It all turned out to be very interesting. He's now incarnated on the planet Gihor, and he'll tell you about it himself. What were the spiritual reasons for the neglect of safety precautions? After all, it's well known that there were few lifeboats.

Irina (Edward Smith): Indeed, there weren't enough lifeboats. When I spoke of disregard for safety precautions, I was referring to the entire system, including the number of lifeboats stipulated by the instructions. But contrary to the instructions, I and others responsible for the voyage—the port workers, including the man who built the ship—we all decided that the remaining lifeboats would be sufficient. One of my assistants pulled out some kind of pistol and started firing into the air, swearing that they should save the weakest first. Why save the weakest, women and children? Because it was the moral duty of men. But men who could steer the boats still boarded them. I didn't get in, even though they offered me one. I couldn't take a place from a child and his mother, who still had life to live. Although I knew, of course, what awaited me. The water was very cold. I knew that the survival time in it was no more than half an hour.

Irina: He shows me that he was wearing a life jacket, and he put it on. Then he shows me a picture of how he fell into the water, and the water washed him away because there was such a crashing sound, something breaking. Ilya: So it broke in half?

Irina: So there's a personality type where they imagine themselves to be someone else so completely that they forget who they are.
