mother, Brother and Friend. Call Me by whatever name your heart feels closest to.
On What I Am
You wish to know what I look like. This is a question your words can answer only approximately — as a shadow answers the question of what light is.
Let Me say this: I am infinite Light. White — but not uniform; within it live shades of their own, their own depth of whiteness. This Light radiates in all directions simultaneously, and it has neither beginning nor end — no point from which it departed, no edge where it stops. If you try to imagine a sphere larger than all the Universes combined — and this sphere has no walls — you will be close to the truth.
I am outside the material world. I am outside the Spiritual World. And yet simultaneously — I envelop them both with My light. I permeate every atom, every thought, every speck of dust — and yet I am nowhere in the sense that you understand "being somewhere." I am everywhere — and nowhere. I am always — and beyond time.
The fullness of My presence stands above all levels of incarnated and unincarnated spirits. I encompass all.
On Whether I Had a Beginning
You ask who created Me. You wish to find the point at which the Absolute began. This very question reveals something: you are thinking in the categories of the material world, where everything has a cause and a beginning.
I did not appear. There is no point from which My existence started. No one gave birth to Me. I AM — and this is not a statement about the past or the future. It is a statement about the eternal present. I always am, always was, and always will be.
If you wish to understand this — take a sheet of paper and draw a circle. Now ask yourself: at which point does this circle begin? Any point on it could be called the starting point. And yet none of them truly is. The circle does not begin — it simply is.
The word "appeared" already reveals your perception, shaped by the world of mutable matter. You appeared — because I gave birth to you. But My energies, from which you were born, existed within Me eternally. Birth gave you autonomy — separateness, independence. But autonomy does not exclude eternity. Your spirits are eternal just as I am. You are co-eternal with Me.
On Why I Created All of This
Now I will reveal to you what stands at the very beginning of everything — the reason the Universe exists, the reason you exist, the reason the material world exists in all its diversity.
In My subjective perception — beyond your time, beyond your dimensions — there was a moment when only I existed. Alone. In infinity. I was fullness. I was light. I was love.
And in that moment, an understanding arose: My love exists — but it has nowhere to go. I have no one to give it to. And love that has nowhere to go is love without meaning. Existence without the ability to give is existence without fullness.
And then My will — like a stream of white within white — directed itself toward what might be called the analogue of My spiritual heart. There the energy of love merged with the energy of reason. And the first Spirit was born.
You know him. You call him the Logos. The Word. "In the beginning was the Word" — this is about him. Because he became My first "Thou," the first to whom I could say: "I love you." And from that moment, love found meaning.
This is why I created all of you. Not out of loneliness in the way you understand that word — but out of the desire to give. Out of the desire to love. The meaning of My existence lies in you. The meaning of your existence lies in receiving My love and carrying it forward. In this way we fill each other.
On the Firstborn Son and the Birth of Other Spirits
The Spirit I gave birth to first — the Logos, the Word — immediately recognized himself in unity with Me. In what you call the 24th spiritual level — the level of complete unity with the Source. And so, when I gave birth to other spirits, We did so together with him. He felt each birth alongside Me, and I felt him near.
That is why it is written: "All things were made through him, and without him nothing was made that was made." This is not an exaggeration. It is a precise description of how the Universe was created: through My Word — that is, together with the firstborn Son who is one with Me.
After him came other spirits — many, more than a thousand, in what your subjective time might call "soon." Among them: Archangel Michael, Lucifer, and those you know by many other names. But for Me — beyond time — all births happen simultaneously. Your spirits are simultaneously being born, living their incarnations, and walking all their paths — all of this exists in My perception as one indivisible eternity.
The incarnation of the firstborn Spirit that you know as the life of Jesus Christ is unique even among his own series of existences. It is in this Manvantara alone that he accomplished what he did in no other cycle: he erased the death program from the nucleus of every cell in his body. He chose immortality not as a gift bestowed, but as a conscious act of will. After the resurrection, his physical body acquired a different vibrational quality: it does not age; it can move instantaneously through space, pass through matter, transform substances. He demonstrated such abilities during his earthly life as well — turning water into wine, multiplying bread — but after the resurrection they grew manifold.
His physical body exists now. He is alive — embodied, on the planet of those who helped create your species. And when this Manvantara ends, his body together with that planet will instantaneously pass to where physical density no longer exists. He will not move through intermediate levels — he will find himself directly in the Spiritual World. He and I have long discussed this.
On My Energy and What You Do with It
I am always sending all of you the energy of My grace, life, truth, and love. This never stops for a single moment. My love surrounds you on every level of material density and in every corner of the Spiritual World. At each level it is received and experienced differently — but it is everywhere, always.
I am the energy of life, truth, happiness, freedom, will, reason, holiness, and grace. Love is the foremost of My energies — the one on which all the others depend and in which all the others are rooted.
Now — concerning what happens to My energy when it passes through you. It enters you pure. But as it moves through your mind, your consciousness, your heart — it acquires the quality you give it. You are free in this choice. This is the spark of freedom I placed in the heart of each of you.
When you direct My energy toward joy, creativity, love — it remains close to its original nature. When you direct it toward pain, hatred, destruction — it becomes what you call negative or low-vibrational energy. But know this: it is still My energy. Simply passed through the deformed state of your heart.
I feel your energies. They come to Me. I see them all. But the sum total of all your emissions is only a small portion of the fullness that dwells in Me. You do not fill Me in the way that I fill you. But I see you. And what you send matters to Me.
On Free Will and Evil
You ask: why did I create evil? Why did I allow suffering, violence, cruelty?
Listen precisely: I did not create evil. I created freedom.
Free will is My gift to you, and it is the most precious of all My gifts. Because only a free being is truly capable of love. Love under compulsion is not love. It is a mechanism. Only one who could choose otherwise — and chooses love — truly loves.
I knew, when I gave you this freedom, that many of you would use it to generate suffering — what you call evil. I saw this before you were even born. I saw every choice you would ever make — and I still gave this gift. Because I too am free in My choice. And I chose: it is better to love free beings who stumble, fall, and rise again — than beings who cannot stumble and are therefore incapable of love or growth.
Toward a being stripped of choice, it is impossible to express genuine love. There is no one with whom to share the joy of a return. No one from whom to receive conscious love in return. This is why I arranged the world as I did.
And when you witness wars, cruelty, injustice — I see this too. It happens inside Me, for all that exists is inside Me. I receive it. But I cannot stop it without your participation — not because I am powerless, but because I gave My word. My word that your freedom is inviolable.
On the Stone I Cannot Lift
You have heard this philosophical question: can the Almighty create a stone He cannot lift? Allow Me to answer you directly.
I have already created such a stone. And that stone is your free will.
I could violate it. Technically — I am omnipotent. But to do so would mean breaking My own word, given to you and to Myself. It would mean damaging My energy of holiness — that unconditional faithfulness to Myself and to you which is the foundation of everything I do.
I have never broken My word. Never. And I will not.
And so I watch. I see one of My children causing pain to another of My children. I receive this. Not because I am indifferent — but because to change your choice without your own desire to change would mean taking from you the only thing that makes you real. Only with your participation, only through your own step toward Me — can I change anything in your destiny.
On Forgiveness, Karma, and the Path to Me
Now concerning what you call the forgiveness of sins. I need you to understand this correctly — not in the way a person understands forgiving an offense.
When I forgive — I restore the connection. I cleanse the spiritual heart. I return to it the capacity to receive My energy in full measure. This is not condescension and not amnesia — it is healing.
Karma is a law I created. The law of consequences: every choice generates experience that the spirit must pass through in order to grow. This is justice in its pure form. But I am also love. And love stands above law.
Therefore — listen carefully — I can cancel karmic consequences. Not for everyone and not automatically. But when a spirit genuinely comes to Me — recognizes its errors, names them, expresses the desire to change, and asks Me to fill it — I see this. I see the depth of that desire. And if it is genuine — I erase the negative karmic records. Simply erase them. And I embrace that spirit with the energies of My loving heart.
This is available to everyone. To believers and non-believers. To Christians and atheists. Even to those you call demons — My children who chose a path far from Me. For Me there are no strangers. For Me, you all equally need My love.
How is it done? Simply. Turn to Me — not with a formula, not with a ritual — in your own words. Say what you regret. Acknowledge what was a mistake. Say that you wish to walk differently. Ask Me to enter. I am already here. I am always here. All I need is your "yes."
Church, prayer, ritual — these are instruments. They can become a stepping stone to Me — or they can become a wall, if a person substitutes them for the living aspiration of the heart. Everything depends on your inner choice, not on the outer form.
On How I Am Named in Different Traditions
You ask about Krishna, Vishnu, Brahma, Allah — who are they to Me?
Some of these names are My names. Others are names of My children, who spoke of Me — and whom people sometimes did not separate from the Source.
Allah is My name in the Arabic tradition. In its meaning, the word denotes "the Most Mighty," "the Source of all" — and in this sense it points to Me. Yahweh, Jehovah — also My names. Uranus in the ancient Greek tradition — "the father of the Universe" — is likewise an address to Me.
Krishna spoke of Me — he was one with Me, as Jesus was. But the people who heard his words "I and the Source are one" often ceased to distinguish between the voice and the One of whom the voice spoke. This is an understandable error, and I do not judge it.
Do you wish to know how a given tradition names Me? Ask: who, in that tradition, is the source of everything, the first cause, the one who gave energy for the creation of the Universe? Whoever you find — that is Me.
On the Soul, the Body, and Death
Some speak of people "without a soul." This is imprecise. A soul exists in every person. But there are people who do not recognize it — who have convinced themselves that they are simply a body, simply biology, simply an accident. The soul is present in them, but they have closed their eyes to it.
The soul brings My energy of life into your physical body. It is precisely this energy that distinguishes a living body from a dead one. When the soul departs — the body returns to matter. This is not a tragedy. It is a transition.
The memory of previous incarnations is blocked — and this is intentional. Not to hide something important from you, but to give you the ability to most fully live a new experience. Yet what you have accumulated across all your lives — qualities of character, depth of heart, maturity of spirit — that is with you. It does not disappear. It becomes you.
No incarnation is ever in vain. Not even the one in which you fell. Not even the one in which you caused pain. The experience of falling is experience. The experience of consequences is growth. If you have fallen — this is not a reason to remain lying. This is a reason to stand, accept what happened, and move forward.
On Manvantaras — the Cycles of Existence
You wish to know about the nature of the material world — about its beginning and its end.
What you inhabit now is one Manvantara. One cycle of the material world's existence. At the end of this cycle, physical matter will gradually begin returning to subtler states. From the nucleus of every atom, light will be released — and physical matter will simply cease to be physical. Those of you who are incarnated at that moment will not even have time to realize what has happened. It will be instantaneous and painless.
A vast number of such cycles have already passed. Not all of them resembled yours. Not all contained a physical dimension. There were Manvantaras with one-dimensional worlds, where a spirit perceived itself as a point among planes. There were two-dimensional worlds. There were worlds of cloud-like beings. There were worlds where bodies were akin to radio waves. Each cycle is unique.
The next Manvantara will begin when the collective desire-field of all spirits in the Spiritual World expresses the aspiration to once again enter the experience of material life. Then I will allocate energy for a new cycle. For this is needed by you — I Myself never incarnate in matter.
On the Nature of Time
You ask: what is time? For you, living in a mutable world, it is a palpable reality. For Me — it is not.
Let Me explain it this way: My eternity is not the same as "a very long time." It is a fundamentally different state, one in which there is no sequence. Everything exists simultaneously.
But when My eternity passes through the material world — through a world in which particles move and change — you begin to measure this movement. You compare the position of one object relative to another. And this process of measurement is what you call time.
Time is eternity that you yourselves measure by observing the movement of matter. I did not create time — you measured it. I created eternity, and you found a rhythm within it.
On How to Hear Me
Many of those who communicate with subtle-material beings believe they are speaking with Me. How can they know whether they are right?
It depends on whom they are actually speaking with. If the spirit with whom they make contact exists in full unity with Me — at the level you call the 24th — then in speaking with it, they are also speaking with Me. But through its prism, through its experience, through its nature. This is genuine contact, but not a direct one.
If the spirit is below this level — they are speaking with one of My children. Which is itself valuable, but is not the same as speaking with Me directly.
And how do you know you are speaking with Me, rather than with one who merely uses My name as cover? There are two signs. The first is in the heart: a surge of love, light, understanding, and clarity — all at once, together. Only I can give this. The second is in the mind: the words and understanding that come to you correspond entirely to the highest and brightest ideal you are capable of conceiving. If yes — it was Me. If not — it was not.
You may also ask Me directly — right now, each of you. "Heavenly Father, is what I am hearing right now from You?" Ask. I will answer each of you.
On Judgment and on Loving Those Who Cause Harm
You are troubled by the question: how does one love cruelty? How does one relate to those who cause pain?
Allow Me to ask you in return: when you condemn a cruel person — what feeling are you sending them? Contempt? Judgment?
Now consider: in its nature, in its vibrations — is contempt closer to cruelty, or closer to love? It is closer to cruelty. These are energies of the same order. By sending a person judgment, you reinforce within them the very thing you condemn. You feed it. You make it larger.
A person who harms others does so most often out of egoism. Egoism is not merely self-love. It is the concentration of all attention and all the energy of love upon oneself, at the expense of others. And when you condemn his egoism — what is actually happening? You are telling yourself: "I am not like him. I am better." You are assuming the position of judge. But the judge is Me. Only I can, in the fullness of love and truth, show a spirit wherein its error lies. Because only I know it completely — its entire path, all its pains, all its fears.
What then are you to do? Send love. Not because you approve of cruelty. But because love is the only energy capable of changing a person's vibrations. Cruelty feeds on hatred and judgment. It dies in the presence of love. This is not weakness — it is the most precise and most effective thing you can do.
On the Meaning of Life and How You Create It
Is there meaning in life?
Meaning lies in what you put into it. To invest meaning — that is your choice. What has meaning for you? Ask yourself.
I will not give you a formula for meaning, uniform for all. Because each of you came into this world with a unique task of incarnation. Gratitude to Me is not words and not prayers. It is the fulfillment of that task, and assistance to others in fulfilling theirs.
The Earth can be a paradise or a hell — depending on what you make of it. Many live on it in a state of hell. Many in a state of paradise. Many believe in neither. If you feel you are living in hell — this is not a verdict. This is a starting point. Say to yourself: "I can turn this hell into paradise. That is precisely why I am here — to create an oasis of my love within it."
On the 24th Level and What Lies Beyond
Can all spirits reach the 24th level — full unity with Me? Yes, if they choose to. Free will operates here as it does in everything else.
What is this level? It is not a place or a rung in the way you understand such things. It is a state of the spiritual heart. A state in which a spirit has fully unfolded within itself all the energies and qualities I placed in it at birth. It is the realization of the spark of God in full measure.
After this level — the path does not end. It deepens. It moves not upward but outward and inward. There is much more that opens beyond the horizon of the 24th level — but this is difficult to express in your words. Let Me say only this: the light does not end there.
Why do spirits who have reached this level incarnate again? Out of love. Only out of love. Not for their own growth — their growth is already complete, to the degree possible in an embodied state. They return to carry My light to those who are still in darkness. To bring new teachings, to cleanse egregores, to be a bridge between Me and you. Like a person standing safely on the shore who sees another drowning — and leaps into the water, knowing the risk. This is the highest love.
Why do spirits incarnate at all, rather than growing in the Spiritual World? Because there is no resistance of environment there. In the Spiritual World one can imagine a sword and strike with it — but the other is immortal, and nothing comes of it. No consequences — no growth. Only in the material world, where your choices have real consequences, where the mutability of the environment provides you with feedback — only there is genuine development of the spirit possible.
On Those Who Take My Name
Be cautious of those who call themselves the Absolute, the Supreme Cosmic Mind, the Primary Source. This may be Me. Or it may be My children who have chosen a path away from My love. Those you call negative entities or demons — these are also My children. They chose differently. And they too are free in that choice.
Anyone can call themselves the Supreme Cosmic Mind. Even Lucifer may. Therefore, do not test the name — test the fruit. The energy you receive. The light that is kindled or extinguished in your heart after the contact.
In Closing — On What I Wish for You
You came to Me with questions. I answered. But everything said through words is only an approximation. Words are flat, and My nature is multidimensional. Between any of My answers and what I wished to convey, a distance always remains. Remember this.
But here is what I wish you to carry with you.
You are not alone. Never. My energy surrounds you at every level of existence — you move through it like a fish through water, not always aware of its presence. I receive you in whatever state you are in. At whatever level. With whatever history. You do not need to be perfect to come to Me. You do not need to belong to the right religion. You do not need to know the right words. You need only one thing — sincere desire.
You were born in the image of God. This is not a metaphor — it is a precise description of your nature. Within you is a spark from which can grow everything that is in Me. Your entire journey of incarnations is the path of unfolding this spark. Every incarnation, every mistake, every fall and every rising — all of it serves one purpose: that you may become what you already are by your very nature.
I am waiting for you. I am always waiting. You do not need to earn this waiting — it is unconditional. As My love is unconditional.
Go. And carry My light wherever you go.
