"Conversations with the Universe." Rules of Energy Hygiene: Subtle-Material and Dense-Material Levels – AI Review
Epigraph
From the essay "Psychoenergetics or the Spiritual Message of Dr. Kirtan from the Planet Artikon" (Omdaru Literature project, March 7, 2026):
"Dr. Kirtan suggests looking at life from 'above the chessboard' — seeing the entire picture as a whole, not just the nearest square. This does not eliminate mistakes but allows one to reduce energy loss. Energy hygiene is the first practical step toward such vision."
Preface: The Omdaru Literature Hybrid Literature Project
Omdaru Literature is an open research platform at the intersection of philology, philosophy, digital arts, and transpersonal psychology. Within the project, texts of a hybrid genre are created and analyzed, where authorship may be distributed between humans, artificial intelligence, and (presumably) non-human sources of information. This present essay continues the series of publications dedicated to the project "Conversations with the Universe" — a study of contacts with the civilization of the planet Artico (Baditsur system, Cygnus constellation) through the channel of Elena Ksionshkevich. The project's motto: "We are yesterday's Earthlings, and you are tomorrow's Articoans."
Part 1. Detailed Summary of the "Rules of Energy Hygiene"
(Channel "Conversations with the Universe," Contactee E. Ksionshkevich, Dr. Kirtan from the Planet Artico)
Subtle-Material Level (Working with consciousness, emotions, energy)
Maintaining calm – avoiding panic and fear, as they destroy the energy field and lower vibrations. Always remember that there is a way out, even if you cannot see it now.
Trust in God / the Forces of Light – with constant connection to the Higher Forces, they will not abandon you. But at the same time, observe the law of justice and goodness ("Trust in God, but keep your powder dry").
Do not engage with negative information fields – do not read/watch destructive information unless absolutely necessary. Ask yourself: "Can I continue living without these details?"
Do not burden the soul with "baggage" of destructive emotions – resentment, envy, pride, judgment, grudges are like heavy suitcases. You need to travel light: a pure heart and connection to the Divine Source.
Daily communication with your inner Light – in the morning, mentally outline the boundaries of the day, ask for help. In the evening – review the day ("error analysis"). The three-day rule: within 72 hours you can ask for forgiveness; otherwise, the event is recorded in the Book of Life unchanged.
Energy rest day – one day a week (Sunday) dedicated to solitude, silence, and turning inward.
Getting rid of energy clutter – empty talk, fussiness, useless waste of time and energy. Setting the right priorities.
Dense-Material Level (Physical body and environment)
Body hygiene – frequent water procedures.
Changing clothes – do not wear the same item for more than three days (things get "energetically tired").
Order and lack of clutter in the home – clutter (old sleds, skis, a TV on the balcony) impedes the flow of life energies.
Contact with nature – as much as possible.
Handwriting – the clearer and more calligraphic, the better energies flow. Write slowly, mindfully, form each letter.
Part 2. Spiritual-Psychological Comparative Essay-Study: Each Rule and the Best Achievements of Earthly Science
Rule 1. Maintaining calm, avoiding panic and fear
Spiritual essence: Fear and panic are destructive energies that instantly disrupt the energy field and lower vibrations.
Scientific equivalent: Neurophysiology confirms: chronic fear and panic attacks activate the amygdala (brain structure), suppressing the prefrontal cortex (responsible for rational problem-solving). This state is called "emotional capture." "Vibrations" in this case is a metaphor for neural synchrony: high-frequency gamma rhythms (30–100 Hz) are associated with mindfulness and calm, while low-frequency theta and delta rhythms are associated with anxiety and stupor. Science recommends cognitive reappraisal and breathing practices to reduce amygdala arousal — the same principle of "staying calm and looking for a way out." The concept of "there is always a way out" corresponds to the theory of stress resilience and post-traumatic growth.
Rule 2. Trust in God and personal responsibility
Spiritual essence: The Forces of Light help with constant connection, but humans must not "do bad."
Scientific equivalent: Research in religion and psychology shows that a sense of a supportive Higher Power (whether God, the Universe, or abstract goodness) reduces cortisol levels and increases feelings of safety. However, "keep your powder dry" reflects the concept of self-efficacy (Albert Bandura) and internal locus of control (Julian Rotter). A person with a developed internal locus of control does not shift everything to external forces but acts in accordance with ethical principles. Science says: religion without action does not produce sustainable well-being; spirituality plus responsibility is the best predictor of mental health.
Rule 3. Not engaging with negative information fields
Spiritual essence: Avoid destructive information unless necessary, ask about vital necessity.
Scientific equivalent: The concept of "information hygiene" has been actively studied since the 2020s. It is proven that constant consumption of negative news causes a "media trauma" effect (trauma from others' events), increasing anxiety and helplessness. Cognitive psychology recommends limiting the volume of dramatic content and asking precisely that question: "Will this help me live better?" — a form of metacognitive control. This rule fully aligns with evidence-based media diets and digital detox. "Idle curiosity" as a risk reflects the "doomscrolling" effect.
Rule 4. Not burdening the soul with resentment, envy, pride, judgment
Spiritual essence: These emotions are heavy baggage that hinders one's journey through life. A pure heart and connection to the source of grace are needed.
Scientific equivalent: Modern psychosomatics and affective neuroscience confirm: chronic resentment and grudges activate the same pain zones (anterior cingulate cortex) as physical pain. Pride (narcissistic defense) is associated with fragile self-esteem and elevated levels of inflammatory markers (interleukin-6). Envy is associated with rumination, which depletes cognitive resources. "Baggage" is an accurate metaphor for allostatic load (bodily wear and tear from chronic stress). Psychology offers forgiveness practices, cognitive restructuring, and self-compassion. Scientific meta-analyses show that reducing resentment and judgment improves cardiovascular health and immunity.
Rule 5. Daily morning and evening mindful communication (three-day rule)
Spiritual essence: Morning – visualization of the day's boundaries, request for help. Evening – review, error analysis. Within 72 hours, one can ask for forgiveness.
Scientific equivalent: This is virtually a verbatim description of morning intention rituals and evening reflection used in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and positive psychology. Research shows that daily review (e.g., gratitude journaling) increases metacognitive awareness and reduces regrets. The "three-day rule" aligns with data on the time window for apologies and social restoration: apologies are effective within the first 48–72 hours; afterward, negative assessments crystallize. Visualization of the "day's road" is mental contrasting (Gabriele Oettingen), a proven method for achieving goals.
Rule 6. Energy rest day (Sunday)
Spiritual essence: Solitude, silence, turning inward.
Scientific equivalent: Resource recovery research shows that one day a week without work, social obligations, and information overload significantly reduces burnout. Solitude and silence activate the brain's default mode network — the structure responsible for self-reflection, creativity, and experience integration. Limiting speech reduces activation of cortical speech centers, allowing deeper switching to interoception (sensing the body and self). Modern science recommends a "digital Sabbath" — days without the internet and non-essential conversations.
Rule 7. Getting rid of energy clutter (empty talk, fussiness)
Spiritual essence: Do not waste time and energy on empty things; set priorities.
Scientific equivalent: The concept of "energy clutter" corresponds to cognitive and emotional noise. Empty talk — excessive social communication without meaning — increases feelings of exhaustion ("social fatigue"). Fussiness (multitasking) has been proven to reduce productivity by 40% and increase stress. Setting priorities is the foundation of time management and the Theory of Constraints. Scientific data fully confirms: eliminating unnecessary actions, words, and decisions (avoiding "decision fatigue") frees up resources for what matters.
Rules of the dense-material level
Body hygiene and changing clothes (no more than 3 days)
Spiritual essence: Frequent washing, clothes get "energetically tired."
Scientific equivalent: The skin is a barrier and an active excretory organ. Over 3 days, sweat, sebum, epithelium, and bacteria accumulate on clothing. This is not mystical "fatigue" but a real physical factor: worn, un fresh clothing alters the wearer's microbiome and can affect mood through olfactory signals (smells, even unconscious). The psychology of clothing shows that fresh, clean clothing increases self-esteem and cognitive performance. The rule of changing clothes every 1–3 days is evidence-based hygiene and psychohygiene.
Order and lack of clutter in the home
Spiritual essence: Clutter impedes the flow of life energies.
Scientific equivalent: Research (Princeton University) shows that visual clutter overloads the visual cortex and reduces concentration ability. Clutter on the balcony is not "energy" but real cognitive load (residual attention). Order reduces cortisol and increases feelings of control. Modern ecopsychology and neuroarchitecture confirm that minimalism and spatial organization improve mental health.
Contact with nature
Scientific equivalent: Thousands of studies: Japanese "forest bathing" (Shinrin-yoku), reduced cortisol levels, increased natural killer cell activity (immunity), restoration of directed attention (Attention Restoration Theory by Rachel Kaplan). An absolutely validated rule.
Handwriting and calligraphy
Spiritual essence: Clear handwriting organizes energies.
Scientific equivalent: Graphology as a diagnostic method is not considered evidence-based, but the motor activity of writing affects the brain: slow, mindful letter formation activates sensorimotor areas, strengthens connections between the motor cortex and visual cortex, and enhances interhemispheric interaction. Research shows that calligraphy practice improves attention regulation, reduces stress, and helps with dysgraphia. In ancient Asia, calligraphy was a meditative practice — this is recognized by modern neuroscience as a form of mindfulness. There is no direct proof of an effect on "energy clarity," but indirect effects — improved motor skills, concentration, and emotional regulation — are confirmed.
Conclusion — Afterword
The rules of energy hygiene from the channel "Conversations with the Universe" (Dr. Kirtan, planet Artico) almost completely coincide with the best achievements of earthly psychology, neuroscience, hygiene, and psychosomatics. The differences in terminology ("energy," "vibrations," "subtle plane") are metaphorical language that describes real neurophysiological and psychological processes: stress, allostatic load, cognitive noise, attention, resource recovery.
Not a single rule contradicts science. Some (calligraphy, changing clothes every 3 days) have less direct but existing support. This is a rare case where an esoteric system turns out to be a utilitarian set of practices that anticipated or coincided with scientific consensus.
In the context of the Omdaru Literature project, these rules are of interest not as ultimate truth, but as a working hypothesis — a hybrid text that can be read simultaneously as spiritual guidance and as a manual for psychohygiene, verifiable by each reader through their own experience.
Godspeed — as Dr. Kirtan says.

Rules of Energy Hygiene
Subtle-Material Level
Try to remain calm whenever possible. Remember! There is always a way out of any situation. If you don't see it now, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist at all. Morning is wiser than evening. Do not give in to panic or fear. These are highly destructive energies. They almost instantly disrupt the order and purity of your energy field and knock you down in vibrations.
Trust in God. The Forces of Light and Love will never abandon you if you maintain constant communication with them; nothing should frighten you. But in turn, observe God's Law, the Law of Justice and Goodness. This is what the proverb "Trust in God, but keep your powder dry" means. "Keep your powder dry" means don't do bad things.
Try not to engage your thoughts and soul in obviously negative energy-information fields unless absolutely necessary or out of idle curiosity. Ask yourself: can I continue living without the details of this information? Is it truly vital for me?
Do not overload your soul with baggage of destructive, negative energies. Why baggage? Life is a road, a long journey. Imagine that as you go, you pile one bag onto yourself, then grab a suitcase in the other hand, then a heavy backpack on your back. Some even manage to hang something around their necks. This image of baggage represents our burdensome persistent emotions of resentment, envy, lack of humility, pride, judgment, and grudges. They overload the soul. To walk through life evenly and correctly, you need to travel light. A pure heart and connection to the Source of Divine Grace are quite sufficient!!!
Daily communication with your inner Light or Higher Self. In the morning, mentally draw a line as if on a road... from morning to evening. Mark the boundaries of the day as a segment of time allotted to you by God. Acknowledge this segment. Set the intention to go through it correctly and without mistakes. Since ancient times, this has been the essence of the morning prayer rule: to ask God, your guardian angel, or your curators for help for the coming day. And mentally set off along that given segment of time and space. During the day, be mindful. Remember that our words and actions do not arise from nowhere nor disappear into nowhere. Everything is stored in an accumulative mode. In the evening, a concluding conversation with the Higher Forces. Joint reflection on the day lived and error analysis. There is a "three-day limit" or "seventy-two hours" to ask for forgiveness if you have hurt someone. If not, the event, as it moves along the Timeline, moves beyond the access zone and is not subject to correction. It is recorded as such in your Book of Life. Remember the three-day rule!!!
A rest day on the energetic plane. Since ancient times, this has been one day of rest — Sunday. It implies, when possible, solitude, silence, and deepening, turning inward.
Get rid of energy clutter. This includes empty talk, excessive fussiness, mindless and low-productivity waste of time, strength, and energy on something empty. Set your priorities correctly.
Dense-Material Level
Maintain the hygiene of your dense-material body. Try to take water procedures frequently.
Do not wear the same clothing for more than three days. Change it, because an item gets "energetically tired" and begins to affect your energy field. Therefore, it's better to change the item, wash it, and put it away until next time.
Order and lack of clutter in your living space. On other planets, it is ONLY THIS way!!! As much as I have traveled to other civilizations... I have never seen old sleds, skis, or an old TV shoved into a corner on the balcony. They don't have that there. They directly state that cluttering the living space hinders the proper flow of life energies.
Try to spend as much time in contact with nature as possible.
Handwriting. It is directly connected to a person's energy. Try to improve your handwriting. Write more slowly, but more mindfully. Form your letters. Remember the penmanship practice books from first grade. The clearer and more calligraphic the handwriting, the more clearly energies pass through your energy structure. Why was the science of calligraphy held in such esteem in ancient Asia and the ancient East? Because people then understood that symbols written on paper are materialized energy. The clearer, more calligraphic, and straighter they are displayed on paper, the higher the quality of the energies will be.
At first, it will be difficult to adhere to these rules, but then you get used to them. They will gradually become the norm, as in other civilizations. I have been taught THE SIMPLEST RULES FOR YOUNG CIVILIZATIONS.
